I've been to this particular location a few times and the food is consistent., meaning it's good fast food no better or worse from the time before. This is why we return plus they offer coupons via the app on occasion. The food is always ready when requested. We do take out. My only complaint when we picked up the food yesterday I didn't think to look in the bag. The sauce was not covered well and it spilled within the bag. Quite a mess. They always mess something up. Order a burrito, I get in my car and it's a bowl. Have an order supposed to be ready at 2:30pm, but not ready until 2:50pm. Or they are out of lids, straws, and napkins. It's also frequently messy and the bathrooms are gross. So why do I keep coming here? I always order through the app and our bowls are ready when we arrived. They are always made to perfection with a generous amount of guacamole which I very much appreciate. I have been to many Chipotle locations and this is by far the best! I will drive out of my way to get here. My mobile order is always made correctly and the servings are generous. I don't consume dairy or guacamole so I like that I'm able to request extra beans and salsa while skipping out on the options I don't enjoy. The floor dirty with spilled gunk and litter, so your shoes stick to the floor and the litter sticks to you too. Garbages overflowing. Do not come in on a saturday afternoon, my experience was so bad I am leaving a yelp review. My side tortilla was allowed to drag along the entire countertop and I had to request a new one. The cashier was clearly frustrated by my request and the relative incompetence of her fellow lineworkers. they mixed up orders, worked too slow and had a line backed up out the door of hungry people, and for the entire 25 minutes that I was in this "fast food" restaurant there was no steak left and no one was working on making more. I almost NEVER leave yelp reviews. Usually, my experience at places is not so terrible that I need to leave such a scathing one, nor is it usually so amazing that I leave a delighted one (unless one of the people working there goes out of their way to make it an amazing experience). In this case, the workers seemed either sleepy and lackadaisical or down right frustrated with the business and their coworkers. the tension was palpable. I don't like the community on Yelp because I find it to be full of people who are rude to folks who work in the service industry. I am not one of those people. Even when the cashier got frustrated and the guy got my order wrong, I still said thank you and remained polite. Wow?? I just realized I never wrote a review for here...go figure. Well here it is.... I really like Chipotle. This location is always very clean and really keeps on top of making sure they don't run out of anything. Parking can be a real drag during the week lunch hour since everyone likes to go to Somerset Square for lunch. I love the Barbacoa which is Beef that is marinated in spices till it is falling apart. My new favorite though is the Sofritas which is firm tofu that is broken up and cooked with spices....ha a little kick to it... I tend to go with the bowls when I am here and I also like to get the chips which seem to have a limey kick to them. Oh and they have Mr. PIBB here which is the Bomb!
