Usually Chipotle's are a huge hit or miss, the past two visits I had at this location were promising. I don't feel as ripped off as I used to, I feel the value is much better than it was before. I placed a pickup order for this location through the Chipotle app and received the most embarrassing bowl of my life. I ordered a carnitas bowl with rice, beans, cheese, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili corn salsa, romaine lettuce, and sour cream. The order took a while to prep and I waited by the pickup counter until an employee who was working in the back came out and retrieved my order for me. I should've looked at the bowl then, but I didn't think in that moment that I would have gotten a bowl with just meat, rice, and a few of the fajita veggies thrown in there. Once I arrive home and examine the contents of my bowl, I tried to go through the app to complain about my order as it was missing 75% of the requested additions. All I got offered through their online customer service was a "free drink for my next visit". What a waste of money and time, I will not be eating at Chipotle again. They've all seem to have gone downhill in the recent years. This is nothing to say badly about the employees, but this company and business model is ripping people off like crazy. read more

While visiting my client in Morgan Hill, I stopped by to grab lunch at this location. First impression - Vey clean dinning area and friendly staffs. Ordered grill chicken with black bean and veggie. All staffs greeted all walk in customers. Very friendly and efficient. I decided to dine in. Every table and floor is as clean as you expect, even the fountain area. Chipotle always has a baseline level of quality, because it is a nationwide staple, right? Wrong. Something happened in the last 6 months or so- this specific location has turned to garbage, zero management, no standards, dirty counters and tables, wrong orders, things are late, unorganized, and generally sloppy. The title of Manager does not exist- all that pertains now is current manager on duty, It's entirely ran by whatever high schooler happens to be scheduled that night. The last 4 times in a row that I have ordered from this location, something has been wrong. My kids can't eat here because jalapeño is now mandatory in every single topping, quality in general is way down, I'm getting skimped on meat, they don't label the meals anymore, the place is a mess. Tonight I showed up to an empty (but dirty) dining room about 5:30, about 8 employees behind the counter all laughing and cursing and having a good old time, meanwhile whoever is "in charge" seems to be skating by without making any actual managerial decisions. I'm pretty sure when I ordered my meal at 4:45, to be ready for pickup at 5:30- they made the meal right away (which normally would be great) but now it had the chance to sit around for 30 minutes getting cold and soggy. I spent 10 years serving in, cooking for, and managing restaurants so I'm not just some Karen who is irrationally scorned and wants to complain- I have an actual baseline knowledge for when things are going right or things are going wrong. I used their website to order three burritos each having different contents and used the option to specify a label for each burrito. They, for the second time in a row, did not bother to do labels. The result was that when I got our order home, the three of us had to open all the burritos and try to figure out who got which burrito. After finally sorting out the burritos, I found that they still did not get my own order right. (Again, not the first time this has happened.) This place might work out for you if you go there, order in person, and carefully watch to see how they make your meal. I've always enjoyed the food at Chipotle. I really like this location and the staff is super friendly. This review is for the Mobile App through Chipotle. My order was over an our late today. The delivery guy (not sure what app he uses for the delivery) didn't follow the directions to the address provided on the app. Then wanted me to go somewhere else and meet him. After an hour of phone arguments he typed in the address on the app and brought it to me. When contacting Chipotle they said after the food leaves the restaurant they don't have control over the delivery drivers and the app doesn't say where they can be held accountable. So the Restaurant gets their money, the driver gets his.. and we get stuck with cold food after spending 70$ including the tip. Definitely not a good experience with the app or the restaurant on this important communication issue. read more

This location used to be the best location 5 years ago. Since then things have really gone down hill, especially since COVID. My main issue is that key ingredients are typically out EVERY time I go there (both normal lunch and dinner times). 3 out of 4 meat options are completely empty and the 4th only has a small amount left. The grill is not running at all, nobody seems to be thinking ahead that they are out until it's too late. The server only gives me the option of what is available. Usually the fajita veggies are completely out. This is every time I go, otherwise I wouldn't complain. I used to go 2 times a week. Now I only go when I'm desperate for Chipotle once every month since it's the only one in the area. Please do better! read more

This Chipotle location gets worse and worse every time I visit. This time takes the cake however. A whole hour and a half before closing they are out of ingredients again! No steak, no lettuce, no guac, no fajitas, no hot sauce. You'd think that since they are always running out of food they would either stock up on more or let you know before you order. Instead everyone of my orders was missing some ingredient that I wanted. While ordering only one of the young gentlemen working was actually trying to take care of the customers. The other two were too busy laughing at something on their phone and making fun of each other. That explains why their workstations were filthy with old food covering the counter. The soda station looked like a tornado hit it. There was napkins and trash sitting all around it. The natural juices were all empty. They were out of utensils. This is the most disgusting restaurant I've ever seen. Went in a few days ago and the food bar where they serve from looked like a bomb went off. Beans everywhere, chunks of meat in the cheese sauce. The guy making my bowl dropped a piece of chicken on the dirty counter then picks it up with his hand and puts in back in my bowl. I should have walked out then. We then sit down and every table is gross. Multiple spills under the tables and looks like no one has clean for a few days. Needless to say I didn't eat and should have asked to speak with a manager but guessing they're responsible for the state of the restaurant. I will never come back. This is the first time I have taken time to write a negative review. But I must mention the disgusting quality of beef that could be added to your order. On the second bite of the salad bowl that I ordered I bit into a piece of thick gristle kind of disgusting but I thought it was a one off. Took two more bites they were fine then I hit gristle again again again and again disgusting. Similar to finding a worm in your salad you never want to eat it again that's how I feel about the beef option at chipotle. When I went into talk to the manager he tried to argue that it was the pork which it wasn't then he finally backed off and said yes it was the beef and that there's nothing he can do other than refund my money.
