Unfortunately I see same issue as everyone else here. My experience is even worse. We really enjoy chipotle but now would rather drive 15 minutes to pancheros or DiBella's down the street. Every time here they are so disorganized, either drive there and doors locked or we're told they're closed. Never do they have all the food. I heard the service at Chipotle has gone to hell, I decided to try it anyway. Placed an order at 430 for pick up at 545. This gave them additional 15-20 minutes to fulfill my order before I arrived at 6-605 (to be safe). Well when I got there it had still not been made. They handed me a bag with someone else's name on it. It was not even close to what I ordered. I told them and asked for a refund so I wouldn't be late for work. They refused and said they will make it "right now". 8 minutes later they handed me a bag and I left immediately, so I could make it to work on time. The food order alone was $66 and when we received it we were missing 2 of the 3 queso dips and one of the 5 bowls we ordered. Now as if this isn't bad enough, I tried calling the store to see if we could just come pick up the missing items and exchange the incorrect orders and they refused to help. This location is very close to my house, but I will now avoid it at all costs- there is always something going on here, in the most negative way. I have had people take my online orders off of the shelf, which is so annoying because Chipotle does not require people to confirm the order (which is nice when you want to quickly get your food and go, but some people know this and steal food). More often than not, this location is online only, which is very frustrating if you just want to come in and order. The hours of operation are not consistent at all, either. Some days, they are out of core ingredients and the wait time for them is asinine. I have given this location so many tries, thinking that things would be better, but it is not.
