Great visit today. Sunday noon before the crowd so no wait. Really loaded up the toppings today for the tacos & bowl. They gave me a free sample of the Pastor chicken so I could taste it- a tad spicy for me. I tried the adult quesadilla finally- which has to be ordered online though. It was a tad smaller than a burrito. So you get meat & cheese on the shell & it's wrapped like a package. Then you get 3 sides only. So I got black beans. corn salsa & mild tomatoes. Had to pass on rice & sour cream. We got to apply a one time 50% off coupon for an entrée, which was nice. Arrived at 9pm, closes at 11pm. They were out of tomatoes, cheese, steak, no lemonades or agua frescas made, no chipotle Tabasco sauce out, all regular height tables were dirty with food on them. One bathroom was locked without an occupant and the other bathroom had urine in the bowl with the flusher broken. I told the staff and nothing was done during the 15 additional minutes we were there finishing the meal. Staff was not friendly from the start. I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my family there as a summer late dinner treat. read more

I showed up around 10 PM. They already had the chairs on top of the tables and we're hinting that they were only doing takeout. I asked them to clear a table for me which they did. The food was cold. The back serving area for the employee was a mess with food all over the place. They ran out of cheese. I ordered one I normally order and didn't get anything close as I do in other chipotle restaurants. When a restaurant got empty, everybody came out sad and the tables out front splitting the tips. Everytime I come to this location I am highly disappointed. Yet today I had a very bad day and wanted fajitas on my bowl, in fact, it's the only reason I wanted chipotle in the first place. The bowl for the peppers was empty and the workers in which had no life behind their eyes told me they couldn't make more? Excuse me? At checkout they proceed to switch the bowl in which I had no problem waiting if they were to ask. I asked for a side of guacamole and never got my side and was charged. I had to ask three times for a side of vinaigrette . So take my advice and never ever come to this location unless you want to be greeted with horrible costumer service. read more

This was my first visit to this Chipotle and the women working the line the day I was there was wonderful. So friendly and kind. Food was so-so, but that is typical for Chipotle. I ordered a large portion of chips and it definitely wasn't a large bag. Lots of parking. read more

Lazy staff open until 11 pm. But will not open more Pico or cheese at 835 over 2 hours before they close. Also the chicken is did get had pork in it and was cold and rubbery stay away from chipolte go to cilantro on lorian rd in north olmsted food is hot and they are not constantly making excuses to not bring more out! read more

I continue to be significantly disappointed with chipotle and I would like Scott Bouttry to resign effective immediately. This store is just another example of what I've experienced over the last year time and time again. The only person standing had to counter to order and I watched over and over again as employees walked right past me on their cell phone, or while they prepared themselves a salad or did other things that totally disregard me as the customer. Chipotle has a major major culture issue here and despite selling my shares and reaching out to Boatwright directly, I have seen no changes in this organization and it's not a surprise why the stock price is down well over 50%. read more

We were told they were out of tortilla wraps and chips. Could only order bowls. At 7PM?!? How?!? 3 separate groups of customers wanted chips and guacamole. Then saw the HUGE deep pan with chips in it! Worker said they're saving those for tonight's online orders. But you had 3 missed sales right there when everyone came inside!! Makes no sense. Guy working register was kind of a jerk to the lady in front of us. My advice is if you're going to deny walk in customers chips and guacamole you might want to hide the huge tub of chips instead of leaving them on the counter. Won't be back. read more

Poor service and unprofessional staff. I told the worker not once but threes I wanted two steak bowls only to get home with two veggie bowls! I returned to the restaurant to pay the difference and get some steak added. I spoke to a very rude and confrontational manager, Yachal I believe her name is. She asked if I went through the line, which I had. She says to me "Sorry about your luck, if you weren't paying attention that's your problem not mine!" I showed up to the window at 8:38 and said my name. She said well I don't have that and very rudely said to pull around and wait until 8:40. This chipotle was not busy at all. Unsure as to why you have a chipotlane if no one pays attention to the costumers ordering ahead. This is the second time I have sat for over 10 mins without being helped. But tonight my order was supposed to be ready at 9:50, I didn't receive it until 10:20, when I finally sent my husband inside to ask for the order. I have been here a handful of times since they've opened. They had a rocky start when it came to portioning, but that issue has now greatly improved. Their service is adequate. Everyone gets their job done and efficiently. My only real complaint is about the tortilla chips. They taste fantastic-- salty, limey, tortillaey, but they are ALWAYS stale. I don't know how this is possible every time I go. I could understand once or even twice, but every time? Now I can handle a stale chip... However, I can't handle a mystery such as this. Do they simply just leave them out too long in the morning? Are they using chips from prior days? Or has someone backpacked across the continental United States with these chips in their little burlap sack to make it to this chipotle? Perhaps a gremlin or goblin in search of tortilla chips on his trek over mountains and through valleys. I can only imagine the toll that must take on his tiny little body. But somehow he still makes it back to chipotle in time each morning. They pay him in his preferred currency of ladyfingers and sea glass, and he's on his way once again in search of more tortilla chips. Because if that's the case, I get it. I paid for double chicken and something didn't seem right . So I plucked out all of the chicken before I ate anything. What I got was a little less than a regular portion. I guess you can't trust to order online for pick up at this location. I guess you have to watch them and make sure you're getting what you paid for, through regular line pick up. They seem to not cheap you out that way learned my lesson. What a waste of money. I also added a tip thinking maybe they won't cheap me out but they did. Bought a gift card 3/21 at the Chipotle/Berea. A week later, tried to use it, and it did not work. Spent two hours talking with the manager, Xavier, who directed me to two different customer service numbers, and got the same result. Neither the Berea Chipotle, nor the CS # can resolve the issue, not even taking the bad card and issuing me a new one, or canceling the bad card and the transaction, or issuing me a refund. I have the original receipt! The CS# ended up saying they will conduct an "investigation" and get back to me in 3 days!!! I said, what is there to investigate other than you guys did not do the transaction properly, charged me for it, and now refuse to give me either the merchandise or a refund? Nobody took accountability and it was obvious they did not care about the customer. I will be filling out a Police report for petty theft on this restaurant. read more

This time... we had the pleasure of watching one of the employees drop an entire container of chicken on the floor... and then laugh... Awesome! Asked for an approximate time and.... Third time going to this location and it will definitely be my last. I walk in and I'm the only customer in the store. Several employees saw me waiting to place an order and walked right and never said a word. Finally an employee cooking yelled out loudly "Service 1" and someone came to fill my order. I wanted chicken and the employee had to scrape out what was left (which wasn't much, which was disappointing and not the first my order was skimpy on protein because there wasn't enough left to serve). Then at the very end of my bowl order I was told they were out of cheese! Seriously??? There's a Marc's right next to the Chipotle- someone couldn't walk over there and buy some cheese? Also...would have been nice to know they were out of cheese before I started my order. I would have left. Horrible management and customer service. Skip this location and go to the Middleburgh Heights or Strongsville location. read more
