I throughly enjoyed my experience at this Chipotle location primarily due to Brady who was our server (who also stayed over time to help his team out for the amount of customers that came in later in the evening). Walked in this time vs drive thru... This will be the last time I think I'm gonna try this place. It was clean inside but only a couple people in there. Not real busy like usual chipotle's... Then I got up to the line where we could choose our choices of meat and all that stuff... All of the meat looked EXTREMELY DRY and there was hardly any left in all the containers... They literally should've thrown whatever was left in every one of those containers out and made new food as what was in there was so dry it looked like dog kibble. I don't wanna say anything bad but it's kinda hard since this is my consistent experience at this place... I think we've tried this location four times now and all have been bad over the last two years. I mentioned something to the guy asking us what we wanted... I mentioned that it "looks soo dry". He walked away and said something unintelligible... Not sure if I was supposed to stay there because he was gonna look & tell me something to let me know that they were making new food... But he wasn't loud enough... by purpose or lack of training? I don't know, So we just left... Went there tonight and the place was horrible dirty. All tables were dirty and the floor was filthy. The pots where food sits were empty and looked like the residual in the pots looked like it was there for days. You would think they would wash them instead they just threw the new stuff on top. Went there this past friday,no other customers at order counter.No one behind the counter either.Shortly a male employee came out who was organizing some plastic bins saw me and ignored me went to the back came back out and started to clean off a prep table with his hand and debri from the table went on the floor.He finally called out for someone to come to the counter,but he never aknowledged me. Finally a female employee came out who was very nice and helpful who was doing everything on her own. I come to this location about twice a month and am very disappointed at being completely ignored.Management needs to give lessons on customer service. Today's service was prob the worst I've seen. I felt bad for the girl taking the orders all by herself while 3 employees stood around near the drive thru window just talking. Then when I get up to the counter they tell me they have no white rice no brown rice, I see no veggies and I'm seeing the guacamole being replaced as well. She tells me it's going to be like 10-15 min before the rice is ready. Just seems like the restaurant was in chaos mode and no one was leading the ship. My Husband just picked up three bowls we live three minutes down the street. He walked in at like 7:30 ordered three bowls. They close at 10. The people work in the front counter seemed inconvenienced and whispered to each other that he was gonna order three bowls...he ordered them and when when came home and opened the food, and all of our bowls were ice cold. This has to be the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The food always looks like it was put out yesterday. I just had the worst burrito I have ever had there. It was absolutely horrible. I should have learned the first time I went there as it was exactly the same. Whoever runs this place really needs to take a hard look at how they put out the worst cold old food there. I mean at 5:30 at night you would think they would have fresh food--but not this place. Total waste of money. We stopped by the Chipotle Grill outside Palm Springs on our way back to Orange Country from Arizona. Service was slow, the food was being scraped from the bottom of the bins and the portions were exceptionally small. Additionally, the staff were not keeping up with basic cleaning of the dining area (wiping down tables or cleaning the eating area. If you're passing through PS or live in the area and have a craving for Mexican food - find another spot. Just because its near the highway exit - doesn't make it good, convenient or clean. I hope the management will at least have their staff clean the tables and the one working / open restroom. read more

We walked in without any greeting and stood at the counter for literally five minutes. Three employees saw us and did nothing, just continued food prep etc. Two employees were on their phones texting and hiding behind the togo shelving. Finally after being literally ignored I loudly asked "Hi Are You Open?" The girls on their phones didn't even look up. The cook had to go to the drive through line and ask someone else to come help us. She was completely unfriendly if not rude when she did help us. Came for lunch to get our Chipotle fix! Glad they have a location close by as I used to have to drive all the way near the Westfield Shopping Center to get my Chipotle fix. Today we all got bowls--2 Al Pastor Chicken bowls with a spicy adobo chicken filling and mine was a Carnitas Bowl. I loaded up with brown rice, tender Carnitas meat, grilled red/green pepper/red onions, corn salsa, mild green salsa, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese & shredded lettuce. I think we hit the end of the late lunch crush because they were running out of the Carnitas that the clerk had to get some in the kitchen. I got the last of the sour cream & peppers. For a drink I got a large iced tea mixed with a strawberry/acai/apple cider vinegar healthy drink mix at the self-serve soft drink/iced tea/lemonade area off to the side. So refreshing in this 98° temp at the desert! Service was swift & I was able to redeem my free side Tortilla chips reward. Lots of seating & high-top tables with stationary barstools. If you need extra bags, foil tops for your leftovers, the staff will gladly give you some. read more

This place doesn't open at 10;30. I've come on numerous occasions and they open at like 11 because the staff is always behind.
