No trip to the chipotle is complete without having to contact customer support in the chipotle app. This time in particular, I asked if they remember the Apple juice to which the employee at the drive-through window looked into the bag and said "yes, it's in there." I asked where the rest of the food was because the bag was so light weight. I then looked in the small bag and saw that there was no apple juice in it. The cashier handed me a second bag and then told me they didn't have apple juice just after he told me I had apple juice in my bag. I drove home to my family and realize that it was not my order. I had to drive all the way back, try and explain what happened in the app and I'm now sitting in a line of cars behind six other people. read more

I understand all the one-star reviews. Don't use the Chipotlane after 12p, for sure. Especially if you get behind someone whose order wasn't ready. In previous visits, I was told to go back around or wait to get back in line when my food is ready. Today, I was behind five or six cars with the first four getting their orders fairly quickly. Of course, the car directly in front of me took about 10-15 minutes to receive their order, meaning it wasn't ready, which made my order, already on the shelf when I got to the front, and others on the shelf cold. I get it's the lunch rush, but there has to be a better and efficient way to receive your order at its freshest. Would have loved them to tell the car in front of me to go back around or move up to receive their order. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have gone in and talked to the manager about the situation since the phone number is automated and won't send you to a human representative. If it wasn't for everyone in my party being satisfied with their order, I would have given this a one-star rating. Please do better, Aurora Chipotle, since the Solon one skimps on their food, or Twinsburg will be the only one left in the area. read more

Last time going to this location. This location is always dirty, the workers do not clean up. The food is not good like the other locations, the beans always look like they've been sitting out for days, the meat is always dry, hard rice. They always "run out" of lettuce, sour cream fajitas, pretty much everything! The owners or management clearly need to do more visits at this location. Dont use chipotlelane, each time it takes an additional 30min from the time i arrive to move through all the cars and pick up my order. Thats a total of 50minutes from the time order is placed. Why not just give people an more accurate time estimate so the cars can move faster and people show up when the order is ready? COVID had nothing to do with the poor service we consistently experience with the Chipotle. Today was the final straw and won't be returning. I placed an online order for drive through pick up. I received order confirmation, all seemed well. Sat in line for about 15 minutes only to find that they claimed to never received mu order. I ended up going inside and the only person at the counter was very unhelpful and rude, quick to dismiss me to someone else. She was not friendly and it was clear could really care less about my missing order. When I finally got someone to help, I proceeded to read them my online order and the rudeness continued. The person making the order acted like they didn't know what the lifestyle bowl was and claimed they never had hard shell taccos for kids meal. This is not the first time I've experienced poor service and attitude from employees at this place. This location of Chipotle is good but I'm waiting for it to be great. From the start of opening the staff has improved tremendously with service and quality of food but there is always room for improvement. I found that ordering online was the easiest option with the drive thru window but sometimes with the fast pace nature of the business the staff can be so busy they may mess up your order. The cleanliness of the restaurant has improved also. Overall this is a good location and I will be buying again. read more

The Worse Chipotle in the entire state of Ohio! I waited 20 mins in line while one employee worked the counter alone only to be told that they were out of rice and chicken and that id have to wait another 20 mins. the one employee was visibly struggling while the "manager" was ringing up a customer who wanted over 20 gift card. There were 3 employees in the kitchen standing around. I'm extremely disappointed in the staffs attitude and the manger lack of concern. They make all cars wait in the same line no matter when you ordered or if you ordered already. Inside is closed, due to COVID I assume, so you have no other option but to wait in line. You order and pay for your food on the app, you get an email stating the time and that your food is ready, only to wait OVER A HOUR in a "drive thru line". Oh it gets better! When we got to the window we were told they are making it now. Then I observed one of the workers eating food while making food orders. She didn't wash her hands, change gloves or anything. She was the brunette with the ponytail! Surely that's a health violation but especially gross in a global pandemic. I'll be calling the corporate office about this as well! There are a lot of missed opportunities at this location. The dining room is always closed. They are always short staffed. You can only order and pay online, then get in a 1+ hour drive thru line to pickup. They close earlier then other locations. The order is messed up (think salad without lettuce) and missing items nearly 100% of the time, and that's if they don't send an employee out to send you away because even if your pickup time was before they close, they can't fulfill your order before closing. Then you're out the money because you can't cancel your order and they won't. Contacting corporate won't refund your money, but rather, give you coupons that can only be used 1 at a time and expire in a month even if you paid for dinner for 6 and no one got any food. It's really unfortunate. I love Chipotle and the location, but they need to fix their service issues that have been ongoing for over a year now before I'll go back. read more

This place is never really good, but today was the worst!! In line to order and the young lady in front of us was ordering for a few people. She said her friend wanted lots of fajitas in her bowl. The tin was pretty empty even though it was 11:15am. The person serving asked the young guy behind her cutting chicken when the fajita veggies would be ready. He completely ignored her. Trust me, he heard her. She asked again and was ignored. She softly said something like "you're being rude please answer me". At that point he may have said "I don't know. ". The customer then tried to ask him directly, again he heard her and totally ignored. At this point I was pissed! He stood there with an arrogant look on his face unwilling to answer the young lady serving food or the actual customer asking him directly. I had to speak up...I told him he is being rude to both a customer and his coworker. Totally ignored me until he finally said "I told her I don't know". This guy straight up needs to be gone. Ignoring a customer is bad, but these poor coworkers that have to tolerate his behavior. On top of that, we were probably one of the first inside customers and the place was gross!!!!! The area by the register was covered in food. The tables not clean. Even worse was the area by the drinks...something smeared on the counters along with food. I think they are taking advantage of our desperation of food options in the Aurora area. But I hope management reads this and is ashamed. read more

When I went there the staff was friendly and the store looked clean. I ordered a salad and a burrito. When I got to the checkout I asked for salad dressing as I usually have to because I never seem to give you salad dressing with your salad order. I was told that they did not have any. What? I just ordered a salad? Why wouldn't the person that made my salad have told me that we don't have any salad dressing? Common sense if they went to a sit down restaurant and ordered a salad with dressing and it just came out a big bowl of greens with no salad dressing wouldn't they not enjoy their salad? I continued on and was going to take my salad without the salad dressing. Last time I was there a person wanted to charge me extra for dressing. They didn't take anything off my bill this time because I did not have the dressing?? I also ordered chips and guacamole. When I was walking away I looked in my bag and realized I only had the guacamole and no chips. I went back over to the cashier and told her my predicament. Her response was "oh, I know I forgot something". Really? Why aren't these people getting trained. So anyways I went home to have my salad and my daughter was eating her burrito. She came up to me and told me her burrito was so hot that she could not eat it. I did not understand why until I had some of my salad? The salad was so hot I ran to the kitchen sink to drink a bunch of water to wash it down. I do not get anything hot or spicy on my food. Apparently the guacamole had lots and lots and lots of spicy hot red or rather green pepper s in it. Big pieces little pieces . It was way too hot. Who goofed on that one? How many people that were standing in line are not going to enjoy their dinners at night because it is not what they were expecting? Again, training. Period. It is not Covid, it is just down to training. Communication , they can definitely have good communication and tell people that they are out of things, I'm sure people would understand if they were told beforehand with ordering their food not weren't there at the checkout. Chipotle is really going downhill. They need to get somebody in there to train. Run the stores for only shorter periods of time , and not do online orders and just have people come in the store and pick up an order their food. Or at least push the online orders back with good communication so people don't come in the store thinking they're going to get their food at a certain time, then to find out they get in the store and they still have to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to get their food done. It is such a chaotic mess at chipotle anymore. I will be making my own rice and beans and dressing at home and avoiding all the frustration and hassle and extra money it is to have such poor quality food. Goodbye chipotle.
