Came in with my emt partner in uniform while on shift to get a bowl to go. Ordered white rice, pinto beans and asked for chicken al pastor. The girl who was helping me (Jillian) gave me regular chicken, so I asked to double check that I was given chicken al pastor to which she realized she gave me the wrong protein choice. She said she would put the regular chicken back into the container to which I asked, "you're allowed to do that?" and I instead just asked for an extra scoop of protein of chicken al pastor. She then said it would be extra, and then said "well since it was my mistake it's fine". She ended up charging me $4 total with the first responder discount (which wasn't given to my partner who had his bowl made before me and paid before me, he paid $17 for his meal). She also gave me the employee discount. Overall not satisfied as this chipotle is right next to our 24 hour station and we come here often. There is no consistency with the first responder discount, sometimes we pay full price and other times not. However I'd rather pay full price like I do on my days off duty and get the bowl that I ordered... I appreciate her trying to fix her mistake and basically comping my meal but it's nice to eat what you wanted to order, if that makes sense read more

Excellent experience Eric prepared our Chicken burrito & bowl. So patient with us teaching how it works. Outcome so yummy & delicious. My bowl had a choice of white rice or brown. Chosen brown then brown or black beans unless u like both. Then for protein chicken, beef or steaks or half & half just charge extra for the meat. I pick chicken. Mix veggies red, green peppers with onions. Then corn, cheese or sour cream or all. I pick cheese & sour cream. Saw lettuce to top my chicken bowl. My hubby had close to Same ingredients inside his burrito only differences was white rice. No cheese & lettuce. Thought we won't be fulfilled. But we both did the way Eric prepare our meal. There famous Guacamole & chips so good & fresh. And restaurant was kept so organized , stock & cleaned by Carisa H. What I seen & observed while we were inside eating. Diamond bar location has failed to meet expectations with their poor customer service, sub par food, and their dirty tables. Workers constantly threw attitude towards us when we asked for extra sour cream, he scooped so much my food started swimming in sauce. After a long day of helping society's finest cream of the crop, I needed some well-earned nourishment. The only thing I can think of to drown the day's misery was a nutrient-dense quesarito from the "McDonald's-Subway" of Mexican food: Chipotle. I finally arrived to this particular franchise after miraculously surviving an almost 2-hr drive on the battle royale highway system of Los Angeles. I waltz in, dreary eyed from the day and drive, and am met with a still-yet cheerful upbeat staff. I lay down my request for a 'double-shell quesarito,' and am almost immediately received with a confused stare. The worker taking my order asks her fellow coworker for some needed guidance, to which he was stupified as well. After a brief explanation of: "tortilla-cheese-tortilla- melt-fill-burrito time, " light bulbs start to spark up and they finally get where im going. They proceed to create me what can only be described as a decadent Mexi-merican Christmas newborn of steak, pinto, corn, fajita veggies, sour cream, queso and pico, whose blanket is a sheet of tinfoil. I enjoy how the taste of Chipotle is consistent across the board. This particular branch does have its misses here and there but nothing too glaringly wrong. Careful of the spicy red salsa as some times it's temperate but one time we got it, it was super spicy! I recommend going at non-peak hours because when they get busy, they seem to give less food. I've also ordered through their app online and it's been perfect! The amount of food they give you is great and the orders have always been correct. This Chipotle hires racists. I had a pick up order last night. This is the SECOND time I've been there and been ignored after waiting past the time for my pickup order that is NEVER on the shelf. The girl working last night and the other workers completely ignored me but a non black customer walked right in and was handed her pick up order and greeted. I sat there waiting and finally went to the counter. The girl walked away as soon as I approached the counter after pretending to seal my bag which by the way was NOT sealed. When I try to use the mobile app at Diamond Bar, the scanner doesn't work or they cannot manual enter my ID to get points. I don't have this issue at other Chipotle chains, e.g. Chino Hills 90 percent of the time, this store is unable to scan. I have to use the receipt to enter points manually. Overall, I've noticed significant improvement from this particular Chipotle since it's opening awhile back (over a year ago). The employees have become more organized, the food preparation process has become more streamlined, the restaurant is much cleaner, and there's been a sufficient supply of available meat and ingredients!! The positive changes have been consistent!! I always order my usual items: - Carnitas burrito bowl OR burrito with corn salsa, white rice, pico de gallo, black beans, loads of guacamole, and lettuce. Sometimes I'll mix it up and add hot sauce & cheese. I'm lactose intolerant, but I'll indulge and elect to suffer from time to time. - Cheese quesadilla with chicken or carnitas. It's a really nice chipotle. Super clean and the staff are friendly. I'm giving 4 stars however because like a lot of chipotles, sometimes the food will be super good one day, and the. Lack flavor the next day. I feel like chipotle has always had consistency issues because of where they source their ingredients, so this chipotle wasn't the exception by any means. Also was kinda disappointed when I went two hours before closing today and they were all out of guac. I guess they didn't make enough or didn't see the need to make enough for the day or maybe the inventory to make the guac wasn't stocked but it's no big deal, it happens with many other chains too. 4/5 read more

I am a recent Chipotle lover, but this one did not quite cut it for me. It was the first time I visited this one in Diamond Bar and I came here because of a coupon I got in the mail. The line was really long (as it usually is at Chipotle), but it moved VERY slow. The workers did not pick up their pace and seemed to be bored with their jobs. I eventually ordered my burrito and was given smaller portions than I've received in the past. I added guacamole and a small dollop was placed on top. Unfortunately all the components of my burrito were not distributed. All the rice was on one side and all the guac on the other. I barely got any chicken inside. The restaurant itself was nice and appeared clean. I ate outside because there was good weather and many tables on the patio. Overall, this Chipotle is my least favorite one I've been to.
