I visited this location, hoping I would be met with proper standards of a restaurant, listening to my communication and and properly giving portions of food and I gave this place three strikes. first strike was I wanted white rice in only one bowl, I asked for white rice for one of the two bowls I got, and the guy decides to put white rice automatically in both of them, I didn't ask for that. The next strike was I asked for extra cheese and extra corn salsa I got one handful of cheese and one scoop of corn salsa(that's not extra). The final strike which meant I'm out/leaving was when I asked for grilled chicken and the scoop was the skimpiest scoop I've seen in my life. It's not just that they constantly having to train new people (thank you for working!!), but they are usually walking back and forth wasting time while the line goes out the door. Besides the undercooked meat and lack of mannerisms, the employees here feel they can joke about race and the way a person looks. As nonchalantly as I could keep myself in front of my colleague, I shrugged it off. But when I went to refill my drink, the large husky male worker there decided to confront me, intimidate me, and ensure that their "jokes" were in fact friendly conversation. I'd give zero stars if I could. This is the worst location in the area. You can only order online and pick up. I'm fine with that, I get it. But there's never anyone inside the restaurant and today, like other times I've been there it was absolutely filthy. Food and napkins all over the floor. Dirty metal trays stacked in the kitchen entrance on the floor. Flies inside too (no surprise). My order came out 25 minutes past the promised pick up time and the amount of food in the burrito bowl was pitiful. Not even a whole scoop of chicken, no cheese at all, and the wrong salsa. The bowl wasn't even half full and I'm not exaggerating. I'd ask for a refund or a replacement but there's no one there to ask. Pathetic. Chipotle should just shut this location down. Absolutely horrified by the way this Chipotle restaurant treats their customers! I ordered something that came with my meal in which they tried to charge me for. When asking for clarification, they belittled me, laughed at me and caused a huge scene. When I asked for clarification from the manager, she came out rudely, wouldn't make eye contact, and told me if I had a problem I could contact Chipotle. Today I went to order with my disabled son and on the door it said only on line orders. I could not get the app to work and the reason appeared to be a problem with the App and I showed to the persons working at the store. They said they see the app was not working but would not serve my disabled son. He is non verbal autistic and did not understand. Even though they did serve a person in front of me, they said the manager approved. I asked to speak to the manager and she was not around. I was sent with my disabled son, 8 miles away to another location, even though they were serving a person in the restaurant. This is one of my son's favorite restaurants and he goes with his helpers 3 plus times a week so he was thrown off when he could not get his order in the restaurant. If Chipotles has a staff problem, I am confident they can fix since the unemployment rate is super high in the food industry and I am confident there are plenty who need an want to work. Since my son loves the restaurant and it is part of his routine we will go back, I just hope treated more thoughtfully next time Anyone who reads my post knows I never post negative or unfavorable post since I am very aware how hard the owners and employees of this industry work. I've been standing at the front of the line for 15 minutes (I'm actually looking at the clock on the wall) and none of the employees have even made eye contact. No one has said "We'll be with you in just a minute" I mean, isn't that customer service 101??? I placed my order on the app at 6:00pm and it said it will be ready by 6:15. This is the worst Chipotle experience. I wouldn't leave a review for just one bad experience, but this has been going on for weeks now and it appears that management has completely given up. You are only allowed to make online orders and they prepare the food in the back, which is really sketchy. First, we waited 20 minutes past when our order was supposed to be ready. There were 4 employees there. One female employee was texting while one was cutting up chicken that had been sitting in this dish for who knows how long. Every 5-7 minutes another employee would emerge from the back with some orders. There is garbage all over the floor and the place has not been swept or mopped in weeks. There is food underneath the tables which is interesting considering they don't allow eating inside and they aren't even preparing food front of the house. They got every single one of our items wrong: 1) We ordered a salad and got a bowl of rice with approx. 5 spinach leaves 2) We ordered a cheese quesadilla and got some rolled up tortillas and a side of chicken 3) We ordered brown rice with one order and got white 4) Lettuce the tacos was nonexistent Another gentlemen came in to comment that he ordered a burrito and they said they were out of tortillas. This location needs to be closed until it can clean up it's act. I'm embarrassed for Chipotle, its manager and regional manager. read more

The entire ordering process at this location is all digital, which seems to really make the takeout process worse. None of the employees are customer service friendly. By that I mean that they're making sure that people who are waiting in the lobby have either already placed your order or haven't been waiting for a significant time. I live very close to this Chipotle and have been a regular customer since they opened. In the last 3 months the service and employee attitudes have declined to an unbelievable degree. I waited in front of the rack for an online order for 20 minutes, no one would look up or greet me or any of the other 7 people waiting for 20 minutes on past-due online orders. The 2 front employees continued to serve people coming in the door. Finally I walked up to an employee at register and asked if she noticed all of us waiting for orders. She didn't answer me but walked in back and said something. 8 orders were then brought out.. Mine was very cold and did not contain guacamole and 6 cubes of chicken on burrito bowl. I had a graduation party catered by this Chipotle and was very happy with how things turned out. First of all, we had a party of about 75 people but were expecting up to 100, so we ordered for 100 people. SO much food came with this order, there were DOZENS of trays and everything was organized and neatly packed. The food was obviously all freshly prepared and was so good. The crowd favorite was the carnitas (pork), it went FAST. People at the party were very excited that the food was Chipotle, very much a crowd pleaser. The staff we ordered with and who helped us with our catering were nice and accommodating. Days later and we still have loads of Chipotle in our fridge/freezer! I would cater with this Chipotle again, would recommend for parties and events. read more

Location is in the middle of a shopping center. Store itself is the smallest I have ever seen. Parking is hard to find on busy days. Don't come here mon-fri around 12:30-1:15, unless you want to wait in a huge line with many many high school students trying to use their 30 minute lunches to eat there. read more

While we waited in line to order this evening, I watched an employee walk over to the register employee to chat... he had no gloves on, removed his hat, and proceeded to run his bare hands through his hair and his scalp repeatedly while he told his employee buddy a quick story. To my horror, he put his hat back on and walked back to the grill and continued cooking. He did not wash his hands nor was he wearing gloves. I left the line, asked for the manager and quickly told her what had just unfolded. She literally said nothing to me and just walked over to the employee. I've given them 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th "chances" and they let me down every time. Obviously management is terrible because nobody that works here gives a single damn about that product. I just walked out of this restaurant last week. I noticed that the person prepping the food had her mask below her noise and sometimes down to her chin. She was very chatty while serving the 2 guests ahead of me... and when it got to my turn ... I just got so turned off I didn't feel safe about ordering/ eating the food. I mentioned the mask situation very politely to the person and she got very defensive... so I just walked away. No, thank you. There's still a pandemic, people! So much for hygiene and sanitation ... especially for a restaurant! I don't think they actually know why one must wear a mask. She said she couldn't fix her mask because she was handling the food... really? What about fix your mask, change your gloves and then go back to serving? Ugh...
