Always excellent. I don't come here often but the times I have I've never had to wait, the food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is always very nice. My favorite (and the only thing I've ever ordered) is the brown rice bowl with shredded beef. The cilantro lime rice is just right to me. Not overly done with cilantro or lime. And the beef is always tender and surprisingly is full of flavor not fat. As someone who doesn't eat much beef this is kinda like a guilty pleasure for me. Ordered 3 things on the chipotle website for pickup. 1 order was correct. The kids meal was missing the chips and instead had fruit, no biggie. But my steak burrito bowl was MISSING STEAK. Pretty disappointed as on every receipt from the order it says steak. I came in during a busy lunch time at around 12 on Thursday the 23rd of June and there was a blonde lady working the very front, she had on Levi's and long eyelashes. Even though I waited 20 minutes for in line she was so positive and did an excellent job at getting everyone through as quickly as possible while still making sure all orders were correct. I love Chipotle's food. This particular location is dirty. The griddle looks like it's never been cleaned. I could overlook this if the service was good. I think there is no leadership. Long lines and the staff was absent from the counter for several minutes at a time, then only 1 person at a time serving the waiting patrons. No friendly greeting, no sorry about the wait, zero communication. The whole staff was going through the motions, slowly, as if they don't care. Poor management, poor training. I hope the owner or manager reads this and makes improvements. I want them to do well. These young people need training and motivation. read more

I've finally had it with this Chipotle. They simply suck at mobile orders. Today it was 45 min AFTER the promised time before I got my food. I could have gone through the line 5 times in the time my mobile order was late. And, as they often do, they screwed up the order when I finally got it. Literally the worst chipotle I've ever been to in the entire country. Wait is always outrageous. The workers are so slow and so rude. They're ALWAYS "out" of ingredients houuuuurs before they close. I went at 5 pm yesterday and they were already out of several things. I've been here at least 5 times and they've been "out" of the chipotle honey vinaigrette, salsas and guacamole. If I could give a negative star I would. I placed an online order for two bowls and a kids quesadilla. I got home to see 2/3 orders missing ingredients. My bowl was missing double chicken and steak literally the protein of the meal. The kids quesadilla didn't come with rice and beans just a sad piece of tortilla with barely any cheese in it. I called the store and spoke with "VIc" who addressed himself as the manager and stated he would be refunding my meals and that I would get confirmation of such. I love chipotle. I was just craving it, so I decided to order on my way home. I ordered my meal at 7:40 and chose to have it ready by 8:00 p.m. When I got there exactly at 8 p.m., it was not ready, which was okay. It is currently 9:00 p.m. and I JUST received my order. If you are behind in orders, STOP TAKING ORDERS. It's ridiculous you have customers waiting outside for an hour with mosquitoes and hungry, and can't leave because they already paid for the food. There are about 20 people outside waiting. When I got here, closer to 30. I was told they are out of cheese, but it was not mentioned to me. Why would you take an order without all of the ingredients I requested, and then not make me aware? I have never experienced such bad customer service. The manager had an attitude when someone asked how to cancel their order and was talking way too fast. I am very annoyed. I hope this meal will be the best meal I ever had from chipotle. read more

We ordered delivery during a busy Saturday afternoon. The food arrived over an hour late and cold. The packaging of the food looked as if it was to be fed to pigs in a trough. The burritos were overstuffed and resembled a loaded diaper full of disappointment. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. Everyone took a few bites and it went into the trash. I ordered off of Uber and as soon as I placed the order it gave me an option to pick up to save money so I did, I went and picked it up as soon as I placed it practically when I opened the food the chips were stale and drenched in salt, it almost made me puke, and the bowl was cold, I took it home and popped it in the microwave bc I didn't want it to be that I spent my money for nothing, as I was eating it I pulled a LONG black hair out of my mouth and almost puked at the sight, I have short bleached blonde hair so obviously it was not mine, I'm absolutely disgusted with you guys and can assure you that I am NEVER going to that location again, I'd rather drive far as hell than to even consider that location, you guys should be ashamed and the food safety department/HR and corporate will be hearing from me, I've worked in the food industry since I was 16 years old so I get how stressful it is, but it's your job PERIOD, if you can't do it correctly then you need a new job that isn't dealing with s*** that people are putting into their body's. The lines are usually very long. The staff wears gloves, which in theory is great. However, when the gloves that are used to prepare the orders are the same gloves used to scratch ones head, neck, etc. while completing the order it kind of defeats the purpose of wearing the gloves. read more

This is the closest Chipotle to my parents house, and I am so thankful it is there! We use to have to drive all the way to USF to get our Chipotle fixes! This Chipotle has a very young staff, and they can be a little disorganized. There have been times where there will be only one or two people working the line while 6 other people are cooking or just standing around. Occurrences like this cause the line to always be long. The food is great, just like any other Chipotle, so I will be back waiting in that long line anytime I'm in the Brandon/Valrico area. read more

The amount of time it takes this individual chipotle to make just one meal is unbearable. You can wait 20min with only 6 people in front of you. There is never more than 2 people working the line. My first time coming to this chipotle location and if I could give this location zero stars I would. The customer service was subpar no hospitality and the employees on the line as well as the cashier all seemed as if they had an attitude. No, I will say that it was around 6:30 PM that I got there and this may have been their dinner time rush, but that is no excuse for poor service. The employees were moving very slow and we're not accommodating at all. One employee, I did not get her name because none of them were wearing nametags, even made a snarky remark about my order. There were no beans no white rice no fajitas no chicken and instead of telling me they could work on some fajitas they just told me there was not any. Now, if there was a shortage and onions and peppers then I could understand that, but I don't think Covid would cause such issues. When it was time for me to get the chicken, that was not already prepared, the employee told me well we will go cut some chicken right now I waited there for maybe five minutes waiting for the chicken to be cut for the balls. That same employee kept calling out the needs for the line and no other employee jumped to replenish The food that they had run out of. This is the worst experience I have had at any chipotle I have ever been to and I frequent chipotle very often.I will be sure to never visit this location again and highly suggest to anyone reading this review they take heed and avoid this location as well unless you don't mind waiting for over 35 minutes and getting poor customer service and your order only have to fulfill due to lack of preparation. read more

I never have anything bad to say about the freshness of the food here at Chipotle. It is a bit of a rip off to pay $1.80 for a side of guacamole...but whatever. I think that the inside layout of this store wasn't thought over very well. Brandon/Valrico is a really busy area and we all love to go out to eat. It doesn't make any sense to have more high top tables than regular tables and chairs. What about the old people, or the ones that have problems getting up on high chairs?!! I had visited numerous Chipotle locations when I traveled across the country, I am finally glad we got one in the Brandon area. The menu is extremely simple, but it absolutely blows away Moe's when it comes to the same products. This place is absolutely packed during the lunch and dinner rushes, but you can cut the line by ordering online or with their iPhone app. The only thing I would have a problem is the soft tortillas, while they are tasty and delicate, sometimes they split when eating your burrito or soft taco. The service is prompt, accurate, and ultra-friendly. I would definitely recommend for someone looking to get a fast, but tasty bite to go. You can stay and eat your meal there, but if you go during the normal lunch or dinner you may be out of luck for a seat. read more

My recent trip was only the second time I had ever been to Chipotle. Before you chase me with flaming torches, it was nowhere to be found where I grew up or went to college! I like it, the chicken and steak are delicious and of good quality. Had a bogo card so I had one for lunch the next day. Had the barbacoa in my first experience a couple of years ago and it was solid...but honestly, the burrito chains all kind of run together for me. Chipotle is the all-around solid one, Qdoba has awesome queso, Moe's has the salsa bar and is cheap. I really don't have a preferred destination. Once again...don't hate me, Chipotle fans. As everyone else has said, still can't get over the nearly $2 upcharge for guac. I love guac and I love Chipotle's guac, but I'm not paying 30% of the cost of my burrito to add it. read more

Pretty disappointed in my experience here. I've lived in the area for awhile now and it was the closest chipotle near me. Now I am willing to drive the extra 15 minutes to the other chipotle because the customer service and overall experience was terrible. To preface it was not busy at this time, the cashier never said a word to me and I was not even sure if I was done paying. They were out of stock of items they should normally have like salad dressing and greens. Also, we came to try the cauliflower rice and it was literally half of how much rice would be given (plus the $2 up charge). Mr. Jomarious Dixon (Manager) needs to address these issues especially since this chipotle is in a prime location with other good restaurants nearby. I hate bad talking establishments but as a loyal chipotle customer this service was unacceptable. I ordered my usual a burrito and for my bonus item I wanted to try a salad After trying it I found my new favorite item to order. I placed my order on the app and had it set to pick up at 1:45 which gave me just enough time to eat a little before my meeting at 2. I got into the store and went to the designated pick up area and my food was not there. I waited a little. no one acknowledged that I was waiting. After a few minutes a guy stepped out from behind a wall where I assume they make the online orders and puts a bag down. Looks at me and walks away. The bag was not mine. Nor again was I addressed to say hey what's your name, let me see where your order is, nothing. I give it 8 min or so before I finally say to the guy at the register- hi I Was just wondering where my food is, I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 1:45 and it's now 1:53. He checks with the guy who is making the online orders (who again does not step out to say anything to me) and says he's making it now. Should be ready shortly. By this point I am extremely frustrated cause my meal was supposed to be already ready. For how long i was standing there I could have waited in line, ordered, gotten my food, paid and gotten a chance to actually eat before my meeting. But another 5 minutes goes by and I don't get my food until about 1:59. No, apologies. No acknowledgement that three other online ordered meals came out before mine (I don't know there pickup time) but they had walked in after me, and left before me. First time I have been to a Chipotle. I am not sure what the craze is all about and why there are lines out the door of every store that I see. We must have gotten lucky today, and it was after the lunch crowd and empty. Not much to the interior felt more like I was in a college-town upscale fast food eatery. Benches, tables, chrome in a very open room. You have two interactions with employees, the person taking your order and the person checking you out. They were nice. The menu is simple: burrito, taco, bowl, salad; choose the rice (brown or white), sauce, beans, sour cream and your pick of meat. My wife got the salad. She liked it. I have to admit for $7 she got a large serving. She also enjoyed Corona Light. I got the Burrito, with steak. It must have weighed 3lbs, 2.97lbs of filler (rice, beans etc) and about 3 oz of steak. I figured the late night crowd would love this place after being out late - then I saw they close at 10pm. It was a large $7 burrito. Yes I did eat it. Yes I took a power nap after getting back to the house. Will I count the hours until I get a chance to get another one of their burritos. Nah. My son ate at Firehouse subs after school today; a large combo sub with chips and a soda for $9.88. My personal choice, join him next time. My wife would probably repeat the salad. Bottom line, I expected a great burrito from all the hype. It was just lunch. read more

I eat there once a week or more. The food is great and service is quick. I really like the friendly staff who are efficient and keep the line moving. Usually, when I see a line (not peak times) it's because there's a newbie ordering and they don't know how things work. The bathrooms are clean and that's a plus. Also there's always parking due to the very large lot. At many of the other Chipotles I have visited (I think I have been to them all), the parking is very challenging. I've waited to write this review for my local Chipotle because I think they started out a bit slowly and service was slow and staff not trained. In all fairness, I think it takes some time for a new business to work out the kinks. So if you are looking for a quick delicious lunch or dinner that is environmentally conscious, give it a try! read more
