The staff was attentive and patient when we called in, repeated the order and gave us a price and time frame for pick up. 20 minutes on the dot I arrived to a fairly busy, but clean and neat small storefront. Sauces on a table for convenience, and a couple of cases of drinks as well. The kitchen appeared busy and transparent; you could see them cooking and packing everything fresh right in front, behind the counter (a reassuring thing!). Staff seemed friendly and honorable, reminding me to grab a free 2 L soda for my purchase. Waited 5 minutes and walked out with a piping hot and heavy bag, very well packed (bonus points for neat and no spillage). Also, definitely loved that we could order white meat, no MSG, and I guarantee you that no other Chinese food place comes close to being real like Sung Wo. We 100% could taste and tell the difference! Absolutely refreshing to eat actual white meat chicken and have it look and taste great. We ordered General Tso's tofu, General Tso's chicken, and sesame chicken and all of it was top tier. The tofu was some of the best we've had in a long time, and the chicken was cooked perfectly -- crispy and saucy without being burnt in or dry and full of flavor.
