This is the THIRD time I have received an order from here missing items. The first two times I got a build your own (you pick three sides) and they forgot the guacamole and completely left one side box empty. This time they put hot salsa and guac and left out the beans and rice. It's ridiculous i literally don't know what the workers are doing... I called and let the manager know last time and was super calm. I just wanted to let them know so they could figure out what was going wrong in the line - but then it literally happened again within a week! So frustrating. The food was great but one of the older Hispanic ladies working in line, specifically working the meat section of the line, was rushing me through the line as if their were 20 people behind me when their was only 2 people behind me in line. The previous two dozen times I ordered Chipotle from the app at this location I was unable to get a quesadilla. I guess the app did not allow that. Well yesterday at around 5pm I went to this location asking to get a quesadilla to which I was told they do not do quesadillas in store anymore, but only online. Horrible customer service tonight. It's 9:30 pm and I understand you may not want to cook any more chicken, but to insist I pay an upcharge for your Pollo Asada that I don't want anyway is terrible. You should either have your staple products like chicken available or offer the Pollo Asada at the price of the chicken to your customers. The young boy who called himself the manager said they don't want to lose money, but instead he insisted his customer pay more for the only chicken you have available? Seriously? Very bad customer service on his part and his reasoning doesn't hold up because in 30 minutes you're going to end up throwing all that Pollo Asada away anyway. I suggest you train your managers and staff to take better care of your customers or else make sure you have the basic products that you advertise and that people come to your store to buy. Love Chipotle and usually never have an issue, but this one has issues. Heaven forbid they are busy because your portions will be chopped in half. I always get the burrito bowl and when she went to laddle the meat they were running super low, so instead of refllling it she gave us a 3rd of what the laddle should of held. Same with the lettuce, only filled half my bowl up. With the price you pay for food here, you should get what your paying for instead of giving us half portions. Head up to the counter, get a bowl with no beans, extra white rice, pork, corn, sour cream, cheese and guac... Yes, I know guac is extra, and then a soda... BUT this is where it all changes!!! This is the one.. and ONLY location that I have been too, where I could not finish my bowl! It's not the real deal, but something about that rice they use and guacamole has me hooked. I love the freshness of the salsa and the grilled chicken hot off the grill. What can I say about Chipotle besides that I love it. I usually get a split steak/chicken salad with cheese, corn, brown rice, pinto beans and a side of their vinaigrette dressing but today I decided to get the burrito, what there most famous for. Tortilla changes everything, even though it's the same meats and toppings. It is very filling and tasty. Ingredients are fresh, the employees heat up the tortilla, make your burrito or salad right in front of you. There's usually 5 workers each one guides you through your choices the main person asking what you want, the next person asking what kind of rice you would like, followed by beans and the other toppings sour cream, corn, lettuce etc. Then there is a person at the register waiting to ring up your food. I think this is very helpful and makes for an easy and stressless visit. The staff here are welcoming every time I come in, and wanting to serve you, without an attitude which is refreshing these days. read more

Tucked away to the side of a somehow still in business Barnes & Noble, this location has hectic parking competing with many other businesses, but spaces seem to open up. The entrance here seems, to me at least, to be situated backwards. I hopped over the back gate for outdoor seating and entered through the exit I guess. Staff here were super-friendly, and the food was very good as expected. Boilerplate stuff follows: Chipotle, like Pollo Tropical, should be winning federal grant money each year for serving the masses real, healthy food that happens to be tasty enough to be popular. It is so tummy in my yummy. The staff at this location are always nice. And for awhile there, they knew my order. From coming in EVERY day. I was packing on the weight and had to cut back. First off.. I'm a die hard chipotle fan...Been eating it consistently for years. And I've never been more disappointed than I was tonight with the quality of service I received from this location. After waiting in a very short, but extremely slow moving line, it was my turn to order. I started ordering and wanted chicken for my bowl, and the server said it would be a 5 min wait until the fresh chicken was ready. Sure no biggie... I'd gladly wait for my favorite chicken. 10 minutes go by and the line is building up with people waiting for the chicken. I see the cook pull it off the grill and I'm ready to continue my order. The server asks behind her how much longer until it's ready. Despite it being completely cooked right in front of them, the guys in the back tell her to just tell the customers that they were out. Seriously? I see it right in front of you ready to go. Anyways, despite calling them out without any luck I was forced to choose another meat. And the only other meat I eat there is steak, which is an increased price. And at that point I had already invested over 20 minutes there so I didn't want to leave empty handed. And instead of at a minimum charging me the price for the chicken, I had to take the hit for the price of the steak that I didn't even want to begin with. Terrible service, no regard for the customers, and messy food prep areas. The map is way off from the real Vista Way minimall Chipotle location, but that's OK, as this review applies to all the Chipotle Burritos I've eaten. A football of lunching satisfaction that's rapidly assembled of tasty goods, that's a Chipotle Burrito. The high-speed, high-precision assembly process amazes me. The fact that so many flavors can be packed into one cylinder impresses me, and that this can be done without the resulting football detonating upon handling is a feat of food engineering. I'd assume that the rice, sour cream, and cheese act as a binding agent to contain the meat and grilled fajita veggies and prevent premature rupture of the flour tortilla casing. On top of all this, the ads and promotional materials are cocky and funny. One of the paper tray liners features a dozen or so movie quotes twisted to compliment a Chipotle Burrito, such as "I ate his burrito with fava beans and a nice Chianti." If you're a restaurant -- a national chain restaurant at that -- and can weave Hannibal Lechter somehow into your promotions, you've got my attention. I hear that Chipotle is owned by McDonalds. I came here yesterday on my lunch break after deciding to give Chipotle another chance. Everyone loves Chipotle, but I have always been disappointed when I've gone in the past! I got a bowl for the first time. It was so much better than the burritos I've had in the past. I got white rice and black beans. Both were cooked to perfection! The red salsa is spicier than I expected it to be, but it was delicious. The lime chips are one of the best things there, but it's a little ridiculous that you have to pay extra for chips and salsa to go with your meal. It was kind of pricey at a little over $10 for the bowl, chips, and a regular drink, but everything was fresh and and the portions are huge. I couldn't even finish it. I could probably split it with a friend and it would have been perfect for two people. It's always busy when I go there, but the line moves really fast and the service is good. Everyone is friendly! This was my first visit at a Chipotle restaurant. The service was efficient and the staff members were all very friendly and upbeat. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken which was very delicious. I had enough left over for lunch the next day, their portions are fairly large so come hungry. I saw that they also have margaritas, I'll definitely have to try one next time I come here. Chipotle will be my choice for a quick meal from now on, especially since they decided to ban GMO ingredients. Chipotle is one of my true loves. I always get a burrito bowl with a corn tortilla on the side (they'll give you up to 3 for free!!), so make my own mini burritos or tacos.
