A very poorly managed location. The young lady that made my daughters soft tacos, put all 3 on aluminum foil, then folded it in half. When we opened it, it was all smooshed. Then, there's 2 guys standing at the register talking about how they can burp while their talking, and who I think was the manager in the middle switching out the register awkwardly laughing. The entire restaurant was disgusting. I was told that the restroom looked just as bad, and was out of toilet paper. All cubbies that hold utensils and other items was empty, with trash and food particles everywhere. I'm writing this because I just saw 2 Chipotle commercials with pleasant looking employees, and an immaculate looking restaurante. What a joke. Just got charged 18.65 for a salad!! . At first he said it was 22. I asked is it really 22 bucks for a salad. He said you got steak and yes extra steak is more. I told him no. I got chicken. So he changed the extra meat to chicken but still charged me for a steak bowl which is more than a chicken salad. It may only be a dollar more but still! It pays to listen to reviews. We chose to do a pit stop here becuse my son was craving cheese quesadilla. They proceeded to charge me for a meal and refused to sell just the quesadilla just on its own even though other outlets do. I refused to get sides or drink but asked if I could at least get a big bag of chips instead of the rinky dinky ones that they give. That was a no too. So for $10 I got 2 lousy kids quesadilla and 2 small bag of chips. Rude staff. This has got to be the crappiest chipotle. I would avoid this place at all cost. read more

I love Chipotle and was stoked for one to open in Lathrop. However, my experience has been bad both times I've ordered here. The latest order was when we ordered two burritos with extra meat (first time our burritos had no meat) and guacamole through the app. We picked them up from the drive thru lane and when we got home we couldn't see any meat in our burritos and they forgot the guacamole. I called to see if they could at least refund us for the guacamole and the employee suggested we drive back the next day for our guacamole. Seriously? We wanted to eat it with our food not as a snack the next day. I spoke to a manager and she said she would provide a refund the next day. Luckily I found a feature in the app where you can report an issue and they refunded the full amount of the burritos. It's too bad they can't get it together. I ordered a Steak bowl with white rice, sour cream, lettuce, cheese, and corn salsa as well as chips and queso through the app which came out to about $20. Once my food got here there was only steak and rice. The portion wasn't even good either. read more

Would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. They've gotten my order wrong multiple times here. I order on the chipotle app and I've either had missing items or missing items and a random ingredient I didn't order. I given this place the benefit of the doubt since it's close to where I work but it's a reoccurring issue with this place. I started to order on the app and just going through the chipotlane because one day when I ordered inside an employee (Girl with pink hair) charged my order wrong and couldn't void the transaction so she called her supervisor/manager over and straight up lied to her that I requested my friend and my order to be together when it was separate (tried to whisper so I wouldn't here what she said) while I was still standing there ... just so it wouldn't look like she was the one that messed up . Horrible experiences here. If you go here and pick up at chipotlane CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving. This is the only chipotle I've had reoccurring wrong order issues with. Pathetic customer service and inconsistent serving on food. Earlier today I went to get food from Chipotle on Golden Valley Pkwy in lathrop. I go there few times a week as it's my daughter's favorite. When being served the server was very rude, and she served very little potions into my bowl that I ordered. When confronted she said they have been instructed by the management to serve less to be able to serve more customers. With my high frequency visits the servings drastically differ. Some days they give lot, other days just enough and today she served me as if I was a little kid. When I asked for her name she rudely told me she can't give me her name or employee number (of course her name was later displayed on the receipt.) I spoke to the manager on duty (Bernadette) she also rudely responded that every individual is different and so they serve different potions depending on their training. Now I'm a customer, they charge me the full amount of money every time for the same food so why should I get less for my money? I'm not happy with the service the potion differences at all. Very hit and miss location. Wife and I was in this location on Sunday evening and went to order a bowl and a burrito. This place for serving food is filthy serving table had all types of food dropped all over the prep table. Young man comes up and refills the white rice bowl and rather than wiping the counter down just scoots the residual stuff laying on the counter into the other hot table containers. I don't work in food service but I am sure that is one way of cross contaminated food starts as well as some forms of bacteria. Three people working and two have time to talk with each other rather than clean up. We got our food and went home. Wife took three forks of food from her bowl and was done. I ate 4 bites of the burrito and was done Food was poor quality and tasted fowl. Won't be going back to this place anytime soon. Also all the trash cans in the place were overflowing. We ordered four 3-pointers (chicken and rice only) and a regular chicken bowl. The maker wrote "3PT" on the lid of the four 3-Pointers indicating what is inside. I also ordered 2 salsas on the side for my reg bowl. Cashier Carmen came with 100 questions. Asked if the 2 salsas on the side were extra, and I told her "no, it's for my reg bowl. I don't like them mixed in". And she then asked the maker in Spanish the same question. She thought I couldn't understand. Although "3PT" were written on four of our orders, she asked what were inside them. I told her "it's a 3-Pointer. It's clearly written on the lid". Again, she asked the maker in Spanish if they were really 3-pointers. She started ringing me up. I scanned my rewards point program. She voids the transaction and started all over again for whatever reason, I really don't know. She hands me the receipt and loudly tells me that I need to go the website to input my rewards because I didn't scan my rewards. I told her I did as the scanner made the ding sound indicating it was accepted. She insisted that I didn't and I did it after I paid. I told her you voided the transaction and failed to tell me that I needed to rescan. She did not apologize for her bad attitude and service. She refused to acknowledge any wrong-doing and had an attitude like I was all in the wrong. This was a bad experience and it's enough for me to write a review on Yelp, which I haven't done in 6 years. Cashier Carmen needs more training on customer service. Don't come here for dinner. Rudest staff I have ever met! I ordered a bowl and burrito. After sloshing all the wetness of the beans onto the tortilla, she was having a hard time closing it. I kindly suggested she double wrap it, which she did. Then she had the audacity to charge me for the tortilla. I asked her before paying, "Did you charge me for the tortilla?" And she said "no." Surprise. She did. So I went back to get my 0.25 cents. I realize 0.25 cents is no big deal, but I was sick of her attitude and not letting her off the hook. Any other situation, I would not have cared about a few cents. I go back and STILL KINDLY said, "Oh, you did charge me for it?" She looked at me and said, "You want a refund for 25 cents?" I said yes. Like I mentioned, I was just sick of her attitude and that was why I even went back for a few cents. She rolled her eyes and muttered some rude stuff before going to open the change holder. She said, "Great, now I gotta open this shit." I went here on March 12, 2021 ordered the tacos with guacamole through there app. When I got there I took my order and went straight to work. I opened up my box and took one bite only to find 3 long dark brown hairs inside of all three tacos. I head straight back show the person at the window my box he looks at it and says " so do you want some more?" Heck no give me back my money I am completely disgusted. He takes my receipt looks at me and shoves the receipt into his front pocket and says we will refund you in 5 to 30 days. There was a full-size GRASSHOPPER in my burrito bowl!!! Legs, eyes, the entire body just COOKED INTO THE BEANS!!! I could not believe it, absolutely disgusting. I now see why the reviews at this location are so abysmal. I went here to try the new pollo asado chicken. I arrived 15 mins after opening only to be told it wasn't ready. When asked how long before it would be ready, I was told 15 mins. No problem, I'll run an errand and come back. Go back 25 mins later and it's still not ready and they now don't know when it will be. Fine, give me carne asada. The woman behind the counter puts carnitas in my bowl. Then the next person asked if i wanted it remade. If i asked for carne asada and got carnitas, WTF do you think? I just turned around and left. I will NEVER patronize this location again.
