WTF gives?! I LOVE chipotle. Chipotle got me addicted to burritos. THIS is not a chipotle. This....I don't even know what the hell this is. When I go to the chipotle in Fremont, I get the TRUE chipotle experience. I get burritos stuffed til they're about to burst, and burrito bowls piled high with food. Here, they have the audacity to charge you a dollar more....and then give you less! Seriously, I got HALF of what I would get in my bowl in Fremont! Not only that, the retards behind the counter were inattentive and were difficult to work with. I would never repeat my experience here. No stars! read more

Saw a chipotle on way to LA at Tejon ranch, looked bran new from the outside but inside was disgusting!! Flies every where, bathroom was gross. We left and went next door to Panda, so should the manager so he can see how to keep a place clean!! read more

Let me start out by saying I usually LOVE Chipotle. But this location is horrible. They barely put any rice, beans, or meat in my bowl. It's about 2/3 empty right off the counter. They ripped open my boyfriend's burrito while rolling it and didn't even bother offering to rewrap it. It isn't even crowded and they were rushing so much they weren't even paying attention to what they were doing. Then we went to the seating area and it's a mess. There's food all over the floor and the empty tables. There are employees walking around through the area, and none of them are bothering to clean up. I won't be back to this Chipotle. read more

The woman scooping the meat was very rude and would not listen. Not friendly or welcoming, and food not fresh... hard taco shells crumbled, so ended up with a stale taco salad. read more

This is a definite 5 star location. The friendly service and portion size is consistent visit after visit. I make it a point to stop here when I travel. I have been here in the afternoons and in the evenings. I love the consistency. The service I received at one of your locations. My husband and I were traveling to Los Angeles from San Francisco, we decided to stop at Laval Rd for Chipotle... we have been here many times and the service has been great. This particular day which was Sunday September 11th , the service was terrible. I always have a burrito bowl, brown rice, black beans, chicken veggie mix, medium salsa, double on the corn with cheese....simple. This particular day the brown rice was not cooked properly, the server was vert stingy with the chicken and corn...on top of that they wanted to give me attitude and charged me extra for chicken which they never gave me....I am so mad at the moment. Bad: I counted 17 flies on the menu boards tonight...after realizing there was so many on the menus I looked at the grill in the back and the cutting the chicken had two flies hovering over the meat...it was very busy so luck fully I didn't see any on the food up front, but I can only imagine when it slows down all the flies flock to the uncovered food while the employees clean up around the store...gross. I couldn't eat inside the store because all I saw was customers waving their hands over their food from the flies. Best part, there weren't any flies outside...so where did they come from? We recently went to your location in Lebec, California. The worst Chipotle experience we have ever had. Extremely rude employees. When we talked to the manager (Mr. Salazar), he started using profanity, literally cursing us out. It became so bad, we decided the leave and not put our young kids through such experience. I have loved Chipotle until Tuesday May 10,2011. After enjoyed my order I drove over the grapevine and started feeling sick and by the time I made it to Burbank I started to vomit and continued for what seem an hour. I came to the Chipotle as my bf & and I were heading up North to the Bay Area. We pull in, very hungry and there were 3 girls working the front. The first girl was extremely rude and got an attitude when I asked her to put the taco shells in a togo bowl. Then the other 2 girls were giving us an attitude as well. The girl at the register seemed to be a manager or something bc she was wearing a red shirt. As they were making my bf's burrito the bread ripped and there was no way he could eat it so he asked her politely if she could wrap that in another tortilla. She then smurked and the burrito was all fallen apart. I walked away from the register at that time to get drinks for us and didn't see what happened. If i did i surely would have told her to make another one bc that isn't acceptable. As he told me what happened in the car I was furious. I am a huge fan of chipotle and eat it at the least twice a week. Wish I got the girls names, really killed our appetite. read more

I don't ask for much from Chipotle. I always get what I ask for and leave with my hunger satiated, and I would normally never feel the need to write a review. But this particular Chipotle sucked. I chose to go here over the dozens of other options at the rest stop because of the consistency I thought I'd experience. The line was long, as expected, but the first thing I noticed that was off was that the workers seemed so unhappy and were kind of rude to each other. They were fine to customers, but it was off-putting to see how one guy in particular talked to his co-workers. It was also unusually loud, and I feel like everyone was mishearing one another. The worst things were not discovered until we were in the car and back on the road. I did not get the side of guac I ordered, which is my favorite part of eating at Chipotle. The chips were under seasoned and did not have the trademark delicious lime salt. They obviously misheard me when I asked for half steak/half chicken, and not only did I get just chicken, but a very measly portion of flavorless chicken. I didn't even eat half of my burrito bowl, which is not normal for me. Overall very disappointing experience. Next time I'm driving through the grapevine I'll go somewhere else. read more

Stopped by this chipotle on my way home on vacation from LA and one of the girls with blonde hair that had helped me got so offended when I asked for extra chicken and gave me literally an extra 2 pieces of chicken and I chucked and thought it was a joke and said can I get a little more chicken and she raised her voice to me " so you want double? That's extra ". I told her it's totally fine then she turned to her co worker with darker hair and made this big eyed face and said something under her breath which made them both laugh which is by far rude to your customers. What sucks the most is, I happen to have my coupon that chipotle sent to me because they had closed one day due to a E-coli incident , which I did not tell them about till I was ready to pay. I also forgot to let them know I wanted some extra tortillas on the side warmed up , because I always get my meal that way no problem and the blonde hair associate gave the register guy these big eyes like a look of " REALLY???" And then fake smiled to me obnoxiously saying " sure ". I just don't understand why she has to act like I'm taking food from her own refrigerator when chipotle decides to accommodate people with coupons. I expected a much better experience due to this new location , but I guess I was wrong. : / read more

This place has gone off the deep end. I was being rushed to order my food and my burrito was dripping with bean juice and was poorly wraped. The restrooms was the worst part! Dirty marks all over the place 2 toilets were out of order. And the ones that were working looked like they had not been cleaned in months! I could see lazy work habits everywhere I looked. Great place to stop either before or after the Grape vine. Very clean place with fresh produce but let me tell you, customer service was rude, unfriendly, and uncomfortable! The lady didn't want to change her gloves due to a gluten free allergy and I even got an eye roll when I asked for a water cup. Sure, She must of been having a bad day, but for the record she broke my tortilla and gave it a millisecond under the tortilla heater. I'll be back again. read more

Busier than most but slower than most. Sitting here watch the workers have no sense of urgency whatsoever while there's a line out the door.

Your standard chipotle fare. However the portions here are tiny as hell. So by the time you notice that rice and beans are half the quantity of what you get in LA - it is too late to compensate. I was excited to see this Chipotle just on the north side of the grapevine. Food was fine as was service speed. But they need to do a much better job of cleaning this place! It was pretty empty on a Tuesday afternoon but there was food all over the floor and the bench seats were totally sticky, blech! The last three Chipotles I've been to have had the same problem, so it doesn't seem to be a focus for them. I believe her name was Karla or Cheyenne, very short, thin girl, light completed.
