I walked in there and all the workers looked at me weird. I went to the counter and I ordered a cheese quesadilla kids meal and when I was going to get my side, I got chicken, rice, and beans. He then said that chicken hosts extra, and I said ok, even though chicken never costed extra at any other location. I never come to this chipotle by the way, I'm on a trip. Then when I went to the checkout line, she told me my total was $10.28. The kids meal is five dollars. How does that even make sense? I then check my receipt and it says that I was charged for extra chicken which I never asked for and a takeout fee, which they never asked me if I wanted take out or for here. The register workers name was Yadhira, and when I asked her about this, she kept trying to blow me off and was just saying that she heard me say extra chicken even though I never said that. They didn't even give me extra chicken. When I was walking away, she then rolled her eyes at me and I saw it in the corner of my eye. Every time we came around, she would look at the guy serving us and they would start smirking or laughing, and then sigh. This is unacceptable behavior. Telling customers exactly what you don't have. I was told they were out of cheese, guacamole, and a certain meat. Proceeded to order a salad bowl and at the end before paying I asked for a side of sour cream and vinaigrette and was told they were out of that too. So then I asked for some lime/lemon juice and a side of cilantro to make a dressing of my own and was told they couldn't do that, which I've gotten it before from other locations. Just rude to not accommodate the paying customer when you are out of so many items. If that's the case just close early and restock. Very unhelpful employees. read more

Just left this Chipotle and it was the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen. Most of the tables were unclean and the bathroom was even worse. No toilet paper and the trashcashs overflowing in the bathroom and in the restaurant. I would not recommend coming to this location. There are so many options at the grapevine, I'd suggest going anywhere else. We waited in a 20 minute line to order, which wasn't their fault, but when we finally got to order the staff was unfriendly. When rolling up my burrito, they rolled it into a ball with the food bursting out of the tortilla and dropped it in the bag. I could barely eat it without everything falling out. Worst Chipotle ever. And I love Chipotle. Waited in line for 35 minutes to order a carnitas bowl. Well they don't have any carnitas. ( a sign would've been nice to let me know before I wasted my time waiting) and they wouldn't let me taste the other meat to make sure it wasn't too spicy and they wouldn't let me so I left empty handed. For a Chipotle I would have say this location is below average. The place is clean and what you would expect of a Chipotle. But service was a little slow, i.e. there was a large line but only one person was serving though there was a lot of staff. I ordered a Veggie Burrito which is supposed to have Fajita Veggies but they did not put any in. When I asked for it they went to the side and found some and put in just a little, even when I asked for more. I am glad I ordered in person because I think if I ordered online they wouldn't have put any in. read more

This review is not about the quality of the food as it was pretty good. This is about the cleanliness of the restaurant on Sunday 7/22/2024 at 4pm. I see another guest posted 1 month ago and my visit a month later was practically the same! The guy who made my bowl was great, the cashier seemed like she hated being there. The restaurant was busy, but had seemingly enough employees, just about every single empty table was dirty, saw many bussing themselves. I did find a 2 seater though. Drink area filthy- napkins were scattered all along the counter, and napkins holders were empty as were forks. I just used a spoon. I did tell the cashier so she could refill but I heard people after me mentioning it and went to counter, I guess she got the hint 10mins later. The ice tray was overflowing and spilling onto the counter. The floor of the entire restaurant was a mess. The women's bathroom here was disgusting, there was 1 stall that had urine in it you could smell when you opened the door. It looks like it can't be flushed. I almost barfed up my $13 bowl. There was also no TP or paper towels. During the 30 minutes we were there eating, no one swept the floors or cleaned the bathrooms. On a good note, the food was good and the 1 of 3 employees was friendly and the bowl was tasty. Hands down the worst chipotle I've ever been to. The protein portion was definitely lacking. The way my burrito was rolled was super lazy and it was half the size of a typical burrito. We were pretty disappointed with this location. First time to not enjoy our Chipotle bowls. The beans and rice were undercooked. Meat was dry. Mild sauce was super dry and the customer service was subpar. It was like pulling teeth to get straight answers about options. There were no forks and the normal hot sauce options. DO NOT EAT HERE We stopped by here on the way back home to LA. First of all, the restaurant is filthy. There's napkins all over the ground, the tables are extremely dirty, the fire alarm is malfunctioning so there's constant beeping (pretty sure that's not safe), and the area to get utensils and drinks is a huge sticky mess. Second, the workers have no idea what a burrito is. We ordered a salad and a burrito. For the burrito, they literally squeezed the life out of it as they rolled it into a fat round ball. All the juices were dripping out of it and it was NOT a burrito. As for the salad, they were short on rice so instead of asking me if I wanted to wait for a new batch of rice, they scraped the bottom of the container and gave me less than a scoop. My bowl was half empty by the time they were done filling it. We waited about 25 minutes to even order and the food didn't taste normal. The lettuce had a bitter aftertaste and made me question the whole meal. I will definitely never eat here again. They really need to get it together because I normally love Chipotle but this location does not meet the minimum standards. Do better. read more
