Wow!!! Super disappointed. I love chipotle but this was by far the worse experience. The lady on the line did not explain what a kids meal was & kept saying what sides do you want??? ‍‍then gives us a kids meal with no meat. The manager had to come from the back & tell us since the person on the line didn't that you build your own taco. Hello that would have been nice to know. Anyways I got a steak bowl the steak was burnt no I mean black. My husband and I go all the time to several different locations and have never had a bowl this small... We couldn't even tell her what we wanted on our bowls before she interrupted us asking what we wanted next. so upset All the tables in the restaurant were dirty to boot... Not sure how this Chipotle only has 3 stars, but it gets 5 from us! Traveling up 85 and craving it, the app directed us here and we ordered online and it was on the shelf when we got there plus they had a line of 10+ people. Efficient and the food was hot and my salad was delicious! read more

Frequent visitor to this location. How difficult can it be to have extra back-up containers for unsweet tea? Typically missing multiple times during the year. Told they break or leak and don't have a back up. Why not have a back up when they break? Time to switch to a new lunch spot? read more

So many things. So little space. Where to begin?! First of all: turn down that damn music so maybe you can hear my order. Also: don't mumble it back to me and then get pissy when I don't hear you. Second: cook the rice Third: don't assume I want chips with my order. So don't put them in damn bag without asking me! Fourth: let me take the margarita to go cuz I don't like feeling like I'm eating in a warehouse. In fact, I've eaten at more appealing warehouses. We have been here several times now and I feel that I can give a competent review since our experience has been the same each time. As for the food, it is good, not great. I give this place 4 stars for two reasons: 1) They have BROWN RICE! It is impossible to find brown rice at any restaurants around here, whether Mexican, Chinese, etc. And brown rice is an important element in healthy eating (so much better than white rice)...I appreciate Chipotle for offering it! 2) They offer a VEGAN meat option! This opens up a whole new avenue for vegans, and around here, that is HUGE! It is hard to find vegan options around here, especially vegan meat options. The rest of the food (beans, pico, guac, meats, etc.) are good...not exceptional, but good. The chips, in our experience, have been a little on the stale side more often than not. They are thin and have potential, but need to be fresher. The folks who work here are exceptional. They are friendly, have a great attitude and smile a lot. What more can I say? They represent this Chipolte well, and it is always a pleasure to go in, knowing we will be treated with courtesy and respect. I recommend this Chipolte. Just don't expect the best food you ever had. What else can you really say?? Chipotle is Chipotle (in the best of ways). What you get here is what you've come to expect at just about any Chipotle that you would go to anywhere else: good food, good service, clean environment, and readily available. Rather than reviewing the food in detail here (my real only gripe is that the chips rarely ever taste fresh, instead they taste like they've been sitting around for a day or two which sucks), I wanted to review the staff and store. The team they have here always does a great job making sure they get your order right and quickly. I've never had a bad experience, and in even a couple of instances I've had them go out of their way to provide exceptional service unexpectedly. For instance, one time I wanted barbacoa and they didn't have it ready. So instead I ordered chicken and when I went to pay they comp'd my whole meal as an apology for not having barbacoa available in that moment. It's that type of service that keeps me coming back, as well as the many other customers that frequent this Chipotle. read more

After trying to give this Chipotle a third or fourth chance, it's safe to say they've failed miserably. The food seasoning isn't always consistent, on good days the food taste good and on other days the food is just blah. Employees serving the food in this locations act like the food comes out of their paychecks or we're receiving the food for free, very skimpy portions and the worst part is when you ask for a decent portion of chicken because the portion they served was not even a full scoop, they try to be funny with it and pick up the smallest single piece of chicken to add. Then I decided to call another order in for my parents & I had to use the telephone computer to order. My daughter gets there & the second order was ordered but not the first order. I like the food but the only con that I have is getting people that work there that's not afraid of fixing your food because the last time I asked for a salad and this was during the non peak hours they sprinkled the lettuce and my toppings on my plate like they were fixing a burrito or they own plate so unless the customer state otherwise light everything pile it up because the customers are paying for what they get read more

I order the same meal every time, chicken bowl with brown rice, no beans, fajita veggies, tomato salsa & corn salsa. Simple and easy right? Wrong! One time I received a bowl with just fajita veggies in it! Not even the chicken? Really? How can you prepare a bowl of fajita veggies, look at it & think that's all a person ordered....?? This last time time I got a bowl full of rice & hardly any of the other toppings. Bottom line, unless you are standing right there instructing them on how to do their job, they'll do it very carelessly. read more

They should rename this place to Guacamole nazi's. I come here once every three years with my kids and then remember why I never come here. Worst place for kids that don't like spicy food. A lot of things have spice in it and my kids refuse to eat that. When I ordered a bowl for my 4 year old tried to add a dab of guacamole instead of any of the spicy sides, they made sure three different ways that they were charging me for the dab, full price. They slapped the lid on my sons kids meal before adding anything to go on his tacos, had to go back to add lettuce and cheese, at least they were nice about that. 5 ft tall sneeze guard along with noisy makes it impossible to hear them or for them to get your order correct. They need pictures on the menu: what is barbacoa, chorizo, or sofritas? read more

Went to Chipotle today for lunch to celebrate our 16 year old's birthday (he'd eat here every day if he could) and had great service. Food was fresh and line moved very quickly but not in a rush-you-through-run-you-over sort of way, just good service. Katie was incredibly helpful to us with the birthday cake we brought and dealing with leftovers--she even came around during our meal and removed trash for us! read more

So very hipster. Everyone is tatted and pierced, which I personally find a turnoff in people who are making my food. Also a bit pretentious, calling BBQ "barbacoa" - so precious. Lots of choices, a bit confusing, and they seem to think you should know exactly what you want as soon as you get to the counter. Impatient with anyone who needs to study the menu. The service was fast enough, though somehow my order cost quite a bit more than I expected given my choices. The food was ok, not great but not as good as mine at home, even with less options. I love Chipotle in general but the food at this location was even fresher than others. The chicken was fresh, super moist and flavorful as was the guacamole. Bland. Healthy food doesn't have to be bland. So why does Chipotle taste so bad/ boring? I'm not an amazing chef & still 100% of the things I come up with in my kitchen taste so much better than anything they serve. Yall blow my mind saying this food is good.
