Rice was nasty . I didn't even eat it . Mushy AF .. With some egg shell still in it . Never coming to this place .

I get here and the first thing they said is, we're out of noodles , would take about 3 minutes . Then the rice is ugly as can be . Oh we'll I'll give it a try . I asked for water but one of my kids got coke and a cup of sprite . The server with the shitty attitude come all the out to the dining to ask my girl to pay or the soda she because her boss would call the Secury guard of tee place Now wait a minute . Where the hell is the drinking boss of her that was able to see my girl getting two frisking cups of soda but Is not able to take care if the quality I the food they're serving . First thin I feel like doing is calling the health department and then make sure people I know don't come here . Seriously this would be the most unsatisfying experience . !! Now I leave it up to the people to judge that's just my nasty opinion .

this place is average. I didn't get mistreated like other reviewers. anyway... I wanted milk tea and this place has it for $2.99 (milk tea, Thai tea and green tea) milk tea is also average. nothing spectacular. the boba is nice and chewy. food is also average. nothing spectacular there either. & if you want a water cup... villa pizza gives ice water cups for free.

If you go into it with low, low expectations, you will be pleased! For one, you're at an outlet - shopping for poor people. Don't expect Mr. Chow quality food. This is really Panda Express (college memories!) under a different name. Spicy Orange Chicken is a winner. The boba was ok.

The food is very tasty, and I like to eat orange chicken teriyaki chick broccoli beef and mushroom chicken. They are so good. And you also ask cup of water. It is free.

Food portion is tiny here and price is expensive. Panda Express even gives you more food an cost less, and tastes even better!

I never knew that this place existed until I got an invite to attend an Elite Yelp event today…read more This place is soooo beautiful! The food and drink they served today were all so delicious with beautiful presentation. My favorite was the filet mignon as It was so tender. My favorite dessert was the apple pie with vanilla ice cream. All the staff especially the bartenders were super friendly and helpful. There are lots of seatings inside and outside. I don't think you need to worry about getting too cold by sitting outside because there are lots of heaters. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone who would like to enjoy a nice meal with a spectacular view!

~ DRINKS & DINNER WITH A VIEW ~…read more I was excited to learn that Topa Restaurant was opening up to non-members during social hours, especially since I'd heard great reviews from some friends who are members. However, when we arrived, we were turned away despite being there at the right time and were told we needed a reservation. With the restaurant still pretty empty, we quickly made a reservation on yelp and asked if we could be seated then. The staff seemed confused, and the manager seemed frustrated that we were making the reservation at the last minute. We ended up having a cocktail and enjoying the poached pear and arugula salad with some wagyu meatballs, which were all pretty tasty. While the restaurant is stunning and would be a lovely place to spend an evening, and the food and drinks were enjoyable, the overall experience makes me reluctant to return. I do hope the they improve their service so that future patrons feel more welcomed and less like a burden, as Topa has the potential to be a fantastic spot in Camarillo.

I don't think there's a bad seat in the house, but we always love to sit outside so that we have a really good view of the aircraft coming and going. I tried the BLT and, oh my!!! One of the best I've had, with lots of thick cut bacon, very crisp, lots of lettuce, tomato and mayo (I ordered it as-is). Half was the size of a regular sandwich so the other half went home with me! RRR ordered the triple decker club on sourdough and loved his as well. Half of his went home also. We both got the cole slaw as our side which has a little pineapple in it. I found it ok, RRR really liked it. We shared a special milkshake, pistachio, and it was heavenly, highly recommended. Service was perfect, there when needed but not overbearing. We so appreciate well-trained staff! Highly recommended.

I got the breakfast tacos and they were unreal delicious. The view was also incredible and we had a ball watching the planes land and take off! 4 stars just because the coffee i ordered was terrible, tasted almost like chemicals. The waitstaff was also great!

We ordered an iced tea ($4.00), TO Honey I'm Blonde ($7.75), Stone Buenaveza ($8.25), Limoncello Mascarpone Cake ($7.50), and the "special cheesecake" ($9.50). With $2.68 in tax, the total was $39.68 before tip. Despite the word "tavern" in the name, this place is family friendly. During our visit, there were two large group gatherings (with kids) happening at the same time. The interior is spacious but can get noisy due to the hard surfaces. However, when the weather cooperates, there are outdoor patios available in both the front and back. Although the color palette of the interior décor is dark, the space feels clean and comfortable. There's a variety of seating options--booths, tables, high-tops, and communal tables. I'm sure the pastries on the menu came from a third-party vendor, but they were really good. (Edit to follow.) * The business owner informs me that the pastries are actually made in house! They are very good--so save room for dessert. * Our server Julie was a great hostess.
