This place has been a local Chinese spot located in the west side of Whittier Blvd. they are open on all major holidays for the most part and provide catering dishes at a reasonable price. They also have Boba which I love on a hot day. Their green tea and honeydew are the best in my opinion. The food itself is ok, I've never had a complaint. The variety is the traditional selections with few added and soup selections. My one opportunity would probably lie in the lack of sauces, there's been times where there's no sriracha sauce. read more

This place honestly isn't good. The teriyaki chicken is in a weird yellow sauce that tastes nothing like teriyaki. A quarter of my portion was just skin and that soupy sauce. Horrible food. We ordered Wong tong chicken soup. Gross. The chicken parts were what you ordered for dog food. All the insides parts cut up. You can tell! We wanted to try it out for dinner. Wasted $28.69 husband had a little of everything on a medium plate. Within 10 minutes he had to go to the restroom. Food is good except one of the servers trys to serve small portions. I seriously hate when I end up getting her and her attitude! So today I go in and order a bowl. The bowl brings your choice of rice, Chow Mein or rice noodles and one item. The chick serves my bowl and I'm feeling like I need more. I tell her that instead of the bowl I'll take #1 which brings basically the same thing as the bowl but you can get half & half of rice and one of the noodles. Mind you the #1 is a bit more money but from the pictures it looks like it's more food. So she dumps the bowl into the container...and guess what? It feels the container and she doesn't add more. So I tell her, " So it's exactly the same amount of food but just more money?" She nods her head yes. So I then tell her I'll take a #2 which would add an item. She was so pissed! So I pick the green beans with chicken. This WAS a favorite place for cheap Chinese food until I witnessed the most negligent handling of Covid protocols that I've seen since this pandemic started. I left terrified. The people behind the counter kept bringing people up to the counter to take orders. People waiting for orders were stacking up inside and unable to keep distance in this small establishment. In order to get out, patrons passed 10 other people within 4 feet. Numerous people complained and asked them to control traffic and they intentionally blatantly ignored. I could have sworn I wrote a review for this establishment! Short and sweet, it's decent Chinese fast food take out. Food was cooked to order (they keep running out of it every time we go there). Customer service was good & quick! The new owners are doing a lot better than the old ones - I remember how bad it was before, typical bad quality food kept warm under the lamps getting stale. This one seems fresher. Its location is the closest one in the area, which also makes it the most inconvenient since that whole shopping center is always congested. Parking can be painful at times. But if that doesn't bother you & you just want your Chinese food fix w/not a whole lot of expectations- this place will suffice :) read more

The service here has increasingly gotten worse as time has gone by. I've been coming here for almost 9yrs and I miss the old management. If you come to this place make sure to pay with cash. They have a 30 cent fee if you pay with card which is ok. I went to buy something simple and my total was 5.38 with the 30 cent fee included. Hubby and I went in on a Saturday night and the place was PACKED. I was surprised to see so many people! When it was finally our turn to order, I was stumped. Everything looked so tasty. The woman behind the counter offered us a sample. I chose the orange chicken. SO GOOD!! It wasn't too sweet and the breading wasn't super thick. We ended up sharing the 3 item combo. Half rice, half chow mein, orange chicken, green bean chicken and broccoli beef. Everything was super fresh and I loved how the broccoli wasn't over steamed. It still had a little crunch! The service was excellent. The lines can be somewhat long, but they try and keep it moving.
