This place just sucks. The restaurant is an absolute disgrace. Food on the floor, beverage station is just disgusting. Trash all over the floors, floors are wet, garbage is overflowing and the staff is just disrespectful. "What's the name" hands me the bag and I thank her and I get no response just an attitude. Not to mention my order was wrong. This location needs to be shut down and started over. While I was waiting one of the cooks came out, got a drink from the machine, no lid, walks back into the kitchen and proceeded to use a spray bottle on the grill and continued to cook food without gloves or washing his hands. Anyone who knows me, knows the depth of my affection for Chipotle. So it pains me to say that this Chipotle location would turn any believer away. I went in for a late lunch on a Saturday at the end of Feb and I immediately noticed that they were severely understaffed. As the line moved up to my position, I began to hear the employee say they were running out of chicken (and some other meat). When it was my turn, I had taken the last portion of chicken and the next person was told that the next batch of chicken WAS STILL COOKING and there would be at least a 10-20 minute wait. As for the rest of the toppings, they all seemed to be running low and it was all very messy. I could only see two girls in the back and they were in no rush to re-fill anything nor clean up. It didn't appear to me that this location was run by anyone in management. If so, they all clearly have given up and not trying to make any improvements. I will not be going back to this location until there's a massive revamp in operation and management. read more

This place is a joke. Placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago. I was told it would be ready for pickup at 3:00. Its 3:25 and I am still here writing this review. There was zero communication to me regarding there being a wait on steak. I had to ask fo assistance and when I tried to talk with an employee about communication he walked away. I finally got my order @ 3:29. Thirty customers came and went while I was here. Not one employer offered me anything no water, no eta, but they had plenty of time to dap each other up and socialize with Uber drivers. This is the only chipotle in the country that manages to consistently run out of ingredients. They have a 97 hygiene score but the place is always disgusting. They run out of ingredients in peak hours and staff will just shrug off the fact they don't have any ingredients while still charging full price for nasty food. I do have to agree with Seth A., there's not that many options, but I guess if you find an item on their menu that you do like, it doesn't really matter then. The place is really clean. Chipotle's my default healthy-ish fast food option. They make a big deal out of how they source their food, and if you get your burrito bowl-style and leave off the cheese, you can actually avoid blowing through a thousand calories on your lunch break. This particular location is very close to my apartment, so I go there fairly often. The staff is usually polite and they usually get my order right. That's really all I ask when I go to a chain restaurant, since the food is (or should be) standardized. I love tacos from here. I used to get the burrito, but it's just too big. Now, I prefer the tacos, and that way I can get one with each flavor: I'll get a white bean, 2 black beans, and I'll get different salsas on each one. Sometimes, the staff can be a little snarky about my mixing and matching...that's my only complaint. At this location, you can hop on Brueggers' wireless connection, so it's even nicely wired if you're trying to check your email or get some work done while eating your Tex-Mex goodies. However, this chipotle location has messed up my order too many times to count. I am constantly missing items and getting bad quality of food. Ordered a few times here in the last couple months thinking each negative experience was just bad luck. Each time they were out of multiple vital toppings but did not clarify it on the app while forgetting to put on multiple toppings on as well. Waiting 20-30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time (which I was fine with) and then not getting any beans, salsa, lettuce , and a minuscule chicken portion in the 3 bowls I ordered was very disappointing to say the least. The other time they left off fajita veggies and cheese on the 4 bowls I ordered. This location makes the chipotle brand look very bad, but fortunately I have only had good experiences in the other locations around Charlotte. This place will not have my business again but I hope they figure things out for new unaware customers that have no idea that they are heading into a highly negative experience. read more

I also find is funny that you ran out of salad and filled on the bottom of half of what she gave the older couple in front of me, while you yelled for me, I had to ask for more lettuce because she didn't fill it up. Wouldn't recommend ordering online at this location. I always get the bowl there either in person (which the food is usually fine) or online and every time I order online I am missing 3+ items in my bowl. Tonight is a great example. I placed an order for two bowls for both me and my daughter both of them were again.... MISSING multiple ingredients and the bowls were literally HALF full when we opened them at home. No note that said they were out and no call to ask if we wanted a replacement had they been out. The store wasn't even in a rush when my daughter picked them up. I feel like that is common curtesy to inform your paying customers that you are out of an item. Seems pretty lazy to me in all actuality. Either way be it online or in person don't come here. They already have terrible reviews this is just another to tell you not to go. Have gone on 3 separate occasions and all three times they are out of steak and another food item (brown rice, veggies, etc.) There is no managerial structure here, just a bunch of teenagers running around. Stringy absolutely disgusting. We didn't have time to go back and return them so we just ended up throwing our food away. But if you know you can't work with customers then I don't really recommend having a customer service job. I work with customer service myself and I learned how to deal with my anger.
