Chip cookies is a nice addition to the neighborhood! I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon after lunch. There were no other customers in the store, so the service was quick and friendly. I purchased a four pack of cookies to try a few flavors, including the OG, SW chip, sugar, and smores cookies. They sell the previous day's cookies for a discount, so I added a Biscoff cookie to my order at the register. The cookies were very good, albeit it very sweet. They are thicker, especially in the middle, so they are a little under baked, but that made them more gooey and I personally enjoy that texture. The Biscoff was my favorite since it had white chocolate in it, making it reminiscent of a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, which I loved when I was a kid, but alas am allergic to now. I would put Chip up on my favorite cookie places in town. Glad I stopped by to try and can't wait to stop by again to try some new flavors in the future! read more

Horrible service! If there was a negative star I would. It was unbelievable what I had to go through no one was considerate at all being that I even had to wait for over an hour so I left. Truly disappointing! everyone just go to McDonald's up the street and get a cookie tote! Decided to stop by out of the blue and was not disappointed. Chip is a speciality cookie bakery based out of Salt Lake City and this is first and only location here in Vegas. I tried the cookies n creme which was delicious and very rich. Compared to Crumbl, the cookies are more dense and doughy, almost like a puck. While the cookies are tasty, they are not cheap. Each cookie starts at around $5 and only go up if you decide to add on any toppings/ice cream. They do have a bowl of day old cookies sitting on the counter. They taste the same and are about half the price. The manager who helped me out was very friendly and mentioned that the flavors rotating on a regular basis. Worth checking out if you have a sweet tooth that needs to be satiated. read more

This is where dreams are made in cookie form. Best Chocolate chip cookie I've tried around here, and the bar is pretty high for me. I didn't think I would like the Biscoff cookie but it is amazzzing! Stumbled upon this place in a shopping lot mall. Over crumble they've gotten too big and quality isn't as good. So trying something fresh. Just wish they offered cookies with nuts. It's nut free for those with allergies. And they do offer to make your own cookie so if you would like a different topping with different base, that is an option. Super cute. read more

Our new favorite cookie spot by a mile!!!! We went for the first time Monday night near closing and the two employees working greeted us with a smile and welcomed us in. Their greeting wasn't forced which was refreshing. Both employees helped us navigate the menu and educated us on what the different flavors were about. We decided to try the OG, SW, Boneless and the one with icing. I didn't try the one with icing since the my kids ate it but I tasted the other 3 and all were awesome! My most favorite was the SW cookie but really all of them so wonderful. The cookies were soft and had great texture. It wasn't too sweet which I love and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. We have tried at least 4 other cookie spots in the Valley and without a doubt Chip is the best! Can't wait to go back! read more

Chip has the best thick chewy cookies I've ever had in Las Vegas. I tried the OG, SW and Red Velvet and I liked all of them. I ordered a cookie cake and I was extremely disappointed service was horrible. The cookie cake letters were bigger than the others. Had to wait for an hour for it to be fixed , which never ended being fixed I had to leave because they were taking too long. Weren't apologetic at all! Crumble Cookies has met its match. This cookie experience was sooo good. I was so pleasantly surprised by this shop. You can choose from a list of preset cookies or customize your own warm cookie and have it filled with whatever toppings you want. The cookie starts off warm and then they'll create a hole that in the top to add your fillings. The server was so nice and gave me a mini cookie to try since it was my first time and there was a bit of a wait. Also, it's so cute inside!
