Unfortunately made a doordash order with them and they do not allow you to add "extra" things meaning you can't add additional vinaigrette dressing.. The problem is getting in touch with someone on the phone from their store is very, VERY difficult which means you get no dressing or you just get your one because the time someone does answer your order has already been picked up. I really wish the option for extra dressing was available within their app and I guarantee their phone lines would be less busy as well as they would have happier customers! read more

Every bad review is correct. Entered 8 pm on a Sunday night. 4th in line. Our food was made 30 minutes later because they make online orders before they take yours. Because, you know, we just bothered to actually come in. Then it took another 15 minutes to get to pay longingly looking at our finished food because the lone cashier ignores you in line to let online orders pay before you, too. Employees avert the customer's eyes with this dead inside gaze. Their shirts might as well say "Chipotle: we really couldn't care less". I would say order online instead, but the people doing that looked more miserable than we did, which was the one positive thing. My recommendation is if you're hungry, go to MacDonalds first and eat it in line while you wait to order. By the time you get your food, you'll be hungry again. read more

I understand Covid and I can see being slower and making sure things are handled properly, but not being rude, not having enough tables open, when they could have had more open. If 0 stars was a thing......This was the NASTIEST PLACE. I walked in and really wanted a salad, however the lettuce was brown and slimy. I then decided to get a bowl.....apparently free protein was on the menu for the day. There literally was a what looked to be a queen ant crawling on the rice. I saw it and said u have bugs in your food. The lady commenced in still asking what kind of rice I wanted. Every table was covered in food, there was trash on the floor, and the condiment and drink station had dirty napkins and trash, not to mention the napkin dispenser was empty. There were 6 people behind the counter and there was only 4 customers in the place including us, so there was no excuse for not cleaning. We were repulsed. This chipotle is so slow! We always wait so long for our orders even online orders! My biggest complaint is the amount of food you get. I always get a basically a salad with chicken and no rice or beans. Why if I dont get rice or beans can I not get more tomatoes or lettuce?? I went in for a burrito on Tuesday night around 8pm and experienced the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It took me almost 30 minutes to get from the front of the line to the cash register. Our food was done, but the person at the register was just blowing bubbles with her bubble gum and wondering around. At one point, one worker on the line invited a friend up who had walked in and they had a full conversation while everyone waited. Eventually, the guy in front of me yelled "you know what? I'll just bag my own stuff then, im done waiting" and grabbed his stuff, placed it in a bag, and left. This time I went back to talk to the manager, who shrugged her shoulders and said "sometimes that happens." She explained that for online orders that are prepared in the back, the steak is located behind the sofritas and bits of steak can fall in there. They know this, yet they don't fix it. I have had chipotle before on many occasions but not here. Some of my coworkers were ordering it for lunch & I joined. We went through doordash for delivery. We ordered & door dash had it to us 10 minutes from the prepare time! We were thrilled how quick it was until we opened our food. It was COLD. Not lukewarm. COLD. The chicken in our bowls was not cooked thoroughly & tasted awful. We called the restaurant & instead of apologizing & trying to make it right, the manager tried to shift the blame to doordash. Then he said he'd remake the food but we had to come get it. If we could do that, we wouldn't have paid for doordash to deliver it! Oh & FYI if you order with doordash or whoever, they can't refund you. Serving undercooked poultry & cold sides is unacceptable & so are their customer service skills. read more

Ordered online for pickup at a later time. One of the orders was for a steak bowl with steak, mild tomato salsa, cheese and lettuce. After I got home, I noticed the sticker on the lid of the bowl listed exactly what I had ordered online. When I opened the lid I found nothing of what I had ordered. Instead of steak, I had chicken. Instead of mild tomato salsa, I had spicy corn salsa. I also had black beans. Fortunately they did get the cheese and lettuce correct. At that point I was home and couldn't take back the order. Please. This isn't, and never has intended to be authentic Mexican, or a place for locivores. Chipotle is designed as a very tasty and inexpensive place for large Mission-style burrito. In the middle of the uber-expensive Cool Springs area, I know that when I need a relatively cheap and filling, tasty meal, Chipotle is a can't miss option.
