The worst chipotle I have ever been to and never order from this place online if you don't have to. Unfortunately have to go to this one doing the work week & even more unfortunate is that I have to order online at times if I'm in a rush. Have ordered from here through uber eats and through the chipotle app. Not matter how I order, the serving sizes are half of what you would get if you waited in line there. Regret every time I order online here instantly. If you do wait in line there the portions and are still smaller than other chipotles and food tends to be cold too. Again due to work and timing unfortunately have to use them as choice, but basically just wanted to say avoid this place at all cost if you're trying to get normal chipotle servings. This place is hit or miss. Often a miss. When ordering online plan to not get half of what you ordered. The last time I went, I was told you have to get here early if you want fajita veggies. It was 630pm and they are open until 10. How about you plan better. That makes more sense. I ordered for pickup today. I went in when it said it would be ready. I waited. The staff at this Chipotle location seems to have a fundamental misunderstanding of what +1 serving meat means when making an order. It's clear to me after multiple years of having the same issue, that the manager at this location is specifically instructing the staff to not add the double meat portion on delivery orders, and instead adding additional rice; while still charging the customer an extra 7 dollars. I don't know how many times this needs to be mentioned before corporate makes changes at this location, and considers hiring a professional staff comprised of individuals who are fully aware of how to do their job. read more

Placed an order here tonight for 2 burritos and a bag of chips, used the app at 6:10pm, it stated the order would be ready for pick up by 6:30...upon arrival (6:25) we noticed about 20 people standing outside, there was one girl running back and forth delivering bags of food to people, very slowly. 6:35...6:40...someone says they're still working on the 6pm orders....what the hell. I hadn't ever had a single good experience at this location in the past, but today was the last time they'll catch me. We walked in about 20 minutes after opening. The tables and floor were still dirty when we walked in, and the temperature of the building was about five degrees warmer than outside. There were a total of two other people inside, so wait time wasn't bad- but that is where the positives stop. Despite being there right at the beginning of the day, when everything should have been fresh and hot, the rice was lukewarm at best and the chicken was not just lukewarm, not room temperature, but thoroughly chilled as though it had just been pulled out of the refrigerator. This tells me that the food is not prepared fresh each day. We watched someone try to get a cup of Sprite out of the fountain, at which point it started spraying soda everywhere and it took the employees a solid 2-3 minutes to get out to the dining room and shut it off and start cleaning it up despite there being almost no customers. I will stick with the Newington location from now on, and I will never be back here. read more

I have unfortunately experienced the worst customer experience of any restaurant in my 30 years in Dover, NH - and it's disappointing that it had be at a Chipotle, an establishment that we frequent. We were hosting friends this evening and I placed an online order at 5.30 PM on June 02, scheduled to be picked up at 7.40 PM. We arrived at the Dover NH location at 7.45 PM. Not finding our order on the To Go rack, we waited about 10 minutes before I asked the staff about my order. A visibly irritated employee, who we later found out is the "General Manager" told me that he cannot find my order. When I showed him my email confirmation with a confirmation number for an order for $120, which had already been paid for online, he just said "call 1800-Chipotl" for a refund. I asked well, I can do that but how about our food? He asked me when I placed the order. I told him it was at 5.30 PM - and he responds with "well, that's why" - with the condescending presumption that I should know what in he was talking about. He then tells me that their systems were down for a couple of hours this afternoon and they did not receive any orders. I told him I empathize but I didn't receive any notification and wouldn't have known that. I would have hoped from a customer service point of view - for a large order - he would apologize for the inconvenience (even though it's NOT their fault) - and would have attempted to rectify the situation. I would have expected him to review my order and help his staff in preparing the order that was now 30 minutes late. To our horror, he tells me that if I need our food, I need to get in line and reorder my entire order off the line. He says that he skipped lunch, grabs a burrito, and proceeds to sit on the first seat by the cashier and starts eating. I asked him how about the fact that I've already paid 120 bucks - and all he says was "call customer service for a refund, you'll have to pay for your order here." So I get back in line, while my friend Rich calls customer service. When they ask to speak with the store manager for confirmation, he is visibly annoyed and asks my friend why he needs to talk to anyone - when it was Chipotle customer service seeking confirmation that their store system was down. I go through the line when they're running out of food. We end up with about a third of the usual amount of food in each meal and since they're now rushed with unplanned work, the food is hastily and sloppily prepared - which I ultimately paid 240 bucks - double for. Even Chipotle customer service - which assures a refund will be issued in 2-3 days - does nothing to ameliorate the situation. We maintained our calm, kindness, and composure. We did not receive any service, no regrets, no apologies as we walked past the manager- who was still eating - as left. This is disgraceful and an affront to the Chipotle brand. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I am mortified by your customer service. read more

This Chipotle needs a visit from the health department and a commercial cleaning agency! Went there at 6:00 pm on a Saturday night ... prime time for walk in customers. For starters, the food service area was a mess...lettuce in the cheese bin; sour cream everywhere. Check out for three simple orders was clumsy, at best. Had to ask for cups. Ice machine was completely empty. All unfilled tables were littered with the residue from previous customers. Unable to find even one clean table, I asked the staff if anyone might give the tables a "once over." Looking dazed and confused, one responded with a "maybe." Never happened. There was no silverware in any of the bins. Once again, I had to approach the counter and wait for utensils while my family's meals got cold. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned since opening. Most appalling was the trash...overflowing and about to let go at any moment. See picture! Chipotle is an embarrassment to our city. This Chipotle location needs to be closed down. Over the years the service, food, hours etc have all gone extremely down hill. It got to a point where we were asking for refunds nearly every meal we got because it was either missing items or made wrong. We were also told refunds would take several days to show up but they never did! We were refunded at least 3 times and none of those refunds ever showed up in our account which comes off as incredibly dishonest. We stopped going to this location for many reasons, but overall I don't know why this Chipotle isnt closed down yet or at the very least overhauled. Whoever owns this particular location needs to pay more attention to how it's being run. The only thing consistent is the inconsistency. Went in to get a chicken Al Pastor bowl, while in line customers were asking for refunds on there meal. I was minding my own business but found out why after getting my food. The White rice was under cooked almost raw. The employees should have pulled the uncooked rice and now served it to anyone else after having there first issue. When I came back they offered a side of brown rice (however they missed the fact that the rice is mixed into the bowl). They asked me to get back in line of 10+ people and reorder my food. I asked for it now and informed the other customers that the rice was not cooked. The remade meal was not up to standards and was made with regular chicken the wrong sauce and enough sour cream to feed a football team. Employees were rude and manger was even worse. read more

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The ice machine is always broken meaning no ice! I mean after 2 weeks of no ice don't you think they would find a temporary solution? I have previously been a regular at this Chiptole until my last trip shocked me to my core. I got my usual order and sat down and began to eat, only to discover undercooked rock hard rice. Normally, I would try to let this go; but it was effecting my experience so me and my friend went to consult with staff on this issue. Once I told the worker she took out a fork and tried the rice right in front of me. After chewing smugly for a moment she told me that that was how they made the rice there.
