Really Good FOOD!!! Not your average Chinese food place, they're not skimpy on the portions at all. The portions are so killer that the containers they serve in cant be closed at all. Love this place. Their food portions are the best for the price compared to any other Chinese restaurant I know. I always have leftovers for the next day because I can never finish it. That's how generous with food they are. Service is always friendly and quick. Food is always pretty good. I tried Chinatown Kitchen for a catered work lunch. It was a BIG HIT with everyone at work, even among picky palates and vegan/ vegetarians! The beef and broccoli was delicious. The meat was tender and not rubbery (real meat!) and the broccoli was tender and just right, not too firm not too soft. My favorite was the kung pao chicken. For me it was just the right level of spicy and the perfect veggie/ chicken/ sauce ratio. The veggie egg rolls were surprisingly the perfect balance of crispy crunchy and well seasoned with every bite. Usually I try to avoid egg rolls since they tend to be oily gross messes, but these were perfectly wrapped and not overly greasy. For quick lunchtime Chinese food, Chinatown Kitchen is awesome! Customer service is horrible. We eat here every wednesday. There are to ladies one is nice and THE other one is very rude .

Food was just okay. Meat had bones or a lot of fat. The chow mien was very thick, the rice was yellow (??) and clumped together with no real flavor, all in all I don't think we'll be back. The guy that helped us was very friendly and patient! read more

Wow! First timer - my company's offices just relocated to the area. Was actually sad about missing my favorite chicken place... until I saw the Yelp review and a picture of a Chinatown Kitchen dish showed up in my search. The portion is massive - too much food for me (and I'm 6'4" tall... and it's amazingly good... and I got the meal with a large lemonade for under $10! I was looking on yelp for a chinese takeout since my old place had been replaced. I'm glad I came. The food was good. Did not taste fishy or greasy. The portions are large. Both I and my grandson ate well. There was enough leftovers for a snack for my husband. The place is clean and the cashier was very nice and helpful. I am passing thru from Norwalk to paramount, and found this spot. The steam rice was the only item on my plate that was hot. The noodles were cold and my jalapeño chicken was cold as well. I will not come back to this location again. Also the egg rolls were terrible , save your money and go someplace else. read more

Wow! This place really knows how to pack a plate full, and it's really good food. So far I've most of the food in the warming trays and have not been disappointed.
