Walked here by chance leaving the vet and had to try it. The staff were very sweet and welcoming. We got 6 cookies to try because they all looked so good: -Cake Batter: wish it had some type of frosting but was really tasty and still good the next day cold -Lemon Blueberry: beautiful, and my boyfriend loved it -Original chocolate chip: thick, gooey, and almost cake-like. We loved it! -Smores: little too overcooked for me -Brookie: fire, and still so good the next day hot or cold -Cookies and Cream: very good but needs to be warm. Cookies are served hot and in very cute packaging. We will definitely be back here to try more flavors whenever we're in the area!

It is a cute cozy store. I received a variety of cookies to share with my family. Cookies received: Gingerbread (?), Blueberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Chip and Confetti. Customer service was great! She was so nice and helpful with accessing my order. The cookies were a fan favorite and I plan to order more in the future.

This is only my second time visiting Chip City cookie as it seems their locations are only on the East Coast and very few. One thing I will say about these cookies is that they're always very fresh and the marketing team does a really good job of rotating the flavors these cookies are definitely on the thicker side. The outside parts are crunchy and the inside is slightly soft and doughy. It seems like they have a couple classic flavors that they keep on their rotation, but then they also have varying seasonal ones as well. Prices range about five dollars a cookie. I've noticed they also have other things to think cookies, such as ice cream sandwiches, and croissant cookie. This location opens on the later side at 12. I went with a sweet potato s'mores cookie because I thought it was an interesting combination. solid cookie joint to get your sweet treat fixing.

" Yummy for my tummy " Parking at this location is difficult. They do have a parking garage close but it's pricey . The cost is good for the quality , freshness and caliber . I got the cookie butter it was so yummy for my tummy . The staff woman was super friendly and welcoming . I would describe the vibe as welcoming and friendly .

With all the hype we had to try the rainbow cake cookie. Just ordered one to split Very moist and tasty Doesn't have the real rainbow Itailian taste but still very good .

As an avid cookie lover, The cookies were very hard even when I warmed them up. I really wanted to enjoy them. Tasted very mediocre. I was welcomed though. The store is cute, just not my type of cookie

    Festive grand opening decorations.

Chip City has finally opened in Boston! Conveniently located near TD Garden. We could smell fresh cookies before even entering the store. It was cutely decorated for opening day, and the workers greeted us with friendly smiles and helpful recommendations, as there are many cookie flavors to choose from. They have classic flavors and rotating weekly flavors. We ended up ordering: S'mores: Graham cracker with dark chocolate chips - loved the melted marshmallows on top. Cookie Butter Cookie: Brown sugar filled with Biscoff butter - an interesting flavor for a cookie. Fluffernutter: Vanilla with peanut butter chips - surprised by the gooey marshmallow cream inside. Confetti: Vanilla sugar with rainbow sprinkles - a classic but definitely my favorite. The cookies are big and come out warm. Soft and doughy on the inside while maintaining a crispy exterior. You can even add a scoop of ice cream for $3. Can't wait to come back and try out more flavors!

Discovered this place on UberEats while looking for a post dinner sweet treat. I wasn't expecting too much but I was pleasantly surprised! This cookie is a mix of Crumbl and Levain. It's chonky and buttery like levain but also has the cake dense flavours of Crumbl. There was a buy one get a me free promo so I got 4 cookies. The prices are on par with most famous cookie places. Will definitely be ordering again.

You need to walk downstairs to get to the entrance, not handicap friendly at least I don't think it is.

There was a short wait since they bake the cheesecakes fresh in batches, but it moved pretty quickly. The Original Japanese Cheesecake was warm, soft, and definitely lived up to its signature "jiggle." It's very different from a traditional cheesecake--much lighter, fluffier, and less sweet, almost like a cross between a soufflé and a sponge cake. If you're expecting a rich New York-style cheesecake, this isn't that. Personally, I enjoyed how light it was, and it didn't leave me feeling overly full. The staff was friendly, and the shop was clean and well organized. My only suggestion would be to have a few more seating options since it's mostly grab-and-go. Overall, it's worth checking out if you're in downtown Boston or curious about Japanese-style cheesecake. I'd come back again and would like to try some of their other pastries next time.

I ordered an Ube cheesecake and repeated my order as it seemed there might have been some miscommunication. I was in a bit of a rush due to limited parking and unfortunately didn't check my bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized I had been given a different cheesecake than what I ordered. I decided to keep it rather than return, as going back to Chinatown wasn't convenient at the time. The cheesecake itself was also disappointing in texture and freshness--it felt quite soggy and not as fresh as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I don't think I would return.

They have three tablet kiosks for self-ordering, and it's an intuitive UI, so the process was simple. Once I made my decision from their extensive list of options and combinations, it took me maybe 2 minutes from start to finish to build and submit my order. I ordered a large taro milk tea and it was everything I had hoped for. Flavorful, not too sweet, and the tapioca was a wonderful consistency. My only thing was that it was so busy and loud that the staff were unable to continuously call out when orders were complete, or you couldn't hear them. I eventually went up to the bar, noticed my drink had been sitting a few minutes, yelled over, "This is mine, thanks!!" Smiled, and then grabbed it. Beyond that? It was absolutely a great experience.

Although their names seem to have nothing to do with each other, they share paper bags and some products. Are they sister shops run by the same team? Egg Tart蛋撻: Since there was no insulated box, it was cold, which is a shame compared to Corner Cafe. The egg and milk aromas were masked, but there was a slight eggy smell. Portuguese Egg Tart葡撻: Although it was also cold, I preferred the baking. It had a thin crust, and the filling was still smooth and delicate, with a richer egg, milk, and sweet flavor. Butter Bun奶香包: The best product, but I forgot to take a picture... I unexpectedly encountered "Little Swell bread微波麵包," something that has disappeared in China for a long time.
