Went here for dinner tonight because I got one of those free burrito coupons in the mail. I have been here before since I work close by. I'm giving them an official 3 stars for this location because the staff is really efficient and polite. Other locations have serious staffing issues and this one, for now, has seemed to avoid it. The only issue I had with this place was the loud music. I like some background music but it was just so obnoxiously loud. I eat at this location may be once a week and have had no complaints. Not today. The place was absolutely filthy and looked like not been cleaned all day. There was one guy at the counter, and another one in the kitchen who looked like he didn't want to be there another minute. The kitchen looked very messy and I'd to wait long for someone to ring me up before a young lady came to the counter. The food was cold and the grilled onions tasted like spoiled. Got into town late and this was in walking distance of the hotel. I will say it was a mistake going here. The staff was so slow and unprofessional. They were too busy talking to each other than worrying about the customers in line. We had to get our own baskets and trays to carry to food to the table. Once sitting I looked over and saw an employee taking a break. No big deal except his pants were down past his butt and it was very unprofessional for an employee to sit in the dining area like that. This Chipotle has always been a convenient stop for me but this most recent slide might have done it for me. I'm ok driving to Perimeter or Mill Run to get my food. If something runs out before you get to it, have fun waiting as there is NO incentive to get the next batch of hot food to the line before it runs out. Instead, I'm told it'll be 6-7 min if I want to wait. Once, a few of us were yelling down the line (to the door), "if you are getting brown rice, come on down. White rice - stay back there." Does Chipotle run out of cheese, guacamole, and lettuce on the same night? This Chipotle did at 8PM on a Thursday night. Employee moral is apathetic at best. 1 girl quit on the spot saying the supervisor/manager is negative and always puts people down. I stopped into this location yesterday to pickup food that my work friends and I had ordered off the Chipotle app. I arrived about 30 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. I stood there for ten minutes and not a single employee even made eye contact with me, so I finally spoke up and asked them about my order which wasn't ready yet. The lady asked me for the name on my order, went into the back, looked at the computer, apologized that they were a little behind, and that it would be up soon. 30 more minutes passed, and she asked me the name on my order again. She went back, looked at the computer again and asked if I was sure that I had ordered from that chipotle. I said with 100 percent certainty that it was that chipotle. She claimed there was no order under that name. I asked if it's possible that another customer took my order. She said "that's definitely a possibility", and she went right back to working. Didn't offer to remake it or anything. I went ballistic and left. I was absolutely dumbfounded not only that they lied to me the first time about it being worked on, but that they lied to me a second time that they never received the order. This is the worst fast food/ restaurant/ business experience I have ever had. No more chipotle for me. read more

I've worked in Dublin for over 6 years and recently decided to moved to Dublin. I have ordered ahead for pickup from the Campus View location and never experienced any issues. Since its have a 30 minute lunch break, and have placed pickup orders twice at this location, maybe a month apart, walked up to the pickup my order and waited while they made it. I might as well have gone through the line. My confusion is why they're offering a service they can't manage? Both visits were between 2 p.m and 3 p.m. I arrived on or after the pickup from their email or me and they definitely were not too busy to have it ready on time. read more

Horrible customer service. Came in and was literally the only one in line. About 7 employees working. 4 around the register talking and two on the line including the manager. No one said hi or acknowledged us even though we were right in front of one employee and the manager. All they were focused on was online orders. Waited a few mins then the girl decides to look up and say hi. I got my rice, beans, meat in my bowl then I have to wait another few mins while she starts working on more online orders. All the while she hasn't gotten to the other person I'm with. I'm pretty sure your main focus should be the people in line? Also, the place was filthy and just a mess. I walked in at opening time (11am) and the floors were filthy, the chairs had guacamole on them, the soda machine was filthy, the windows have fingerprints all over and the list goes on. The line seems to move really fast at this Chipotle location. I think I was in and out today in 5 minutes. Thank goodness they are serving brown rice now because the white stuff is just empty carbs. Other than that it is your standard Chipotle chain, never had a problem with the food. One thing is that I just don't understand where they expect you to park here. If I try to eat here around noon it's lights out nowhere to park, nowhere to even turn around or wait for a spot. I usually just pull out of the lot and go elsewhere. I visited this location a couple nights ago. I had gotten off work at 9:20 and actually was excited because I was off in time to get some decent food! I work right down the road from that location. I ran home and threw some sweats on and I knew it was 9:30 when I started to head over and I was rushed and going as fast because this location has a reputation that if they run out of anything after 9:30,they won't make it again and you just have to take what they have. ( which is frustrating to work with because I also work at a restaurant and we have to offer full service of everything until we close the doors) I ended up walking in with my boyfriend around 9:35 pm and there's still several people waiting to order. I wait my turn and when I get up there, I find out they've been out of white rice for a while and that everyone is front of me had to get brown and they were not happy about it. I do not like brown rice at all. So I asked how long it would take until they had more white rice, and the girl gave me a annoyed look and said it would be like 10 minutes. I said that was fine and that I would wait. I was hungry and had a long day at work and wanted my chipotle the way I like it if possible. So I wait a few minutes and more people come in and ask for white rice and they told them they were out and the guests walked out dissapointed and upset. About 10 minutes go by and a guy walks up to me and asks me what I'm waiting for and I said I was waiting for the white rice. He then told me there was a complication with the rice cooker and that the rice wasn't cooked and that there wouldn't be any for the rest of the night. I was very upset because I knew they didn't have any intention of making any more white rice the rest of the night or else they would have had more almost finished when the white rice ran out. I guess they just expected everyone to be okay with brown rice. Now, in my mind, that location closes at 9:30., not 10.The guy then told me that if I got the brown rice that he would comp my meal. So of course being hungry and waiting for 10 minutes for no white rice, I accepted the offer and got the brown rice. I would have much rather paid the full price and just had the white rice as would everyone else that walked out. As im standing at the cash register as he's wrapping my burrito, the girl that's standing there loudly says for me to hear " I don't know why people be coming in here right before we close, sawmill is open to "f****** 11, just go there". That really frustrated me because I work right down the road and I'm not going to drive all the way over to sawmill to get my dinner if I can make it in to the chipotle right down the road from me almost a half hour before they close. Then another guy standing at the cash register said " Imagine if the whole hockey team came in right now" And the girl responded " Hell naw, I would tell them that there's nooo rice at all and tell them to leave." She then proceeded to say even though it's 9:53 and to " please just lock the doors now" ALL WHILE IM AWKWARDLY AND QUIETLY STANDING THERE!!! That made me so uncomfortable and upset. I came in almost a half hour before they closed intended to get white rice, sit down and eat because I had a long day. And now I'm standing there as she's loudly talking badly of people that are like me that come in a half hour before they close. I then took my food and decided to leave because I had no intention being in there anymore because it was more than clear that I was unwelcome and an inconvenience even though I had been kind and patient throughout my frustrating experience. As I start to walk away the guy that folded my burrito said " Sorry again about that " ( referring to not having the rice) and I said, " No big deal, thanks, having a good evening" Then I heard the girl snap back loudly with full intentions for me to hear " STOP apologizing about it!" No matter how long my day, I will never go into that Chipotle again if it's after 9pm. I've always rushed and had anxiety about going in a couple minutes after 9:30, but I can see that's too late to come in at least at this location. This is just sad because between 9 and 10 there are so many people that are able to get out of work in time to make it over to chipotle to get some good food and a lot of people don't even bother anymore because of the experiences within that hour at that location. Also, this is by far not the first time that when I was there within that hour that I've heard employees loudly talk of locking the doors early and how badly they want to leave and hope no one else comes in. I must say, I've worked within the restaurant industry since I was 16. And I completely understand what it's like to count the minutes within the last hour of my shift. But regardless, I would never ever be allowed to treat guests the way I was treated that evening and many times before, no matter how badly I wanted to leave. Horrible customer service. I have been to many Chipotle locations and it seems that they have been declining or just not caring. Food was good and staff was nice however the rice could of cooked a little longer and the chips were stale and chewy. Also, the chicken had some burnt pieces. Worst chipotle I have ever been too. I went there today for the second and last time. Unorganized. Extremely stingy with portions. Only one person running the line who did not speak English. No one on the register. Line all the way to the door. I had to put my own lid on my bowl and bag my own food because no one seems to know what's going on. The girl behind me grabbed her food and left without paying since she was so pissed about poor service and of course no employee even noticed. Why is this THE worst one? I thought Bethel road was bad! My girlfriend went there twice before & the same result! Shitty service. If you pay for avocado with your online order, you may not get it. You should check your food before leaving to make sure you are not getting cheated with anything. At least the orders are always ready at the scheduled pickup time. And they make online ordering so easy and customizable. First I would like to start by saying I am a frequent visitor of Chipotle, have been to Chipotle's in numerous states, and am currently a hot status for chiptopia, so i've had lots of visits to judge Chipotle, and have mostly been pleased with my visits. Today was the absolute worst visit i've ever had at Chipotle, enough to write this review. First off, when I walked in there were two employees sitting and eating, while there was a full line to the doors. There were only two employees on the line working, and two in the grill area just talking. When I finally got up to the counter to order, I overheard the tall young man team member calling for backups for rice, fajitas, corn, etc. while the one team member on grill just said "oh well, its gonna be awhile", "I'm not coming up to help", and smiling while a full line of people waited to be served. I noticed the line was out of rice, fajitas, corn, cheese, and lettuce. I sat there and waited an additional 15 minutes for the items to be prepared, as I was told it wouldn't take long at all. No sign of any adults or management my entire visit. When I finally ordered, I still was not able to get the rice or fajitas that I wanted for my chicken salad, but I had my daughter and I didn't want to wait any longer. I ordered a chicken quesadilla for my daughter, and the employee didn't even put chicken inside. When I told the tall young man this, he attempted to fix it, but it would have destroyed the quesadilla and I didn't want to wait any longer. He was the only good part of my visit, because it seemed like he was actually trying to get help and correct the mistakes of others. The kid that started my order seemed oblivious, and again as I mentioned, no management AT ALL. When going to pack up my order, I was told that there was no vinaigrette for my salad. I have been coming to this chipotle location for two months or more since I moved back to Ohio. I've come at all times of the operating hours. I would say 1 out of 4 times I visit there is actually vinaigrette available. How do you expect to keep customers happy and coming back when they are continuously dissatisfied??? Thankfully I am a student, so my drink was free, and my daughter's food was free, because I felt like even paying for my salad was a joke. I watched as multiple people moved up to the counter to order, saw the terrible display that was half empty, and left. I have only 3 visits left to get hot status for the final month, and if this location does not change it's work ethic/preparation/production, I will not step into another Chipotle after getting my catering order. read more

Called 3 times tonight at 7:52pm on March 4th no answer any of those times there no way that chipotle is packed at 8pm to the point where I was holding for over 3 minutes on the first call. I ordered online and just wanted to tell them not to make my food yet as I wasn't going to be there yet. On top of that they often times don't get my mobile order in on time and by often times I mean always. Even if there is nobody in line I will wait several minutes for my bowl and watch one person at a time leave with their food way before me. It's definitely time over quality with every order over there which I'm sure isn't a problem the general employees are implementing. read more

Ugh, I love Chipotle but I never go to this location. This is by far THE worst location you will ever visit. This is the closest location to me and I drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Perimeter Loop location. The employees are horrible, food is always low, and the food is never cooked right. My rice is pretty much white throughout because they don't add enough seasoning and cilantro and many times, the rice isn't even cooked thoroughly. The tortilla chips are so salty you might as well pour salt in your mouth. My husband loves salty food and he cannot eat their chips because it is THAT salty. I have sent Chipotle numerous e-mails and this time I just asked that they figure out this location. I do not want free food! I want to spend my money at Chipotle for yummy food not disappointing food. Even McDonald's next door has better food quality than this Chipotle location. Stay away! read more

Eek, really Chipotle? This was bad. They had about five employees all in front working and kept telling us they were short staffed. They were out of everything. It's Good Friday and you should be making sure you are stocked in the tofu sofritas. They ran out of brown rice and while we were all waiting...I asked about the tofu one. Didn't look like a lot left and the guy promised us there was enough for all four of us that asked about it. Was there!? Nope only one of us got it. Wouldn't you think to make more when this many people are asking about it while we are waiting on brown rice? The place was a mess, dirty every where. They were out of chipotle hot sauce and I thought my boyfriend was gonna walk out at that point. Then all of the soda was flat or out and they had no lids. I have been coming to this location for 3 years and while the staff is friendly, the overall experience has gone to complete shit. I used to try to come after work around 9:30 PM and they have been closed more than once. The past few times I have gone they have been open, but they have been out of half of the food. I've been in at 8:00 before and the grills were already off. Last night they were out of chips. Again the staff is kind, but they are completely understaffed and the management is poor. I am still a loyal Chipotle customer, but this location is dead to me. I recommend the location near Avery/Perimeter Loop, they have fantastic service and the food is always fresh. They have gone out of their way to correct the mistakes of this location more than once. read more
