Worst ever. Orders are constantly wrong. Can't call and talk to a manager since it's automated. I received no confirmation email and the receipt was illegible. Can't complain online without the confirmation. We had a small order and they still screwed it up. How hard is it to read a few items off a list and put them in a bag? If you can't do that, then good luck. The world demands more than that. Inexcusable. I understand understaffed. But someone put that food in a bag and did it wrong. It takes 15 seconds to check it. Terrible Location. They've been only doing digital even tho every other location around is open. I use to go here all the time until they had me and no joke 20-25 other people standing outside in the cold. It's so insane it's laughable. I'm not sure who the manager is here but I'm sure they probably couldn't even spell the word logic. I've never left a Yelp review in my life but this Chipotle is so bad I downloaded the app for the purpose. The worst chipotle/restaurant I have ever walked In. Not once or twice but every time I order from here it's horrible. Food bad. Portion sizes are horrible when you order online because you are not in front of them and so they give you half as much when your paying 4X the price. Half the employees act like they are confused and don't know how to do their job. Each time I have visited this location, the staff has been exceptionally helpful, kind and as quick as possible. The restaurant itself is very clean and well kept, which makes dining both inside or on the patio an option. The food has been lacking flavor, especially the chicken and steak. Very over cooked each time I have visited here, along with the brown rice. The other condiments appear to be fresh. I highly suggest avoiding the meat due to overlooked. read more

Stopped by after a long day at Cleveland Clinic. Wanted to eat with my father.He sat while I ordered food for both of us. As I was paying the young lady told me that we could not sit together due to their social distancing policy.There was no one else eating in the main dining area. I said we are together. We will be sitting together. She didn't allow it. It was a stupid policy and had nothing to do with keeping us or the employees safe just handing out arbitrary rules. Will not return. read more

While the food is delicious and the staff are cheerful and friendly, I don't recommend ordering from this location online. I've placed a total of 3 orders online from this location and 2 out of the 3 have had missing ingredients. The first order with mistakes had missing ingredients in all 3 of our burrito bowls (they forgot the meat in all 3) and we had to wait 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready in-store, after ordering online at least half an hour before we were to pick it up. The second order with mistakes was missing an ingredient in a burrito bowl, although they somehow still managed to get the accompanying burrito correct. There just simply needs to be more supervision or careful time taken to make online orders correctly so customers don't have to return to a store that is already in a hard to reach location for corrections (especially with construction going on in the area at the moment). Will definitely consider ordering online from a different location. read more

I get indigestion every time I eat here. It is not very clean, the music is too loud, and there is always rice everywhere--on the floor, on the tables, everywhere. It does not look like it is cared for at all, poorly managed establishment. Also, what's the deal with not having little salt and pepper packets at the condiment counter? When I ask for it they act as though I am ordering an extra side! It drives me crazy. I don't think I'll be going back. Too rushed and not relaxing at all. There was also only one umbrella out on their patio and everyone was trying to get under the shade on a hot day. They easily could accommodate three or four. Staff is friendly and quick, but they skimp on what they put in your burrito or bowl unless you tell them multiple times "more please". I don't know if the rice cooker is down or what but today I bought a chicken burrito with basically uncooked brown rice. The rice was extremely underdone and crunchy and unfortunately I bought it on my way to work so I couldn't take it back. Additionally the chips were stale and rubbery. Chipotle as a whole is great! Just not this one. Probably the worst chipotle I've ever been too. They consistently give tiny portions filling about 1/3 of a bowl (and that's asking for extra rice). My husband and I strictly wont get burritos here because they are wrapped so poorly that you have to put it into a bowl anyways. It's an absolute waste of money. You'd do better to pop over to the Seven Hills Chipotle, which is about 1000% better. read more

I eat here about 2 times a week. Most of the time I'm in and out with no problem. Staff is friendly. I wish the restaurant was bigger.

The online orders are never ready, and rarely right. Hit or miss food. Sometimes the rice won't be cooked through, and sometimes the quac tastes old and unseasoned (usually at night). I would recommend checking your online order before you leave the parking lot. read more

came here more than once a week. last couple of visit was pretty upsetting. I assumed they do not have a manual on how to make their menu items or the crew wouldn't have been good enough. My daughter made the order to go while i was waiting in the car. I asked sour cream and salsa on the side but the sour cream was in my burrito bowl. That was not a big deal, anybody could make a mistake. The rice, I can see it is there, barely. My daugher's was same. I'd rather say it was salad with little bit of lettuce and sprinkle of rice than a burrito bowl. Chipotle should have used flat lids, not their much higher dome shaped one.
