Disgusting! My coworker and I ended up in Bellflower decided to give this place a try. Both of us felt so sick after, its probably the old oils and things they use. And i dont know why people are yelping bout the bbq pork it was nasty no flavor, like i literally threw half the plate away. The chow mein noodles are really thick and have no flavor unless u dump a bunch of sauces on it. Never coming here again worst experience. Mind I mention this place is pretty ghetto. I really like this new place. I saw Panda Express and I found China Wok across the street. I'm so glad I came here. It's like eating Real Chinese food. So many variety of soups and they also make egg foo young. I was surprised when you walk into a chinese fast food restaurant they don't have egg foo you or variety of soup. Man my new Chinese spot. This is my favorite Chinese food place for the simple fact that their Orange Chicken is so tasty and soft but crunchy at the same time (talk about a foodgasm) Portions are huge, can easily feed 2 people. Their Fried Rice Combination is so buttery and hearty. The ladies are really nice and sweet. read more

I love the food here! The orange chicken is hands down the best orange chicken iv tried. Its WAYYYYY better than the panda express across...i swear. This place's chow mien is thick and chewy (I prefer thicker chow mein when compared to panda, because panda uses skinny ass noodles that taste like celery. Not kidding. It taste like celery. Yuck) and i recently tried the BBQ pork and it was good too. I dont go chinese fast foods alot, but i think ill keep returning to this one. Food was old and dry. They charged my debit card 5 times for one order which was ridiculous. After I spoke to both of the cashiers they tried to tell me that my Wells Fargo Banking App was lying, even after I showed them that there are 5 different transactions from them, simultaneously. The cashiers refused to return my money and then began saying rude comments about me in their native language. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. For the quality of their food and for the lack of respect they give to their customers. As the old saying goes, the customer is always right! I pick this place over Panda Express for three reasons only-- because it is faster (no line), slightly cheaper, and why not support the little guy? I would say taste and amount of food wise, both are pretty comparable. I think they actually even have more options at China Wok. I was up in the area for work and needed to grab a quick bite. C-wok express fit the bill. It hit my foodie trifecta on the head: cheap, fast, good. The potato chicken was my fav. I asked if they could make a dish for me that wasn't one of the already made items and they gladly made me an awesome green beans with pork dish. Stopped by today and decided to try it out, not sure if I tired the wrong food but this sure was gross. Food was room temperature at best and tasted like soy sauce. Had the shrimp in black bean sauce which would only yield four net shrimp. The lady was very specific that I would only get four shrimp then she proceeded to count them as she put them on top of the veggies. Would avoid at all cost. Come here about once a week after finding it on a lunch break a few months ago. Nothing special, but this is the Chinese food i like! Greasy, sure, but so good! There's a panda across the st but uck that, this place has the best teriyaki chicken for miles. Staff is very welcoming and happy to see returning customers as well as new ones, and they always bring fresh trays out which is nice. I've seen them replace or bring out new trays just about everytime Im there, which i can't say for other nearby places. I don't know what it was, but some sort of breaded eggroll i tried the other day was bomb! If they have any ready, you gotta try one. read more
