There's always that one asian lady who's rude and there's another nice one. The rude one really takes advantage. I went in once to buy two small boxes of food one crispy chicken and one orange chicken. She charged me around 8-9$. I didn't think much of it. I went in two weeks after for the exact thing but the other nicer lady charged me around 5-6$. Idk who they're trying to play dumb but it ain't me. I go on my break here and there and end up disappointed in the food after. I went in once ordering my food the lady next to me wanted a whole plate of one item and she was willing to pay for it and the mean asian lady practically almost yelled at her saying she couldn't get a whole plate and told her if she got one item on a whole plate she was going to charge her double, and pointed at little containers that if she wanted one item only it would have to be from the small containers. I don't think i'll ever be back i get disappointed every time i go. They deserve to either have good customer service or get out of business.

Their Yelp online ordering doesn't work anymore, tried it several times. There's plenty of parking as I arrived at dinner hour. I only waited a few more minutes when the box of food came out from the kitchen. Our usual order is the Family Dinner for 4 which includes egg rolls, steamed rice, chicken Chow mein, orange chicken, kung pow chicken, and broccoli beef, and fortune cookies. I feel that their quantity and quality is slipping since COVID happened as all these restaurants are try to stay profitable. Family notice that portions are smaller and flavor of the food is bland. It's lacking quality control and I'm not sure if we'd continue patronizing this establishment. Total spent was $52+.

While the staff are friendly enough and service is acceptable the lack of cleaning is obvious. Portions are smaller now, but that is true at most dining facilities these days. A rule of thumb for me; If the entry door is dirty and the glass is nothing but smudges and the windows are too, time to visit a facility that has people that take pride in their restaurant.
