I stopped in for a quick bite and ordered a new item on the menu Carne Asada bowl. The server was quick to take my order and made me the bowl. He asked if it was for here or to go and I replied, "for here." After paying , I ended up getting a to go bag. I guess he wasn't paying attention. So I sat down and opened up the lid off the aluminum bowl and the food looked nothing like the advertised photo, there wasn't even any guacamole like the ad showed. It takes a few really bad experiences for me to write a bad review. Needless to say, this Chipotle location has to be one of the worst. Here are a few things I've experienced dining here or getting take out: - Portions are very small. I know this is pretty easy to complain about but it's fairly noticeable (not packed, little meat, etc) each time that I've gotten food here. - There's always something missing. I've ordered salads a few times and didn't get any dressing. Other times we won't get napkins or forks/knives for my take out orders. - Bad food quality is pretty consistent. My last time here, I got really dry tortillas that stuck together and were not edible. - Bad customer service. The last time I was here, the workers were too busy socializing to give me my salad dressing and provide fork for my meal. I had to eat vegan today (i.e., ate rice and beans only) although I paid for barbacoa. The meat was tossed in my bowl as a big lump of inedible meat. Hello!!!!! The meat needs to be shredded in order to enjoy it with the rest of your bowl. Dam it!!! So, it will be the first and last time I visit a chipotle. Sadly everything for take out is gone to shit. This review is mainly for the Chipotle app, I usually order my food inside and have no problems but today I tried to use the app due to a special they were advertising, When I normally order my food aside I usually choose half of one protein and half of another protein but the app would not allow me to choose that option trade for over 20 minutes to no avail. I finally gave up and put my order in with just one protein when I arrived at the store I asked an employee if they were able to order half-and-half on the app and they said yes he began to walk me through the app but he could not find the option. I had this one guy I asked for a bowl of white rice, he doesn't put it (I didn't notice) and then he asks if I want beans and I say no, I said can I get sofritas and then I realize theres no rice and said oh wait I asked for white rice, "I literally asked you and you said no" NO YOU ASKED IF I WANTED BEANS. My chipotle order: 5/5 Portion size consistency: 3/5 After Souplantation closed down, I have turned to Chipotle for my weekly/twice a week healthy meal. This location has all you would expect from a chipotle: fair prices, decent tasting but healthy-ish food, and nice-ish service. However, I have noticed that they skimp out on orders that use rewards. My complimentary bowls look as skinny as middle school me (before all the fried chicken started kicking in), and my "double meat rewards" are actually "single meat rewards". I would stay away from this chipotle if you're using rewards, and if you can't determine how much you're ordering because you're mobile ordering. All in all, still a solid option to get your chipotle fix, but would be wary of portion sizes. read more

Really hit or miss at this location. I come here for the convenience since it's near my office but would not go out of my way to this location. I usually do order pick up and they always forget utensils and napkins when you request it. The last time I ordered pick up, my guac was brown. Sigh, a whole $3 wasted. Then there are times, my bowls are on point! So it really depends. It usually gets packed between 11am to 1pm so I prefer ordering for pick up but I recommend ordering in store if there isn't a line. That way, you can ensure to pick up a fork. I can't tell you how many times I've walked off with no utensil to eat my bowl with - such a pain! Overall, chill location with friendly people. My husband and I come here a lot but lately we've noticed that it has gotten downhill FAST! 1. Turnover must be high. The staff is always different (understandably). The time before this when I went, staff was busy talking and not listening to what I was ordering. I wanted black beans after being asked and she scooped pinto beans. I was so mad for not paying attention that I had her re-do my order so she had to dump the greens and rice that was in the bowl. 2. Each time we go, they are always out of fajita mix. I always ask if they'll be making more and I will wait. The reply is always "we're out for the day". How can that be? We come around 5pm and they close at 10pm. I understand if we're there at 9:45pm and they're finishing up what's left. 3. I always order the salad because of the vinegarette dressing. Tonight I was handed a little container that looked like a tablespoon of dressing. I even commented "I think this spilled , can I have another?". I was told that's the portion they're serving now. I took it home to measure and IT IS BARELY A TABLESPOON! Came in with my emt partner in uniform while on shift to get a bowl to go. Ordered white rice, pinto beans and asked for chicken al pastor. The girl who was helping me (Jillian) gave me regular chicken, so I asked to double check that I was given chicken al pastor to which she realized she gave me the wrong protein choice. She said she would put the regular chicken back into the container to which I asked, "you're allowed to do that?" and I instead just asked for an extra scoop of protein of chicken al pastor. She then said it would be extra, and then said "well since it was my mistake it's fine". She ended up charging me $4 total with the first responder discount (which wasn't given to my partner who had his bowl made before me and paid before me, he paid $17 for his meal). She also gave me the employee discount. Overall not satisfied as this chipotle is right next to our 24 hour station and we come here often. There is no consistency with the first responder discount, sometimes we pay full price and other times not. However I'd rather pay full price like I do on my days off duty and get the bowl that I ordered... I appreciate her trying to fix her mistake and basically comping my meal but it's nice to eat what you wanted to order, if that makes sense read more

This is one of our go-to spots during the COVID pandemic. It is really convenient to order off of their mobile app which has pictures of everything including every ingredient. The app will even let you know if something costs extra. You can even assign names to each individual order in case you're ordering for a bunch of people. Normally when I get there a few minutes before my scheduled time, my order is already waiting for me at the mobile order pick-up rack. The food each time has been well packaged for the drive home. They even use stickers to seal the bags so that you know if someone has been going through your bag. So far the food has tasted great each time, just as I would expect from any Chipotle restaurant. read more

Excellent experience Eric prepared our Chicken burrito & bowl. So patient with us teaching how it works. Outcome so yummy & delicious. My bowl had a choice of white rice or brown. Chosen brown then brown or black beans unless u like both. Then for protein chicken, beef or steaks or half & half just charge extra for the meat. I pick chicken. Mix veggies red, green peppers with onions. Then corn, cheese or sour cream or all. I pick cheese & sour cream. Saw lettuce to top my chicken bowl. My hubby had close to Same ingredients inside his burrito only differences was white rice. No cheese & lettuce. Thought we won't be fulfilled. But we both did the way Eric prepare our meal. There famous Guacamole & chips so good & fresh. And restaurant was kept so organized , stock & cleaned by Carisa H. What I seen & observed while we were inside eating. After a long day of helping society's finest cream of the crop, I needed some well-earned nourishment. The only thing I can think of to drown the day's misery was a nutrient-dense quesarito from the "McDonald's-Subway" of Mexican food: Chipotle. I finally arrived to this particular franchise after miraculously surviving an almost 2-hr drive on the battle royale highway system of Los Angeles. I waltz in, dreary eyed from the day and drive, and am met with a still-yet cheerful upbeat staff. I lay down my request for a 'double-shell quesarito,' and am almost immediately received with a confused stare. The worker taking my order asks her fellow coworker for some needed guidance, to which he was stupified as well. After a brief explanation of: "tortilla-cheese-tortilla- melt-fill-burrito time, " light bulbs start to spark up and they finally get where im going. They proceed to create me what can only be described as a decadent Mexi-merican Christmas newborn of steak, pinto, corn, fajita veggies, sour cream, queso and pico, whose blanket is a sheet of tinfoil. This beast set my wallet back about $20, but it also put my mental health in semi-permanent happy. zone. Thanks guys! See you again =) read more

I would probably stay away from preordering here at all costs. So the times I've come here in the past, they've been in person, and I've usually eaten in. No issues, really. But a few weeks ago (during our pandemic), I ordered online for pickup. We got a veggie bowl and a burrito, and when I opened up the bowl at home, it was _SWIMMING_ in salsa. Like, it almost looked like a damn soup. Absolutely ridiculous. I sent an e-mail/message to corporate from their main webpage, and surprise surprise, no answer. Today we went back to try it again, and again, we foolishly made the mistake of preordering. Again, we placed an order for a veggie bowl and a burrito. This time it was the bowl that was fine. The burrito? Look at the attached picture. The label clearly says burrito, but that sure doesn't look like a burrito to me. I think I'm done with this location.
