I moved to Bangor in February and sense moving here this chipotle is has been closed during random times during the day. The first time I came here it was around 12:00pm. They stopped me from walking in and said they closed for the day because they ran out of meat. The second time I went it was around 2:30pm they had run out of chips and tortillas and said they could only serve bowls for the day. The third time I went it was 1:00pm and the store was locked and had signs all around the doors saying it was temporarily closed. It's a little ridiculous that this store never has enough supplies. I also feel sorry for the employees because they probably don't get any hours do to the lack of supplies at this store. read more

If you want to go anytime in between 8-10pm...WHEN THEY SAY THEYRE OPEN. you simply cannot. they start closing 2 hours before and lock the doors. dont put your hours until 10pm if you cannot do that. all the workers are still here, but closing two hours beforehand. read more

Super disappointed by my experience tonight. Placed an order for 06:40 on mobile. It said online it was ready, however my order wasn't ready until 07:15. I was willing to let that slide, however when I got my order and got home I saw they'd written on one of the meals "no guac no lettuce sorry". None of that was conveyed to me in store and I would have honestly just gotten a refund if I'd known. I payed extra for guac for 3 meals and wasn't compensated. No lettuce in any of the meals. All of the orders had only the super hot liquid salsa which was not what we ordered and ruined all of the meals. What a massive waste of my time and money. It's been consistently terrible there. They always seemed understaffed and they are always running out of vital ingredients. Don't bother with this site. There's no communication about your order and it's typically wrong. read more

Poorly managed. We went to grab lunch there only to find out they do only mobile orders until 5pm. Not a huge problem, food was fine but they were a little stingy on portions. Fast forward to last night. We ordered $50 worth of dinner on the app for our family, and when we went to pick it up there was a sign on the door that they were closed, not able to fulfill the orders and that we needed to go online to file a refund request. The five stars are here, only knowing what will get at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. I like places where I can choose what to get on my plate, and for that reason I frequent Chipotle. This location was convenient to the mall, many hotels and close to the main road. I showed up around opening time, and the food was fresh, and people were happy, before the workload of an entire day could beat them and their service standards. I got a veggie bowl, and the lady helping me filled it generously. She also happily helped me when I changed my mind and decided to get my food to take away. There is plenty of parking, the location is clean and seems to have sufficient seating although it isn't big by any means. There were some beer choices for drinks, and they seemed nice, but I steered clear coz it was still 11 am after all. Quick, easy, standard meal? Oh, yeah! read more

I ordered a burrito bowl. Sofritas, sour cream, salsa, beans, guac and lettuce. Apparently they were out of lettuce and guac. Instead of letting me know, they literally put sour cream, salsa, and beans into a burrito bowl. A wet pink amalgamation, a soup if you will. In lieu of compensation they simply wrote "sorry out of lettuce and guacamole" on the bowl. I was not compensated for the lack of ingredients or warned about what I was about to witness. I know that this is a fast food restaurant and the workers are likely having a tough time. but a simple "we are out of guacamole" would have sufficed. I would have gone elsewhere. woof. read more

Whatever you do don't go to the Bangor Maine location. I ordered on the website ( currently takeout only ) two meals plus a chips and salsa. When I picked up my order I noticed there were no chips. At this point I was already irritated by the website because I was not able to figure out how to make special requests. The young man offered to call the general manager, and he came right out. My order was paid for when ordered. I am a loud person and I don't hold back if I want to voice my opinion, the General manager who was no help to me, told me I was hostile and that I could leave. He didn't give a rats ass that I had paid for food I was not given. I ate my burrito while trying to navigate there complaint part of the website. Not what I was looking forward to. Every time I come here for the past 3 months they are at least 1/2 hour behind so I order online, it says my order will be ready in 1/2 hr but when I get there I still have to wait at least an additional 1/2 hr because they are extremely slow and understaffed. Chick fil-e across the street can process 10 times the customers this place can, you would think they would pick up some tips or something. I'm done coming here. Their meat is always burnt, and they never have the meals ready in time. On the mobile order, they're always late with their order. I got a nasty case of food poisoning here, the food was cold and the inside of the building was filthy so we ate in the car. One time I got one of the fruit drinks here and it tasted extremely strong almost as if it had fermented in the dispenser.
