Check your order. Twice I gave received the wrong Taco shells, and nothing was said. After I checked the order and discovered this, I questioned the guy at the drive thru window. He explained that they were out of crispy shells. My issue is, on 2 occasions, I received the wrong shells, and nothing was said to me when I picked up the order. Food was stale and service was not up to par. I came from San diego and received what a Chipotle is supposed to be like and this isn't it. Appears that with their location they don't receive traffic and don't remake food or clean that well so it appears unattractive especially with employees that make you feel as if you interrupted their down time. I looked at the food, looked around the store and felt the vibe...both of us turned around and left and we're thankful we did. Good luck. Salty salty chicken , dried out and absolutely inedible. My husband had the steak .. same salty dried out meat. Cashier was very snippity and rude as well. This is the first time I've gone to a Chipotle Grill and unfortunately my experience was not good, went there to try a barbacoa burrito, went at dinner time, 6pm, just about all the choices to include in the burrito, beans, rice lettuce etc., were just about empty and therefore they were scraping from the bottom of the serving trays, totally unappetizing, I also ordered a small bag of chips and guacamole which was pre-bagged and given the condition of the food, who knows how long it had been sitting, guacamole was brown around the edges, yuck, needless to say most of my order was in the trash when I got home, I'll stick to going to Cafe Rio read more

By far the worst chipotle I've ever seen, I'm not one to write reviews but this convinced me too. To start, the rice i got was obviously old and hard in some bites, I asked for chicken and instead of getting a regular scoop from the bin right behind her I was giving the little amount of crumbs left at the bottom of the bin. When it came to toppings they were out of cheese, sour cream, guac, pico, and we're rationing lettuce like it was a rare commodity. Disappointed with the entire experience. This is a franchise, and they should be at the top of their game when opening. Didn't realize you had to order ahead for a "drive through", and having to go inside to order, I was met with a sign on the door stating "no cash" payment; card only. And then THE most important part of this experience was the quality of food; awful. My burrito was completely soggy by the time I arrived home. So much so, that it leaked through the foil wrapping and the paper bag. Delicious food, superb service and excellent accessibility with their Chipotlane for app order pickup! Hope they put some signage up that's visible from the highway and in the vicinity as they are completely hidden behind Panda. Got my food from the drive up after ordering from the app, I got home and the tortilla had mold on it.

We ordered food on the website to pick up in drive-thru, the food was really bad. The Chicken Pastor was just covered in sugar and paprika, and made my daughter in law sick from only a couple of bites. My lifestyle bowl was only half full, and had uncooked rice in a watery liquid. My son's burrito was tiny and just full of gristle, he couldn't eat it, it made him gag. We threw it all away and called customer service for a refund.
