I had cravings for chipotle tonight. I went there (today) Sunday Jan the 17th around 9:15pm and I was greeted at the door by a pleasant young lady name Dearia (I was told she's new) assisted me in a timely manner she allowed me inside the building while a line of customers rushing & waiting for doordash orders. A short girl looked at me then nod her head and left while I was instantly greeted by Caitlyn. She fixed me a plate of goodness and she was very pleased to serve me. Cashier (Jess) helped me out and communicated with me effectively about my cash change. I ended up leaving them a tip since they work extremely well under pressure. Overall these ladies impressed me tonight and they really REALLY work hard and I acknowledge that. I've been a restaurant manager for 5 years and customer service is IMPORTANT especially with COVID here troubling us all. Truly I was impressed on how these ladies managed to take care of me and the line of customers outdoors. When I left they all were suddenly gone thanks to the swift feet of dearia! Almost always a line... Its Chipotle people so the food and service is pretty the same across the board so good. Not sure about other Chipotle but they seem to move very fast but also do not rush you. Solid food, service, its a must try if you have never been to Chipotle and if you have this one is a pretty good one. Been here or gotten take out at least 2 dozen times! ALWAYS a huge line here, but luckily it moves quickly! The employees here are on their game and will get you in and out fast. In a big rush? Use the Chipotle app to order and you can skip the line and pick up your order by the register. Love it! Just order about 15 minutes before you plan to arrive. I love me some chicken soft tacos with extra guacamole! This is a great alternative to greasy fast food and we eat here pretty often for a quick meal when running errands on the weekend. read more

I don't really know if there's a bad chipotle anywhere. Pretty much every chipotle i've been too tastes pretty much the same. We never eat in here... we just order to go and go home to eat the delicious goodness of chipotle. In any case, this place is nice. It's clean and the people are polite. I asked for extra corn and extra salsa and the lady gave it to me with a smile (not the scary fake ones, but the "sure you can have more" type of smile). Also, another time I asked for extra chicken and they didn't charge me at all. So thumbs up for that. (unless they just forgot to charge me but in either case, thumbs up! =)) I always get the chicken fajita bowl. They don't skimp out on the meat (though i must say that I remember it when chipotle used to give ridiculous amounts of meat... now it's just normal amount i guess), and I liked that there was more green bell peppers in the onion and green bell pepper mix. So yeah. It was delish! I finished that bowl in like 10 min tops and was very full and satisfied at the end. So go! It's good and it's cheap and it's chipotle! What more can you ask for? =) read more

Typical Chipotle. Lines can get long during busy meal times. The staff have always been friendly and try to keep things moving along smoothly. I usually get Chipotle food from this location or the Arundel Mills one. If you're like me and don't like waiting in line, order online ahead of time so that you can just show up, walk to the register, pay, pick-up, and go. I have noticed, however, that this location is not as smooth with their online orders as the Arundel Mills location is. The in-store and online orders are both prepared by the same people from the same prep area (up front). At the Arundel Mills location, I've noticed that my online meals come from a separate prep area in the back. It's always ready for me when I get to the store. Both times that I've ordered online from the Columbia location, however, the order is never ready at the set time (10-20 minutes late) and I have always been handed the wrong food. Note, that all my online orders at both locations have been either at heavy lunch or dinner times. Aside from their online order process, this location serves up some good food. read more

This chipotle needs an attitude check for their workers. Every time I go into this location I encounter a rude worker. This chipotle is the closest to me and I would rather drive to the mall just to avoid the mean workers. I know people have bad days and work can become tough, but this has happened more than just a few times now. I see among other reviews that the attitude of the workers is a real issue happening to other customers as well, please fix this issue. read more

Do not use for catering! Placed a several hundred dollar catering order on Chipotle.com for delivery. 3rd party was used and left the box of all the sides at the store. I called the store and first I was told "we don't deliver". Then she handed me to the manager. He said there was nothing he could do. I had to pick it up myself and was 30 minutes late to the event. And there is no escalation path. I called the catering number. They only take the complaint and say someone will call you back. No one did. At least I paid via amex so I can dispute the charge. Today was the second time I've dined at THIS Chipotle and it is by far THE worst Chipotle I've ever eaten. I thought food chains were supposed to taste the same? Well, each time the rice was "gummy" and the fat was still on the meat. How could I enjoy a dish that is "usually" rather tasty when you have to keep spitting out fat? Chain restaurants aren't necessarily my place to go but I do frequently go to this particular Chipotle since its close to my gym and its cheap and also fairly healthy. I've came to this location close to 400 times now(not exaggerating) and I can confidently say this is the SLOWEST Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States of America. Theres an average of 25/30 people waiting at all times(I go around 9-9:30pm) and the service is incredibly slow. While i'm waiting in this dreadful line, I start to lose my appetite and contemplate on leaving but with the time I already invested, i choose not to... sadly i do this to myself everytime. If I had to give an average grade on the turnout of my bowl, i'd give it a C+ 7.8/10. Sometimes these cotton headed ninny muggins forget to charge me of extra meat and depending how well its made out, I'm generous to remind them. Also, none of the employees look like they want to be there so you don't feel welcome here and you question the effort they put in your food. After losing your appetite in the long line and the encounter with emotionless employees, I dont even enjoy my favorite chipotle.... Some people I talk to believe this Chipotle location is a lost cause but something here has to change for the good, its in a neighborhood with heavy traffic with upcoming competition... if Cavs can come back 1-3 to win the finals, I believe this Chipotle can come back to being a steady chain. read more

I understand that businesses are doing what they can during these tough times but what I experienced today at this chipotle was unacceptable. I get to the chipotle and the line is super long and there is little to no social distancing. Hand sanitizer is also empty. When I'm ordering my food they have limited options. They had no corn, no sour cream, etc. They didn't even give me a fork to eat my food. It took a whole 30 minutes to get my food. When I ate my food the chicken was hard, the rice was cold and the meal was very disappointing. When the chipotle is packed with patrons I believe the food should be hot and fresh but sadly it was not. Workers weren't enforcing social distancing, they weren't refilling the hand sanitizer and workers in the kitchen were slacking and not making fresh food a priority. I would not recommend ever coming to this chipotle. read more

The older lady who works here and starts the order is very unfriendly and rude, often forget or possibly neglecting the tortilla I ask for on the side. The lines often taking forever because the workers are not good at managing orders and get them mixed up in addition to doing both in-person and online orders in the same line. This has to be thee worst Chipotle ever. I honestly think that they should be shut down. They constantly run out of things (because I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and eat here more than once but my mistake) they move super slow. The rice cooker was broken so they expected me to wait for 30 minutes for rice. Then when I decided to go for the alternate rice later down the line they didn't have sour cream or lettuce. Three times my online order was cold as ice, the third time I brought my order back to the store and I tried to get my money back but they refused... The food here was very tasty and my burrito was well constructed. However, it was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. It wasn't rude or condescending service, it was just so painfully slow and idiotic that it deserved to be dropped two stars. The lady behind the cash register decided to bag me and all of my mate's food and write all of our names on our food, even though we made it very clear that we were eating in the restaurant. It ended up taking at least 10 minutes for us to get our burritos that were already made after waiting in a line through the door that I can assume was so long because of the incredibly slow service. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The manager by the last name Jones needs to communicate to their customers lining up outside that they're wasting their time waiting, or post a sign on the door so that people are aware of their new process given the current circumstances. People were inside being served and exiting, and the customers outside thought that as one exited, one could come in. However, when someone would enter Jones would yell for them to get out with no explanation. I went in anyway to get clarification to share with the group that was waiting outside for quite some time. I made her aware of the situation outside and that something needs to be communicated to them whether or not they were going to be served. She said they were too busy and told me to never come back again. Were we supposed to wait and assume someone would eventually let us in? read more

I love Chipotle! This location is always pretty crowded, no matter what time I am there. I arrived at around 3:30 in the afternoon, and had to wait in line for quite some time to order my food. Part of this was because they were making large mobile orders in front of customers who were there in person, with no acknowledgment to the customers. I was a little put off by that, but will certainly still be back in the future, since this is the closest Chipotle to me. The food is still good! read more

Fire ALL of them and begin anew. If you're not at the end of the line that's wrapped around the corner and out the door because of kitchen backup, then you're probably up front waiting for some ingredient due to kitchen backup. I won't be doing pick-up or delivery orders from this store any more. The food tastes fine, and I never had any issues back when we'd dine in. But more often than not, my delivery and pick-up orders have been incomplete. Tonight we didn't get the guacamole with the chips, which has happened before. Day Staff: Pretty good. Never had a bad experience. Night Staff:I have literally seen people pass out in line out of hunger before because they take so long being the line. The day time people can clear a line going out the door in 20 minutes. The night time staff might have you waiting 45 to an hour. read more

When I walked into Chipotle today the line was LONG but I knew I wasn't cooking dinner for tonight and I have a family of five so get I thought I would be here forever but the line actually moved pretty fast thanks to the lady that was at the beginning of the line .
