The food is good with quality beef and chicken. All of my meals have been super fresh and delicious. My only main complaint is how small their sandwiches are for the price point they charge. I like the beef and chicken Shake Shack uses for their sandwiches. Their buns are always super fresh and delicious. The counter service in the restaurant is generally good and friendly. This location has their own parking lot with indoor and outdoor dining. There are times when this Shake Shack is very busy.

I had to say "Excuse me, that order is for me. " She looked at the bag, said my name, and then gave it to me. The entire interaction was just my name. Other than lack of customer service, ok visit for the quick breakfast I needed. Seating inside and plenty of parking on the lot.

Service was polite and welcoming, even after ordering at their multiple kiosks. For a bustling spot their crew keeps the place clean. Delicious almost smashesque burger and hands down the best fries for any corporate owned place in the country. I had to say they're hands down the best due to the perfect fry. Crisp on the outside and pillowy on the inside, with the perfect amount of salt, or in this case Korean seasoning. We did not get shakes but I know for a fact the have great shakes as well. So if you're anywhere, where there's a Shake Shack, you need to stop on in and give it a shot, or just go there for your thousandth time because you're addicted to their perfectly cooked fries. This is by no means a five-star joint, but I have to give any location where Chipotle headquarters decides to serve their Garden Blend 'chicken' a 5. There is such a serious deficit in places that serve up vegetarian Mexican food options (vegetarian options in general actually) that cater to those of us who either don't eat meat, or have dietary restrictions. Chipotle has put forth the effort to fill that void, and I couldn't be happier. They use the Gardein brand fake chicken, which is, in my view, far and away the superior chicken substitute, as anyone who has tried the 'chicken' sandwiches at Veggie Grill will tell you. I was getting awfully tired of just having different variations of their veggie burrito, being limited to mixing and matching the salsas, and deciding if I want more rice and beans or less rice and beans. The new Garden Blend has not only breathed new life into their tired (but still good) veggie burritos, but it's also a tasty and relatively convincing substitute for the chicken. More power to you, Chipotle. I hope every Chipotle location starts carrying the Garden Blend. And for the strides you've taken in caring for the vegetarians, the vegans, the semi-health conscious, the Halal eaters and the Kosher eaters, I will happily bump your 4 stars to 5. You deserve it. (As a side note, I wish people like Rachel C. would realize that the organization PETA, while having a noble cause, is almost universally detested by meat eaters and non-meat eaters alike, and that by publicly endorsing ANYTHING, they are unwittingly convincing people to avoid that thing like the plague. I encourage anyone reading this to please, please ignore the fact that PETA supports this move by Chipotle, and try this out for the yummy, delicious, terrific thing that it is. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I come here at least twice a week and have never had an issue like this before. Today, I ordered double meat, but what I received was nowhere near a double portion, it was noticeably small and far below the standard I'm used to. When I brought this up, the situation only got worse. The manager on duty (who refused to give me her name) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue, she had a dismissive attitude and showed no interest in resolving the problem. On top of that, she actually tried to charge me for triple meat, which was completely unreasonable given the portion I received. What made this even more frustrating was her refusal to provide her name or explain how I could file a complaint. That level of avoidance and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from someone in a management position. I've been a loyal customer, but this experience completely changed my perception of this location. Poor customer service, lack of transparency, and incorrect charging practices are not something customers should have to deal with. read more

I don't get what all the hype is regarding Chipotle or why there was even a line at this location. The Chipotle by my house in Glendale is much more accommodating than this location, first off, i felt like I was rushed through the order, the buritto artist wasn't even looking at me while she was making the burritto, she was chit chatting with her co-worker. I'm not complaining about the portion at all, or the price (which is almost twice than every other Mexican burrito place), the pico de gallo was so watery that it started running down the burrito after my first bite, one of my biggest pet peeves. Probably because the worker was NOT paying attention. Thank God I don't live near this Chipotle establishment. read more

I've NEVER been to a restaurant/fast food business where the employees eat the food from the restaurant while working like making your food and eating randomly out of the food bins GROSSSSS! I don't know for sure if they changed, or my taste changed, but I used to be addicted to Cihpotle burritos, and it slowly faded over the years. Seriously, I used to eat here very day for the past few years, but lately I find that I do not enjoy it as much as I used to. I know that it is not easy to run so many locations, and to make sure each one of them will be perfect, but the last time I was here I was served by a very young lady, who just couldn't wrap my burrito. She was very friendly, and obviously she felt uncomfortable, but the bottom line is that I got a bad burrito. read more

First off, I'm hoping it's only this location that provides such rude customer service and not the other Chipotle locations, giving a bad name totally. I don't think there would be a way to improve this place, except to make it bigger. My only criticism of this location is that it gets extremely crowded at lunch time. I've had people swipe me seat while I was still sitting there because I was done eating. Yeah, it gets that bad sometimes. I guess the crowd is also a testament to how good this place is. It's top quality food, fixed fast and with good ingredient. For what they charge, and how quickly it's ready to eat, it's no wonder it's to crowded (but only at lunch). read more

I will always give a 1 star review for any business with disgusting customer service. I was at this location twice, the first time the employee screwed up my order and when I asked her if she can fix it she was extremely rude and gave me attitude about it. The 2nd time one of the employees actually yelled at the customer in front of me since he was taking a long time. Treat your customers better, without them you'd have no paychecks. The food wasn't too bad but they definitely do not know how to roll a burrito properly. read more

I love chipotle, simply love chipotle!! I come to this one a lot, really like this location although the're all the same. The people at his location are great!! I always get a burrito bowl with steak and all the different kinds of salsas. You can get a huge meal for a pretty cheap price!! This location tends to get super busy around lunch time, the line can get ridiculously long but it moves pretty quickly. Metered parking along the street as well as a couple parking lots. The burritos are good also, as big as my face!! read more

Will never come back to this sht hole - dirty, service is horrible - looks like young kids are behind the counter that don't know what they are doing and slaved - there is not enough staff to service nor clean that place - garbage is everywhere - Pathetic !!!! Here's a little history about me. I used to hate Chipotle. I thought it was a disgrace to authentic Mexican food. I grew up in Southern California so I know my Mexican food. And this wasn't it. Not only was it a disgrace, but I didn't like it. This Chipotle changed all that. I don't remember which Chipotle took my Chipotle virginity, but if it were this one, I would've been theirs the rest of my life. Seriously though, I've had some bad, watery Chipotle before. Chipotle Rocks. For $6- $10.00 you can have a tast, healthy, fast, inexpensive meal. This place is very popular, but you never have to wait long as they keep the line moving. Double chicken or Double meat is available for a little extra -- a great value. The guacamole is good and cheap to. There is nothing to complain about here, as the value is very good. The place is clean, well lit, and a good gathering place. This is a good addition to South Beverly Drive. read more

I love Chipotle...I guess the only difference between them is really customer service and the wait. Gotta say the Beverly Hills location is the busiest I've been to..The wait is at least 10 minutes during lunchtime, but if you're stuck in Beverly Hills, you dont really have any other options for a good burrito other than here. I'm not sure what's up with all these bad reviews on here but what do you people expect from a franchised fast food joint? Sure, they were one of the first to take taco trucks to a whole new level, the food is still great and fresh tasting. The service, I admit, has taken it's toll, but none the less I always have a great experience and my tummy is satisfied. They basically throw food on your bowl or tortilla and give you a look when you ask them for more meat (because the amount they put on is not enough to even fill a quarter of the bowl). I was the only one getting served at 8 PM yet they hurried me through the whole process and when it came to the register the cashier barks "Chips?!" without any generosity. I was just at this location and the manager of the store racially profiled my friend for no reason. They claimed he was responsible for something earlier that day, and denied to serve him even though we were both no where near the store the whole day. We are living in 2018, there should be repercussions for being intolerant to other races. We sent an email to corporate and are hoping they do something about this. read more

I like how the food is very fresh and ready-to-eat. It's one of my favorite places to eat. This location in Beverly Hills is also set in a beautiful part of town, so yes, I do recommend it. The only thing that would make it better is if it was bigger because at lunch time it gets extremely crowded and many times there's not place to sit to eat. read more

Stop in here all the time for lunch. The crowds are large but the staff handles it excellently!!. The line moves quickly and people are on their way. The food is always fresh and tasty. Just like Chipotle prides themselves on. Tip: Ordering on the web or your iPhone app and picking up is always a great option as well! I love this place. read more

Of all of the Chipotle locations this one is my favorite, except for the fact that it seems to be extremely crowded at lunch time. Tried their chips and they are kettle like chips. They are ok. The jalapeño one were my favorite! Only thing I think could be better would be the price. These small chips are priced at $3.19 each. The desserts are equally priced but if I had to choose I'd definitely go for the dessert. This place has plenty of parking. Restrooms are available and they have a rewards program. I like to sign up in case I love the place and I get points right away. Just a thought.

The best BTW is at 3rd and La Cienega and the one on Santa Monica Blvd and Sepulveda. The BH is sooo inconsisten. I never know what I'll get. Today I got small 2 patty burger with nothing on it. I ordered it with cheese, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo and mustard. It was so dry I couldn't swallow it without a drink. The onion rings were good. Fries were wilted and cold. Why is this? Fat burgers are 99% of the time very good. First time I ordered wings to day m and my fault to order boneless, but they were very good, juicy but not so hot. BH Fatburger please get it together.

The cashier was attentive and asked what we exactly wanted and needed on our burgers. Then confirmed our order once more. My wife and I are huge when it comes to customer service. We sat down and our food was brought to us by a server which was appreciated. Now the FOOD!!! The burgers were great and fresh. Made to order. The onion rings were perfect. Not oily and soggy. Nice and crisp. My wife sweet potato fries were tasty as well.

This is what a burger joint is supposed to look like and what the food is supposed to taste like. I ordered cheeseburger, onion rings and a milkshake. It was a lot. I could definitely could've split it with somebody but it's really nice to have a moderately placed eatery in this area where you know that lunch isn't gonna cost you 100 bucks but you feel like you paid 100 bucks for it highly recommend and will return.
