Possibly the slowest chipotle I've been in. There were only 3-4 employees working the front line with about 10-15 people in line. They were literally working slow paced and didn't have much stock of a lot of things (cheese, lettuce, etc) I could see the frustration in everyone that these orders should not take this long. I finally get my order and go home. Upon getting ready for dinner I open my bag of chips and felt so ripped off. The way I usually open my bag of chips is ripping it in half so I don't need to dig all the way down, this time was different. I had to rip the bag 1/5 of the way to get to the chips. Seriously?!?! Have been going to this location for sometime now but never around 2pm. I walked in and practically there were no ingredients left! Very low and old dry white rice. No pinto beans at all! Maybe one scoop of chicken. Red, undercooked peaces of beef, very low and old fajitas. Low on the rest! Look at the picture I will upload. And there are only two customers in the store. I addressed their rep. I was told I had to wait for 5 minutes to get the pinto beans and the chicken. Their excuse was that there were busy. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I never mind waiting; however today I waited over 45 minutes for my order. On top of the long wait time, the employees had no sense urgency, would rather laugh and joke with one another then serve the customers and kept walking to the back. Instead of apologizing for the long wait time, I was greeted with an employee telling me to wait again as he had to complete several mobile orders. I observed him messing up an order and instead of starting a new one, tried to transfer the food item into the correct order. Idk why it only has 2 stars. I love this location!!!! They just about never have a line. I cannot once recall having to wait to order my bowl and when I ask for them to pick out only the dark green lettuce pieces for my salad, they have no problem. I was having a really bad day dealing with the drama and stress from work. Then, to get caught in this rain that was literally blinding at times during my drive...so needless to say I was not in the mood. Well, when I walked into chipotle the gentleman that greeted me turned my frown upside down! He was warm, friendly and had a smile that made chipotle shine! He even apologized for the weather but simply said "I'm glad you decided to come and see us" this simple gesture brightened up my evening and I don't know if he will see this review and I didn't think to ask his name...but I'm the veggie burrito bowl lady! Pretty average Chipotle. Line doesn't seem to get long, even during lunch rush. Unfortunately for me, I decided to come here on a cold day and the door kept getting blown open by the wind! I was at chipotle yesterday in Laurel by the Target and I was going inside and watched a Latin guy hop out his sports car and go in with NO MASK on!!!! If you don't mind slow service, unavailable toppings, broken burritos and cold food then this is the Chipotle for you. No apparent management ANY time I've been in the store. The only reason I've frequented more than once is because it's literally three minutes from my front door and I keep figuring "Hey, they've GOT to be better this time". Wrong! This by far is the worst chipotle I have ever been to and I eat a lot of chipotle. First of all, they would rather save the food then give it to customers all the portions are so small they don't even fill the spoon. Second the employees treat you like you're about to steal from them when you ask him for just a little bit more and they give you the worst attitude ever and looks. Third, the portion of the chips are so small as of they only put one spoon of chips in the huge bag and also they are stale chips. I have been to several locations but this one is by far the worst. I only go when I absolutely have no other choice. Every time I go its either the person making my bowl just throwing stuff in the bowl like slop or getting it wrong and then having an attitude when I ask for them to fix it. So take my advice and go to the one out route one in Laurel. I will drive a little further to get better service. read more

I love Chipotle, unfortunately, this place can't be consistent even if they tried. I went in this evening and it looked like the entire staff was in line to get some Chipotle (actually 4)!!! So another customer near the front of the line was complaining that they were out of some ingredients, including the fajitas, which almost made me turn around, but I continued to wait my turn in line after their employees (). So when I get to the front, true indeed, they were out of many of the ingredients, switching out several pans (adding to the delay). The customer service was poor and my biggest pet peeve is that I always have to ask for salad dressing when I have ordered a "salad" bowl. I always have to double check because they always forget something.....won't be back to this location, very inconsistent with good food and good service. read more

This was one of the slowest, understaffed and least organized Chipotle I've ever been to. After waiting in line over 20 mins and still seeing 7 customers moving in a snail speed, I just walked away. If the front area this unorganized, I can't really trust how food gets made in the kitchen area. This place needs a major overhaul. read more

Went to this location last night and it was by far the worst customers service I have ever had at a Chipotle. There were only 5-6 people in front of my boyfriend and I and we were in there 25 minutes waiting in line! To start, the employee who was first on line (asking what kind of rice/meat) was rude to every customer in line. They ran out of white rice right after I ordered. The lady behind me said she would wait and the employee wasn't happy about that and continued to ask her "can't you just get brown rice??" all while rolling her eyes and huffing. Then the employees farther down on the line just kept disappearing. So at one point there were a ton of orders with rice and meat but no one on the line to put the rest of the toppings on, the cashier even disappeared for a good 10 minutes. Not only were they out of white rice for awhile, but other ingredients were out and no one was bringing up more from the back. The overall cleanliness of the food prep area was also cause for concern. Employees were not wiping it down and it looked like it hadn't been done all day. All in all I will definitely not be back to this location. I will make the extra 10 minute drive to the next location.. although this means i'll go a lot less then I would like. read more

I've had the pleasure of eating at chipotles across the country, as I'm often on tour. I love them because they're usually clean, courteous, and deliciously well sourced with their ingredients, plus they generally taste the same across the board. This location fell a little short of my expectations. Strike one, dirty bathrooms with zero toilet paper, overflowing stall trash bins, and napkins in the toilets. Strike two both the chicken and the fajita veggies were burnt so when I got home my burrito tasted like the wrong end of a grill. No strike three because the line moved quickly and the employees weren't rude. I want to go back and revise this review. I WANT it to be better... Hopefully someone will fix this! read more

Ordered in advance online. Said it'll be ready by 9:30. I get there around 9:44, i pay for my food.. and then realize that they haven't even made the food yet. So i'm waiting for almost 10-15 minutes.. until my bf walked in from waiting for a long time in the car, they were finally done and handed us the food. We only live 2 minutes away, literally, from this place. When we got home, our food was COLD. Not sure we'll be ordering in advance again.. or coming back.
