Terrible service, I recently worked at a Qdoba and even though food ain't always the best, we always provided amazing service. How hard is it to greet your guest and let them know what's going on. All employees huddled in a corner making food at snail pace. They ran out of some ingredients and did not tell you when giving your food. I had an online order that was meant to be ready at 3:30, I didn't leave until 4:15. On top of that they ran out of veggies... I'm vegan... what do you think I had on that shit bowl. I will not be returning to this location again. If you end up in a similar situation, please contact Chipotle directly through email requesting a refund, it may take a month or so to get a response but you should be able to get your money back. read more

Awful service. Called 30 minutes before close to ask if I could come in at 9:45 they said no problem so I told them I'd see them in a few minutes. I arrived at 9:40 and the doors were locked while employees were inside showing each other stuff on each others phones. Through the glass I was able to watch them ignore me when they were still open. I wouldn't have made the drive that's why I called before hand. Two guys drove off seeing me trying to open the doors while all the employees inside are ignoring me and said how everything is fully stocked and he was also upset. I called them and they answered while I can see them through the glass explaining the situation and they were sitting there rolling their eyes while I could see them and then said "go unlock the doors" and then just hung up on me. It took them another 3 minutes to unlock their doors because they were busy complaining about me while I'm watching them so I left. I had an order for 6 people and called prior so I wouldn't waste anybody's time and still did. They wasted food I wanted to pay for because they were too busy playing on their phones and disrespecting a restaurant they don't even own it's a shame. I posted this while sitting in the parking lot because I depended on the person who said I'd be able to still come in at 9:45. Now I don't get to eat. This location closes at random times and rarely can I speak to someone when I call to try to ask if they are closing early again. So it's a crapshoot to drive out there in hopes they won't once again have a sign on the door saying they have closed early. 5 times in the last month I've driven there (25 minutes each way) only to find the sign on the door saying they closed early. Each time I tried to call first to see if they were closing early and couldn't get past the automated phone attendant. Yesterday was the ultimate slap in the face from this place. I called at 4:30 pm and miraculously I got to talk to an employee. I was told they were closing (early) at 8pm. So I immediately drove there and arrived at 5:05 pm. Guess what? Closed! Sign on the door again. This place is a complete joke! I had to choose 1 star but zero would have been my choice. Afterwards I asked for a refund as the manager guaranteed it, I asked for a form of receipt to show for the refund and proceeded to give me a customer copy of my order and said it would take a week. So far so good. This Chipotle just opened - and everything seems great so far. The staff was really friendly and the food was fresh. You could see them changing out stuff to keep it fresh while we were there. They weren't super busy yet as they literally just opened - but I imagine this will change shorty to be just like the other extremely busy Chipotle locations in the area. They do have a small parking lot considering - which they also share with the Potbelly Sandwich Shop and Starbucks so that is going to be interesting. read more

They remade the food, and when I got home it was all kinds of messed up. My veggie bowl didn't have veggies on it, it was cold, and floating in a disgusting amount of sour cream. Okay, this Chipotle is definitely not up to par. Mostly issues with portion sizes. Something is always skimpy. My last bowl barely had any rice. The one before that barely had any salsa. The one before that barely had any corn. You see the trend here? Sucks to move to an area with a trash Chipotle. I'd rather there be no chipotle at all. I work at an office building down the road and order both pickup and delivery (off chipotles website which goes through DoorDash) weekly. They tend to forget items in the order (even when it says it on the tag they attach to the bag!) often, but this time they forget three sides of chips and multiple side sauce orders. They also added extra cheese and no lettuce to a bowl that had specified extra lettuce and no cheese. When calling the location, the man on the phone was not cooperative or helpful at all. I'm truly disappointed in the service received this evening. I asked for a bowl, and wanted to replace the rice with chips in the bowl. The girl proceeded to tell me "we don't do that" (with an attitude). Mind you they do close in 10 mins, but still when I'm paying for something I expect adequate customer service. My response to her was, every chipotle in America does is except for you. Literally we have been to Chipotles from Ohio to California and have NEVER had this issue. I even offered to pay for the chips separately and just have her put them in the bowl. She said she wont do that. So I cancelled my order. Note to Chipotle, if a customer is willing to pay for something, you shouldn't tell them (with attitude) you wont do it.
