I went yesterday to pick up my mobile order and the lady in the front was very rude I asked for my order and told me to head to the back to pick it up and when I asked for my drink she got annoyed for asking. I get to my car just to realize my bowl was half opened and it was spilled all over the bag I was going to head back but the guy was locking the doors. Another fast stop, means I stopped by Chipotle. Not much people are there and the place is pretty small. The Barbacoa Bowl was good enough. The meat is very damp but had this kick of spice and easy to chew taste. The rice and veggies are what you expect. Chipotle is an adequate place to stop by for quick quality. read more

I work very nearby so I am kind of forced to come here sometimes. There are a lot of places here on S. Beverly to get a bite, but to be honest everything is overpriced and yucky lately. So today I decided to try their soft tacos. I did a simple order, just beans, guac and cheese with some pico de gallo on top. The clerk was up front about the fact that the guac would be chunky and I was cool with that. So I went back to my business and was surprised to received a whole half of avocado in one of the tacos and a quarter of an avocado in another taco. It was not just shoddy prep of the guacamole, the avocado was not even ripe. Like I could not even put a fork into the avocado. So I walked back and i was not really expecting a refund. I just wanted to let them know about it and to not serve it to others. Anyway they offered me a refund no problem and clerk went to get the supervisor. When I told him the issue he stated that the boss would never not let him serve guacamole even if the avocados were not ripe. All i could do was look aghast. And jeez this place is dirty on top of all that like other reviews say. The apathy of their management says a lot. But it has to start at the top. Why do they continue like this? I used to go to this place a lot earlier this year but now I doubt I could ever go back after recent times. Either they get my pickup order wrong, they undercook the food, or they make me wait 20 minutes for my already placed pickup order I made an hour before I walked through their door. Today was the worst. They gave me different bean than I asked for which usually isn't an issue. I for a fact don't have any food allergies. Well idk if they undercooked the meat, beans, or what but I am now in a sweat and nausea from what they fed me. I had to purge just to get rid of the sharp and terrible pain it left in my stomach. We always order online, always at lunch and always leave with a little more joy because true to her name, Joy always brings joy. Also! Got the steak bowl with black beans, rice, tomato salsa, cheese, so good! And you can get double rice with it! Easy to call it in and pick up or go by and dine in. Love that it is in the budget too! Very compact location on Beverly Drive, south of Wilshire. This is a poppin area during the day, and parking can be a struggle on the street. There is a city parking garage right next to the restaurant that has free 2 hour parking, so that's a safe bet, usually. There is not much area to sit down in this store, but when I walked in around 12, there was NOBODY in line. I walked right up and placed my order - unheard of at a Chipotle at lunch time! This was probably one of the more hectic Chipotle joints I've been to. I'm not sure if it was because it was later in the day and the staff was tired already, but everything seemed to be lagging behind. First of all, the food station was a mess. Meats and sauces were basically empty and there were toppings all over the place. It was pretty unsightly, but I'm pretty sure the staff just wanted to get orders out the door. The kitchen area was pretty messy as well, lots of pans and pots stacked up and the grill looked super dirty. Things just took a while to happen and the staff definitely seemed agitated at something. I went to Chipotle in Beverly Hills and tried to order a cheese quesadilla. Easy enough I thought -- NOT. I was told that Chipotle doesn't use large tortillas anymore, and the quesadilla tortilla they do use must be folded on all sides, cut up, and stuffed into a kids' container. What!? I would definitely expect more with this location being in the heart of Beverly Hills. The customer service was mediocre. I had to have the employee remake my taco because another employee was spraying window cleaner into a trash can but way too close to my taco. The taco shell was stale, the chips we ordered were stale, BOTH BAGS, and the the overall experience was just blah. I really enjoyed my trip to this restaurant. It wasn't crowded at all, and was very clean. I really liked the ambiance of this chipotle too, because the light really came in nicely. I've noticed that one of the problems I run into when I go to Chipotles are the lack of seating during busy hours, but this was not a problem I ran into! We went on a weekday during dinner time/rush hour and there was hardly anyone in there. I can't really speak on behalf of the parking situation because we walked, but it did have some metered street parking out front. I was so happy to see that everything at this location was fully stocked, well organized, and cooked to my expectations. I cannot say this for all Chipotle locations I have visited during dinner time. Go here!! The staff is so friendly, a positive experience is guaranteed! read more

On a Saturday late afternoon, usually this Chipotle on South Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills is packed with customers and it was nearly empty. Nevertheless, I order 3 tacos: 1 chicken and 2 steak. my order was specific and requested the meat separately in containers. Also ordered a bag of chips, salsa and 2 guacamole to go. I got home and of course the order was missing items. We were famished so I eat with my gf. Everything tasted overly salty. And later we both experienced upset stomach, ultimately this food caused us to VOMIT it ALL...gross sorry. We did not eat anything else all day. We are convinced we had food poisoning from food we ate from Chipotle on South Beverly Drive. We should have read all the negative food poisoning incidents on their Yelp reviews. Additionally, we should NOT have decided on ordering food from here, as the place was empty and that was a major clue. Cannot recommend unless you want to get food poisoning. read more

I say I love a lot of things. Some reviews I say I love sushi, others I say I love pho. All are true. I love them all. But CHIPOTLE - That's the real thing. I would go so far to say that, to some people, I am defined by my love for Chipotle. I went to Chipotle four times in a single week once. I had burrito showdowns here to see who could build the largest burrito and shove them down their mouth the fastest. I love Chipotle. Chipotle is great cheap Mexican food. It's not quite fast food like Taco Bell is, I would liken it more to a Rubio's or Baja Fresh. But obviously, I love Chipotle much more than these other joints. Almost everything is good at Chipotle: Their rice is fantastic, with the lime juice and cilantro. Their steak or barbacoa (shredded beef) are both great as well. Their guacamole is always fresh and I absolutely LOVE their corn salsa (if only I could just buy a big tub of that stuff!). And, if you're a student, flash them your student ID and get a free drink! Specific to the Beverly Drive location, I go here so much, I know the guys there. Pablo recognizes me on a regular basis. Yes, there are tons of stupid high school kids but I will cope if it means I get my Chipotle fix! Plus, there's a Pinkberry on one side and a Coldstone Creamery on the other so, if you're still hungry or craving something sweet, you can drop by either one of those places afterwards. Sabrina is a very rude employee. I'm not sure if this is her first job, but she really acts like it. I ordered a burrito and asked for steak. She puts a teeny tiny amount and I asked her to give me what was left in the spoon and she replied "we have portion control here." Are you serious? That's a great way to turn a customer away. Is she really telling me she isn't giving me a bite of steak? Wow. The training is really lacking here. I should have walked out, but my daughter was Hungry from soccer practice. She also appeared very sweaty and dirty. I noticed you can see the back room where the employees are and it doesn't look clean. For a fast food chain that was publicly Acknowledged for having Ecoli in their food shouldn't be haggling with customers over portions. I came to this chipotle three times so far, and every time after I finish my meal(or right after I order) I wished I've gone to other places instead. :-/ I like chipotle in general, it's just this location, the service is not good, I don't know why they have this attitude to get the customers out of the door as soon as they could and I seen it so many times that they just ignore the people ordering and rush to dump stuff in a bowl/burrito. Completed a pick-up order via an online form for a set of tacos and a burrito. Standard Chipotle fare, and it was a quick trip - hopped the line, picked up my bag (pre-paid for), and headed home. Realized once I was home that there was no plastic-ware or napkins in the bag... I would have liked those pre-included; but seeing as I was heading home, it wasn't a big deal. Just an FYI - if you're grabbing to go someplace without them, pick up utensils! Parking here is a challenge as spots are all full in the evening hours and nearby streets are permit-ed which restricts your parking ability. The one here tastes just as fresh but they give you a larger portion, therefore, YUM! and better for my tummie! 3.5 stars (I wish Yelp has half stars...) Disclaimer: I may be biased since I work right across from this place and don't have to deal with inconvenient parking structure. Also, I get there usually as soon as they open at 11am and don't deal with long lines. I'm not a fan of fast food or chain restaurants. But on those days when I get lazy about packing my lunch for work and don't feel like spending $18 on a sandwich at other nearby restaurants, I go to Chipotle. Food: It's Chipotle. Nothing spectacular, but good enough for a quick lunch. The thing I love about this place is its employees. They greet you with so much energy and are always super friendly. But then again, I get there almost as soon as they open, so maybe that helps. :) read more
