Just got a two go order from this location. It wasn't ready when I arrived at the estimated pick up time, which wouldn't be a big deal if it was remotely my order. Got two burritos. One burrito didn't have the fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn salsa, and cheese I asked for, or the guacamole and double wrap I paid for. The second burrito was accidentally double wrapped and was also skipping the salsa and sour cream. Two dry burritos with just beans, rice, meat, and lettuce. This was horrible! How can you get chipotle wrong? Well folks you can! Picked up a burrito bowl, my teen boys had burritos. All steak. They're growing kids but they didn't eat their food it was so bad. Burrito fell apart - it wasn't wrapped well. Steak was cold. I didn't eat my burrito bowl either. Brown rice was old and hard to eat. There was hardly any lettuce left and instead of the person grabbing more, gave me the last remnants (not even a handful) and called it a day. Picked up large bag of chips - even that was bad! Super stale and horrible. $40+ down the drain. Heed the 2 stars on this establishment and don't eat here! read more

I've been to this location around 6 times since moving to Danville. I want to like this location but unfortunately, it's just not well managed. Just picked up our online order. Items were missing and the food is cold. Not "they have been sitting out cold" instead " the rice and meat were never warm to begin with cold". No chips that came with the kids meal. Eating a completely cold burrito is pretty gross. I will say there covid measures are appreciated, but the food was just awful. I was not late to pick it up, it was scheduled for pick up at 12:15, I was there at 12:14... seems like the rice and meat were in the fridge and they just put it on the burrito and burrito bowl. I wish there was a zero star, the manager makes all the rules and I see the employees disgusted with the remarks. They never have the steak ready when I go there and I can only pick from chicken or beef. The manager has personally thrown away my dish that I ordered because she/he said there was extra chicken, so they ended up throwing my whole plate away they told the person who made my dish to go on a break. Consistently bad service. I usually order online. They are next to Trader Joe's, so convenient for me. I usually order burrito bowl. Extra lettuce comes with little lettuce. Extra rice comes with little rice. I have spoken to restaurant managers few times. Just a bad place, no change. They do not follow customer's requests. I've been to numerous Chipotle's all over California, but I had to rate Danville's location as the lowest. This isn't a horrible Chipotle.., but it lacks in comparison to all of their other establishments. This is the smallest Chipotle that I've ever been to. The staff is pretty slow & frugal in their portions. I always have to ask for extra rice, beans & corn; just to match how much I normally get at their other stores. I've been going to this Chipotle for many years. My kids love Chipotle and usually they are pretty good but after recently visiting other Chipotle's I've noticed this one is very sub par. They are usually busy so they are always out of many items and you have to wait if they are out of something you ask for. It's not like they are understaffed because there are always 8 to 10 people behind the counter helping or cooking. I think they are mismanaged. On my most recent visit I ordered chicken burrito with brown rice and 3 chicken Tacos. The total was $17.10. I gave the cashier $20.10 and she said she accidentally rang in $20.00 and gave me $2.90 back. I said excuse me I think you gave me the wrong change. It should be $3.00. She said I know but I already rang in $20.00 so it's too late. Then I said you took the $20.10 I gave you, just give me $3.00 back. For some reason she didn't understand $20.10minus $17.10 = $3.00. She kept telling me it's too late. It's a good thing the manager was behind her because she looked at the receipt and asked me how much I gave her and I said I gave her $20.10. She said we owe you $3.00. I said thank you. No apology from the manger or the cashier. Feel sorry for whoever owns this franchise because the management is terrible and it trickles down to their employees. I wish the problems ended there but after I got home and was eating my burrito I noticed something rather hard and crunchy in my burrito. It was the brown rice. It was under cooked and on the crunchy side so every bite had some crunchy rice. Didn't finish eating it and tossed it out. After reading other reviews on this Chipotle I see that I'm not the only one that sees this location has some issues. read more

I have been a long term chipotle fan and have been to many location. This chipotle has a problem and are ripping people off. I just got a bowl and asked for chicken, when I saw them scoop it I was shocked. I get prices are increasing with inflation but a 1/3 of a scoop is just ridiculous. I then requested for double chicken and watched the poor employee nervously add half a scoop. The manager immediately told him that he put to much and I was just aghast that she is scolding him in front of me. Someone from corporate please address this, it has happened way too often in this location and the serving sizes are just drastically different from other stores. The saddest part was at the end when I asked for quac and got an 1/8 of a scoop, at this point I had to ask what their issue was. Got a simple response that they are running low, which is understandable...but they charge me full price. Strongly don't recommend anyone to go here, go to the San Ramon chipotle, it's a further drive but at least you get your money's worth. I'll attach a prior burrito I ordered with double chicken, quac, corn, salsa, and rice. Please tell me this size makes sense(I have small hands). read more

Don't order via web for pick up. They really gip you on fillings. This Chipotle is like any other: meh. My co-workers and I have learned not to pre-order food for pick up because things are made at about 2/3 the size. No idea why they cheap out or treat their pick up customers as less. We work nearby and cannot always stand in line for 20 minutes for our dinner. Several tiny meals later, we eschew this Chipotle altogether. There are two employees working, I am reviewing while sitting in sitting in here waiting 20 minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready at 3:30. Not one of the two employees working asked me what order I was waiting for. I also just witnessed this poor high schooler have to literally shout for someone to take his order because the employees were ignoring him. This location is taking online orders only, which is fine and I appreciate their safety measures. But I literally waited 30 minutes for my order and there was no communication from the crew on the late orders. I kept trying to talk to someone and they weren't available to answer questions or provide anyone waiting with an ETA. I finally was able to ask one of the crew members to cancel my order because I couldn't wait any longer. He went in the back to ask how and all of a sudden a bunch of orders came out, including mine. This is the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. It deserves Zero star if it's possible for me to give. The owner of this place needs to think about the management seriously. The kids working here have very bad attitude! They did not bother to refill the empty items in containers, did not care about the customers either. At 4:15pm Thursday afternoon, my husband and I came here, there was no grilled vegetables available, and the server said they just "don't offer it". The lettuce's container was almost empty also. The servers scoped out half spoon of everything that i asked, at end, my chicken rice bowl is 1/3 full only. More ridiculous is, my husband's "double" meet burrito was less than 6 inches. I ordered cauliflower rice with steak. Apparently they were nearly out, but instead of telling me that they were low or out, they just gave me literally 2 tablespoons of the rice. They were extremely disorganized. The young man trying to check me out couldn't pay attention long enough to finish my transaction, and I'm pretty sure they charged me twice. I'd like to be able to tell you how the cauliflower rice was, but there wasn't enough of it for me to really be able to provide an opinion. The steak was tough and full of gristle.
