Came here before late night 15 minutes before close and received excellent customer service but this experience quite different; They were out of most items cause it was rush hour. I had to ask for a receipt. The men's bathroom water was shut off or broken. They skimped on so much stuff; that was the smallest burrito I've ever had. My husband asked for a little bit more meat because it wasn't even a full scoop they said it's pre measured six oz scoop and if he had added anymore, he's gonna charge him for a double meat. We frequently visit chipoltle, but in another state. So we were shocked when we arrived at the one in Owasso. Every single table and all the chairs were dirty. Like filthy. I cleaned my own table and wiped out the booth-while the workers watched me. I saw other customers come in and have to clean tables as well. We were there for about an hour and never once did anyone come out to clean. I also saw several big things of chips just stacked up and out for all the flies in the place to land in. The area where Togo orders for forgets to was filthy. Open containers witb food exposed were just all over the place in the back. It really made me feel like we were going to get food poisoning. The place is disgustingly dirty. It's gross. It's not like they were just as you can see from the pictures and they weren't understaffed bc there's about 15 employees in here and yes, they we all walked out and saw how gross the dining area is and saw their own customers cleaning tables and did nothing about it. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 10 min before getting to the window, then sat for 5 minutes at the window while being ignored, while also being able to see my food on the shelf. After the 5 minutes of being ignored I got my bag, and was missing chips, a tortilla, and only included 1 fork! (3 bowls total) Absolutely frustrating experience, 1/10. read more

I did a mobile pickup order and got a bowl that included fajita veggies... instead I was give AN ENTIRE ONION and a few pepper slices. Our large queso was only about 2/3 the way full and everything way cold. I will be making the 15 minute drive to the good Chipotle in Tulsa from now on. read more

Food was typical Chipotle, glad to have a new one here in Owasso. However, it seems like they are still figuring things out? We completed a digital order through their webpage to save time, that process was easy and pretty straight forward. Negatives are that our pick up time was 6:40pm and as we pulled up there were 15 cars in front of us. Idk if it was due to people arriving before their pickup time, food not being ready/made incorrectly or folks just pulling up to order (no drive-thru menu though). Some people ahead of us were waiting at the window a good 5+ mins but like a few others ahead of us, when we pulled up our order was miraculously ready to go! Lol Either way, none of those with food yet to be ready were told to pull up and park to wait for their food so it made our pickup delayed and food was cold. In addition, there were missing sides and drinks from our kids' meals. Bottom line: this new place is worth a try but I would not recommend the digital ordering & "Chipotlane Pickup window". Just go inside and avoid the frustrating 30 minute wait for cold (& possibly missing) food. read more

While trying to find some place to eat lunch today, I decided to give the (sorta) new Chipotle in Owasso. I'd heard the ordering process was... different. And it is. Fortunately a nice young man walked me how to order in the "Subway of mexican food" (his words, not mine). I opted for the Chicken Al Pastor Bowl ($8 and change). That price tag quickly escalated to over $15, including a bottle of water. The food was okay... not great. I came away not hungry, but not full either. If I'm honest with myself, it was probably enough for lunch. Where things go off the rails for me is the value add. For north of $15, I expect a lot more food than I got. I can go to almost any restaurant in Owasso and get a much better lunch for less than or the same cost. Service was fine, as mentioned. That doesn't carry a lot of water with me in this case, because once you pay, you're pretty much on your own, so to get a ding on service, they'd have to drop the ball pretty hard during the ordering and paying process. In the final analysis, the food just isn't worth the money, both in taste and portion, so I doubt I'll be back. Honestly, there's too many mexican place in town where you can just get a better deal. read more

The food was dry, tasteless & just plain awful. The Barbacoa was all dried out, and the Carnitas Burrito was mediocre being way too stuffed with cheap filler. The Barbacoa bowl veggies weren't bad, but not enough to make up for a really lousy meal. Chips were hard as a rock, Queso Blanco was completely lacking flavor. Quacamole was runny & sour cream was soupy. The salsas were surprisingly pretty good. On the upside, the organic lemonades were totally excellent. I wish we had opted for drive-thru fast food. It would have been so much better. Years ago, excellent Mexican restaurants were all over. Now, they are extremely hard to find. Additionally, the tables needed to be cleaned better. Chipotle has always been on my list to try sometime when out for a quick meal. Never EVER again. Once & done. What was I thinking? If only I had checked Yelp first. read more

I got extra rice in me and my wife's bowl for dinner after a long week of work. Ever since this place has opened it has been nothing but problems. No chips, out of food, said they didn't have large cups while they were right behind the girl in plain view. My 13 year old and his friend were there today and they refused to sell him a quesadilla unless he downloaded to app on his phone. Why is a restaurant trying to force a minor to download ANYTHING ? I find out now that you can long get a quesadilla unless it's an online order. So stupid. So if I go there with my family I have to order it separately Online while I'm in line and still wait the same amount of time to eat. That makes ZERO Sense. I won't be eating there anymore . Employees said we couldn't order a quesadilla and that they have to walk to the other side for the quesadilla press. Since they can't leave the station a quesadilla has to be ordered online. This makes no sense because they can make kids quesadillas. I asked to type in a burrito for the charge and just make a quesadilla which was still declined so we left. I didn't think it was possible to mess up Chipotle. I love Chipotle. I go to the Tulsa locations frequently and have never received poor quality food. We ordered online, and our food was inedible. Even my husband, who eats everything, said it had a "funky taste." The rice didn't have any seasoning. My bowl was basically a huge bowl of bland rice with hardly any toppings. I got maybe a teaspoon of sour cream. It tasted nothing like the Chipotle I've loved for years. I couldn't eat it. read more

Couldn't get the option for a fountain drink on the app so I asked to buy one at the window they said "yeah you'll have to come in when my hip is bad" I told them my hip is bad and they said "sorry there is nothing we can do" I leave without a drink get down the road open my queso and there is some unknown substance in the queso that looks not edible like it's not good. So I go through the window again on my way back and tell them "there's whatever this is in the queso" just or them to say "yeah you gotta come inside for that" I don't understand how my issue couldn't have been dealt with, with just a small bit of compassion for my BROKEN hip or maybe the fact that there was something I could have sued for in the cheese. the food is fine, but the service is questionable. i placed a delivery order, but when i received it, the entire order was wrong. the stickers on the bowls had the correct ingredients, but the food was completely wrong. i was supposed to receive a free guacamole, which was missing. after wasting money on tip and delivery fees, i had to go up there to fix the mistakes. after explaining everything that happened, the best they could do is give me free drinks and remake my food. after leaving, i realized that i was still missing the guacamole. the whole experience was a complete was waste of time and money. read more

Only to finally get to counter and hear they've ran out of chicken and will be 10-15 minutes longer until more chicken is cooked. I left. How does this make me want to come back ? Maybe cook more chicken in advance and anticipate the demand on a Friday night at dinner rush? Maybe hire a chic filet executive that knows how to meet the demand? We have been here 3 times already...I know, we've been waiting forever. Opening night the place was packed, the staff working hard and fast, food was good. Second trip was an online order...there was hardly anything in the bowl at all, no fajita veggies as ordered, just a soupy sloppy mess. We decided no more app ordering at this location. Tonight we went in to order...busy as usual but once we got it home to eat, the fajita veggies were barely cooked and the barbacoa was crunchy. Crunchy. I've eaten at the original Chipotle in Denver, all around Colorado, Nebraska, and even the ones in and around Tulsa and you pretty much get the same quality and taste at every one. This is the worst location. I understand this is a new site with new employees and I can give some grace because of that. They need some serious quality control, have a rockstar store manager from another store come stay awhile to get this place in shape. Sad because many folks in Owasso have never had Chipotle before and I'd hate for them to think this is how it is at all of them. I am holding out hope for this location but I also hope they take reviews seriously and do something about the negative ones. read more
