DISGUSTING UNSANITARY RUDE! Do not eat here guys, energy is real and it's important who you let make your food. As other reviews have mentioned, this store is extremely UNSANITARY, but not only that.. I was wrongfully discriminated against from Their employee Malayah. Malayah has the most awful attitude, her energy was so repulsive and full of self hatred, I hope no one else has to experience it. This store is disgusting- the way their employees treat customers is trash, and if Malayah is working there, you're better off cooking dinner at home. Long but important version- After coming from the beach I went into chipotle, and as soon as I went in, I saw Malaya, who then stared at me while laughing with another employee. I then heard the other employee tell Malayah "I'm not going to say that" Malayah then approached me to refuse me service. She said the manager saw me on the camera and told her to tell me I'd need to put on a shirt and pants. I changed and went back in to order. Malayah refused to get her manager, saying he was in a corporate meeting. After some back and forth, the manager actually came out. He not only DENIED being in a corporate meeting but also DENIED seeing me on camera or instructing Malayah to REFUSE me service! He added that he had no idea why she went out of her way to LIE to a customer. He was notably confused, and in shock. Joe's lackluster handling of the situation and Malayah's blatant dishonesty, WEAK and LACK of integrity were infuriating. I confronted her about her lies and Joe requested that I leave the establishment, because he clearly does not know how to handle his employees or customer satisfaction. Please let me know how this issue is being resolved, or I will take further action to ensure my experience is known more publicly. Your employees do not adhere to Chipotle's policies themselves. Many had facial piercings, which are clearly against your guidelines, and no one was wearing hair nets, which is extremely unsanitary. This is beyond the most unsanitary and filthiest establishment I've ever been to not only inside but also the outside sitting area. Every table was dirty and trash was blowing around the litter was everywhere. The chips were stale, I had the chicken chipotle bowl and I've been sick all evening. Very disappointed with chipotle today. I'm an EMT. I use mobile order so I can just run in and pick it up and go. Have been waiting over 30 minutes now for an order I placed. Place is a complete s**t show. Service is absolutely horrible place is dirty and there's no way around any of it. I try to stop here because it is on the way home after a long day of work. Order ahead of time and even if there is one car in the drive through you'll be waiting 30-45 minutes easily. Oh but maybe you can order inside and avoid it if they make it right in front of you... wrong because the front counter is always missing something. Today there is a line in the drive through so I came inside to check on my order as. I already knew the drill with this place with no line. No one working the front line. You'd think that maybe to clear the drive thru line they would try to So unless you want to wait almost a hour for your food or go home with rice and old chicken go to a different location. It hasn't even been open for 6 months and dealing with the same BS at the locations near by. The staff is just rude, they are made that customer come in and order food. Stay TF home then. I started off ordering a bowl the staff instantly told me they are out of meat. A saturday at 745pm? Close at 7pm then. change your hours . No need to stay open until 10pm. I got a veggie bowl. Oops out of grilled veggies, ok lets go with pico. No pico left. The guac is brown? Why? No salad dressing. Why did you even open up? Stay closed . Place had 5 employees and none of them would come to start taking Order at the counter. The place was actually trashed and dirty. Very dirty food all over the floor counters filthy. The drinks were empty. I literally watched as they passed me on their phones over the counter. Out of everything utensils/ straws/napkins/ some meats /rice/ sauces/ lettuce. Meats were under cooked or over cooked. So sloppy the foods are all mixed together. The guy handling food didn't even have gloves. Never seen a chipotle that bad. read more

I know that this location just opened, BUT it's off to a HORRIBLE start. Service was slow, order was wrong. I placed an online order, only to arrive at the promised pick up time and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for someone to even start my order. I was patient, as the young lady ringing up customers was very helpful. I get home, open my food and it's not what I ordered. Looks like they just made some shit up and gave me anything. We have given this location several chances; each time there is several issues. We today roughly around 11:30. Nothing was prepared as they set up late. Empty of protein. There was already a line waiting and turning clients away due to the unreadiness. There was conversations of they won't let me cut the protein while there 4-5 people just standing there. Previous time there food that was ran out practically everything. This location needs some major adjustment due to the fact it is a busy area. This location constantly runs out of ingredients, and yet while there are many workers out, they are either not paying attention to when things are needed so they start cooking late or they dilly dally. The team here needs to get their stuff together because it seems they are uncoordinated, not communicating well, and are losing business from customers who understandably don't want to wait 10-20 minutes for an ingredient!! read more

Was so excited to finally have a chipotle in commerce but that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. Workers seem like they are wandering around and lost. They were out of both kinds of rice and was told it would take 30 minutes to have more after already waiting in a 20 min line. The workers were scraping the bottom of the bin of every single item, it seemed like they were out of every single item yet nobody was in the back making any more. This is the second online order problem at this location. Two problems. 1. The store claimed to not have any guacamole when I picked up my order tonight. I find this claim hard to believe for a 7pm pickup when they were not busy. This is a store management problem. 2. The second is a chipotle management system problem. I've frequented this location several times because I live nearby . Because it is newer, I thought that it would have been more efficient with keeping up with options. I am mistaken. They are always out of something and I rarely get my food prepared the way I like because they don't keep the food refilled. Most of the time I go, it's during down time. Worst experience we've ever had at any restaurant. This place is run absentee owner and the "manager" must have been 10 minutes promoted. First let me say, DO NOT place an order online. Go into the store and make sure it's at least an hour before closing because they literally stop refreshing what they run out of at least an hour before close. I guess they love their job so much they can't wait to get out so they start cleaning and tearing down long before close. So, my husband, son, and I placed an order and wanted the Kearny Asada bowl and paid for it online and immediately went to go pick it up. We got there at about 7:10 PM. The order was ready everybody was standing around, probably about 10 employees no kidding, just staring at us while they were sweeping in mopping and putting up chairs. When we got home and we opened our bowls, we realized that we were not given Carna Asada but we were instead given chicken so when we tried to call, of course no one answered. We drove back up because they weren't supposed to be closed until 10 PM. We pulled up at 7:40-ish and the doors were locked but they were all inside and knocked on the door. Pointed to my bag of food said through the door that it was incorrect. They all looked at each other for a couple minutes, deciding on if they cared or not, but when they realized we weren't leaving they open the door. They told us that they had tried to call us, which was a lie because, there were no calls on my phone. Then they admitted that they lied and said that the manager told them to call if they have a chance and let us know that they were out of Carne Asada, but they did not have a chance because they were so busy. When we came in there, there was nobody in the restaurant, but OK. I asked to speak to the manager that took 15 min for them to decide who was going to play manager and finally I asked the "manager" how could you allow us to leave knowing that our order was completely wrong without telling us? And then it became a fight over who was supposed to tell us basically it boiled down to nobody really cared. And the guy who was sweeping the floor started talking as if he were a manager... So I asked him if he was a manager. No lie, he responded. "well I wanna be a manager. " that's when I knew that my attempts to enlighten these fools on common sense customer service was pointless. Never never eat there. Later we found out from my daughters friend who works there that they don't refurbish any food they run out of into the bar after 7pm so they can close early by 8pm. Good food, problems with computer system. I paid for order through the app, but the computer system in the store went down, and they had no way of knowing when order will be ready. They offered a phone number that I could call to get a refund, but i decided to wait. They got my order 30 minutes late. Lots of others waiting in store and drive-thru for their orders. read more

Ordered online, paid for my meal, got to the building only to find out they close at 9:00 NOT 10:00, and are not taking online orders. I was told to get a refund online. Now I have to wait two hours for the refund to go through. What a horrible way to end a night after a 3 hour practice. (EDIT): I contacted customer support and literally sat in a chat room for an hour before I could even access a refund. The first person I talked to apologized and didn't even mention a refund, 40 minutes of "agent typing" passed before I asked if they were still there and it started the chat all over again. So.
