Not my usual spot, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, everything else was closed. I was hesitant to come here because of the lousy reviews, but it was much better than any of the reviews made it out to be. We ordered steamed pork dumplings and chicken and broccoli. The dumplings were a little doughier than I like, but they were really good. Tasted very similar to Cheng's Garden, which is one of the other nearby Chinese food places. They were definitely enjoyable. The chicken and broccoli was also very solid. A generous portion of broccoli, not drenched in sauce, and the chicken was high quality. We ordered by phone and our order was ready by the time we drove there (about 15 minutes). The food was passed through a window with no contact and the person who gave us our food was wearing both gloves and a mask. Would definitely recommend this place and appreciated them staying open while other places closed. read more

Excellent food! This place is just as good as the best take out Chinese restaurants in Manhattan. I have no idea how this place has 3 stars but that is far from the quality and service you will get. They're also open on all holidays which is great because most Chinese places out east are not. read more

Cheap and dirty just like you! Jk but yeah don't expect fine dining. It's a hole in the wall Chinese takeout place. Get over it. The food is fine. The 12 year old who takes orders is rude but it's hilarious. It's open late, and year round. That's all that matters. Pro Tip: get the GREEN thai curry. read more

A gross bug in my food that I ate and spit out! So this review is more of a public service announcement. Don't ever go there. The place is dirty and when I informed the owner that there was a roach in my food, he wouldn't give me my money back!!! He grumbled some half apology and told me I can have a credit. I placed a large takeout order here for my last night in the Hamptons. When I placed the order a kid answered to take my order. After giving him my list of items he hung up without getting my name, taking my number, or telling me how many minutes it would take before my order would be ready. I hung up puzzled but was told my my ex, "Yeah, they do that sometimes.." So I drove over. They are located near the Middle school right off the main drag in the town (behind a store front down a driveway). My daughter and I waited for a few minutes before they gave us our order (3 california rolls, 3 spicy california rolls, a rainbow roil and an order of Moo Goo Gai Pan). The bill was just shy of $54.00. Way , way higher than I am accustomed to paying for take-out Chinese in Atlanta, but perhaps typical for the Hamptons (where everything, to me, seems overpriced). One thing that bothered my is the kid (presumably the one who brusquely took my order) asked me how much soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi I wanted for the sushi. I was puzzled and said something like "I don't know, I guess the typical / allotted amount.." The kid then proceed to pull out a box and pick those things up with bare / un-gloved hands (particlulary bothersome was digging into a bowl with bare fingers to extract the wasabi). Not very sanitary; however, perhaps I should give him the benefit of the doubt and assume his hands were freshly washed and sparkly clean. Once I got the food home, everyone was happy with the food. My Moo Goo Gai Pan was swimming in sauce to the point that it looked like a soup or a stew; however, dumping in a lot of white rice (in an extra container provided gratis with the dish) served to soak up all the exra sauce. Soup and egg rolls were not included and are likely available with an up-charge. Perhaps deserves 2.5 stars, but the no gloves thing with the wasabi / ginger bothered me so I will round down to two. read more

Came in with low expectation due to previous reviews. Can't say i'm disappointed. Ate in. Decent (and delicious) boneless pork ribs and beef broccoli from lunch special menu. Good steamed rice. Really good value. Efficient staff. Place is packed by people getting take-outs. read more

This restaurant name changed in the last year or two to Fusion Express from China Town. It still has the same phone but has no online presence. The food is actually much better and fresher. The venue is much cleaner. read more

I gave this place one star because YELP does not allow you to post without a rating. Absolutely the worst fast food Chinese takeout in the world. Not only were the chicken wings old, but so were the spareribs. I might as well have gnawed on a piece of leather. To make everything worse, I saw the lady behind the counter pick up something off the floor with the tongs that she used to take meat out of the fridge with. We all need to get Chinese delivery at some point. Do NOT give your business to chinatown restaurant in EH. Sure, we all just expect the usual quality from these places, but this place is TERRIBLE. How can anyone mess up sautéed veggies? I dunno, but these guys will send you broccoli green beans etc overcooked beyond recognition. Mushy and brownish. And fried rice? they take steamed rice and add something that makes it look yellow ( spanish rice powder from the supermarket?) Not fried. not seasoned. its just rice. And they add a few frozen peas to it. Oh yeah, whatever you order from them they will get the order wrong. and the woman on the phone who takes orders is a B@#!*CH! read more

If they don't dare show their menu online then there's a problem. I might have eaten their food once but if I did I obviously never went back. Yelp shows two dollar signs for them. The best Chinese out here, 10 min further east is only one dollar sign. Place is convenient to town but the other is more than worth the drive. And the other place delivers. read more
