I love Chipotle, I could really eat at this place every day for the rest of my life and be happy. I generally get the steak bowl, occasionally venture to the barbacoa, but lately in my old age I started getting heartburn, an it is most certainly not because I try to stuff the entire bowl into my stomach in one sitting. Steak is usually pretty good, I only give you 4 stars Chipotle because the steak was well done and was the bottom of the pan... This place is pretty terrible as far as Chipotles go. I asked for a veggie burrito, and what I got was a plate with rice, beans and sour cream with a tortilla wrapped in foil handed to me as an afterthought. They passed my "burrito" to five different people, and there was really zero correlation between items that I asked for and items I received. My company sponsored a catered lunch with Chipotle. It was faxed in over 24 hours in advance. When called 15 minutes before it was due, they told us they hadn't even begun the order! Once we got out order, everyone had at least one thing wrong with their order. My "chicken" burrito bowl had no chicken, no lettuce, and no side of sour cream. They gave us more chips than we ordered as well, so some of them went to waste. My coworker ordered extra lettuce and got no lettuce. Another got a burrito bowl when he ordered a burrito, and yet another was given corn salsa when he didn't order it. Hands down, the worst experience I've had with Chipotle. I visit this location often for pickup since it is close to my home. I'm a big fan of Chipotle and even have some stock in the company. I like that you can eat vegetarian or even vegan. I agree with the other post that the portions are getting smaller - but you can always ask for a bit more. Overall, I like Chipotle much better than Bibibop although my kids prefer Bibibop. read more

This location consistently skimps on portions more than any other Chipotle I've been to. Your burrito will be half the size of the typical one, and even smaller if you order ahead. There always seems to be someone new and confused working the register, too, which slows down the line in the evenings. This is the closest Chipotle to where I live, but I drive out of my way to avoid it. read more

I have a dairy intolerance. Usually when i order I usually don't have to say anything because it's not a serious issue. However today when I ordered my burrito the person in front of me had a very sloppy sour cream and cheese covered burrito and there was cheese in the guacamole. I asked for the serving station to be wiped down seeing I didn't want a stomach ache tonight and the next morning. I was given sass by the person who was at the front of the serving station. She was very rude and complained under her breath the entire time. She gave me the smallest portion size of pico and corn salsa and guacamole. Then proceeded to wrap my burrito sloppily like she didn't care. I have contacted corporate about the issue. No one should be treated like I was. Consistently the worst Chipotle I've been to, and I love Chipotle normally. Today I waited 15 minutes in line (which seems more due to slow service than demand) and ordered a veggie bowl with brown rice. I asked for half the normal rice. At that point they dropped a hug glop of brown rice in my bowl and were about to add another when I stopped them. I asked for extra pinto beans and extra veggies. They gave me a small spoon of beans and a few peppers. I pointed out that it was VEGGIE bowl and the person behind the counter begrudgingly added a few more peppers and passed the bowl on. Note that I've just watched the last five customer get HUGE meat portions without asking - it's like they don't understand the concept of a veggie bowl. All the salsas, no cheese or sour cream (that they got right!) At the end of the line, I get half a handful of lettuce - and I'm just feeling too beat down to object. The bowl is looking obviously under filled and they just don't notice or care. Eating it - the brown rice was overcooked and the guacamole had big hard hunks of unripe and/or rotten avocado. Avoid this one. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere. read more

The food is always fresh at all Chipotles, so I have to give them that. But, also like all chipotles, the staff is all young kids and customer service isn't high on their priorities. What IS high is their cell phones. Whip out a cell phone in front of me (the customer) and that's an automatic minus on the star rating. I've also been to other chipotles where the portions are a little more generous, especially on rice and beans which are some of the cheapest ingredients. I want full bowls, if I ask for more rice just please give me more...i'll pay for it if need be. I've asked for more before and I get the edge of the spoon dipped in for just a smidge more rice. When I say more I'm hoping for at least another half to full spoon of rice. Anyway, whatever, like I said, it's kids running it so I guess I should lower my expectations. read more

Love chipotle, but this location sucks. The chips are wilted and extremely salty, and the food is often cold. I've given the same guy a chance to wrap my burrito properly over numerous occasions and he has failed consistently. It blows my mind considering how long he's been there. I am a active United States Marine. Being in the military I have experienced plenty of stressful and disappointing moments but none have topped the disappointing time I had at this chipotle today (veterans Day). Today when I opened my eyes I was excited to go to one of my favorite restaurants and receive the free meal that my hard service earned. When I arrived I had my military ID and the Veterans Day BOGO coupon ready for review. The cashier looked at me as if she didn't know there was a Military defending her freedom! She said that she was not aware of any military discount and that she needed to go to the rear of the restaurant to retrieve the General Manager. I waited for a little bit shy of five minutes. The General Manager arrived. I presented him with my ID and the online Ad. He had the audacity to tell me to my face that there was no discount and that he knew nothing about it being Veterans Day and that I would not be receiving anything for free. I was appalled as I looked over my shoulder in search of Ashton Kutcher, because I knew I had to of been being punked. I have stood post over seas and in garrison. I have done countless hours of fire watch. The field days I have conducted could total over 500. I was told today through the actions of these employees that my national defense medal means nothing to them. I am hurt and do not recommend that anyone who loves this country continue to eat here. I knew something was off when I heard about the E. coli outbreak! I am now eating a chilli mac MRE because of the actions taken by this company! read more

Why is it that almost every Chipotle I go to has the worst lines, slowest staff and most horrendous parking lots? I love Chipotle so much and I have to say this right off the bat, the 2 stars has nothing to do with the food! This location is right by work so I tend eat at this location the most. Doesn't matter if you go early or late the line is always ridiculous and you will be waiting 20-30 min every single time. The last time I was here the line went back past the doors, through the restaurant and almost into the bathrooms! The other thing I'll complain about and will be unpopular for is the portions. Ok... some of us try to watch our calories! I read an article recently talking about how Chipotle's calorie calculator and actual portion sizes you get are two different things. This location is a big time offender!! They heap on the rice, beans, sour cream and cheese, but when you want more chicken than the half spoonful they quickly throw on, they will try to charge you double. UGH! I quit getting sour cream and cheese all together since "Just a little!!" seems to translate to "screw it, dump the whole bucket on.. I have no dignity". The parking lot is scary to say the least. Cars come flying around the corner while you inch up to it to see if there is possibly a spot to park in. Can't even imagine the amount of accidents that happen here. Anyways... I love Chipotle and would go here much more often if these issues were addressed. OH! I forgot to mention this, if you are like me and get the salad for a low calorie option, DO NOT GET THE DRESSING!!! Their standard serving of dressing is 2 oz or 4 tbsp. Guess what, that's 270 calories! I was shocked the first time I saw this. My advice is use your favorite hot sauce or salsa if you need something to take its place. read more

This is the closest chipotle to me, but it seems to be the worst in the area mainly because it just doesn't taste as good as other chipotles. Last few times I was there, the food had no taste, and it seemed to lack a certain freshness. Additionally, the tomatoes in the salsa were mealy and tasted way overripe. If that wasn't enough, the parking situation is difficult due to the low number of spaces and tight corners. Not easy to navigate during any meal hour. In high school, I was a late adapter to Chipotle because I was scared of spice! But quickly became obsessed like everyone else. In college, I missed it because we didn't get one within driving distance of campus until my senior year. Then in law school I developed a disgust for it. After I calculated the nutrition info on their website I was like - HOW IS IT LAWFUL TO LET PEOPLE EAT 2,000 MG OF SODIUM IN A BURRITO. I also got fed up with how crappy their chicken is (it's still crappy, FYI). So for a few years Chip-po-po and I parted ways. Recently, I discovered their PORK (yea it has some fancy Spanish name, but I live in 'Murica). Their pork is life changing. I also nixed getting black beans in my burrito (it was throwing the zen off). Now I get a burrito w/ brown rice (their brown rice really isn't any healthier than their white, they just wanna look progressive), pinto beans, pork, mild salsa, corn (this isn't spicy whatsoever), sour cream, cheese and lettuce. They tend to be VERY heavy handed with the beans and meat, and skimp on everything else, but of course, as everyone else does, just ask for more (however, they never seem to understand "just a little more" as they interpret it to mean an entire heaping. When I say a little, I mean it, literally, but I digress). Anyways, nothing has gotten healthier about what I order, but by golly it tastes so much better, and I no longer have to spit out nasty weird chicken pieces. I do miss the days of $5 burritos and when they carried lime slices by the drink stations. Adding lime juice to the burrito was everything. Now I have to settle for the lemons. So lets start with last week when I grabbed a couple salads for my husband and I. They forgot the dressing which, ok I get it shit happens, I made it work. So today when I ran in to grab a salad I made a mental reminder to double check. I had to tell them THREE times to put the effing dressing in the bag. THREE TIMES!!! Why are you so stingy with the dressing? On top of that, when someone orders a salad it should be just that. A salad. Not a bowl without rice. I got one little tong full of lettuce and had a crap ton of other stuff left at the end and I don't get much on it. just beans and corn and cheese. The beans....if I am getting a salad TO GO, one would think that you would have the common sense that maybe someone who is taking their lunch somewhere doesn't want hot bean juice all over my cold lettuce just making it soggy for when I get back to my desk that is 2 minutes away from Chipotle. but that's just me.... The check out process was horrible as well. I said chips and salsa....almost forgot my chips. Once again had to tell someone to put the damn dressing in the bag. And when the dressing/salsa was THROWN into my bag something broke open and leaked out so there is probably something gross on my car seat where the bag was sitting. All around I hate this chipotle but its one of the only places I can grab a semi healthy lunch if I don't pack for work. I get no one wants to be at work, and you definitely don't want to be at work at Chipotle, but you made that choice so not my problem. This Chipotle used to be great, but within the past 5-8 months new employees have entered the fold. Most Chipotle's are very busy as expected, how could you not love this franchise, as I do, but stay away from this point. The new employees are slow, the average wait time probably jumps 3-fold compared to other Chipotle's in the area. They are inefficient. I cannot tell you how many times in the past handful of visits I have seen them run out of something, and not have anything close to being ready to refill it...rice, chicken, pork, etc. I have seen people having to wait while others went through the line because they employees were not ready to refill. At my most recent visit, they were out of pork, and my girlfriend was told "We are all out". She's on a specific diet and can only eat the pork for meat. Seriously, out of pork? Two other employees were just loitering back by the grill doing nothing. Every other Chipotle I have been to runs like a fine tuned machine, with the employees constantly grilling, or making other things, ready to refill at a moments notice. This has happened too often at this specific Chipotle, and I will be taking my business to one of the other franchises fairly close. I love Chipotle, but recommend you find a different location. read more
