Terrible terrible experience. I am really pissed off. Ordered over $50 worth of meals and sides. They didn't include most of the sides, and all of the burritos are wrong, adding stuff that wasn't ordered, and skipping things that are. Order was placed through app so not possible to misunderstand. Workers are either too rushed or don't care enough to check. Mine is so bad it is not edible. Complete waste of time and money. Called to get help and worker on phone is demanding we go back and show them each item, giving us an attitude. Entire family very dissapointed. Most of it ended up in garbage. read more

I am used to the subpar service at this location, but since I work in the shopping center, I often go there for chips and queso just because it's close and easy. Today I waited for 10 full minutes, being ignored by the staff, until I finally said, "Excuse me?". One of the women working barked, "online orders only." I replied that if that was the case why hadn't they said something the entire time I was waiting, and I was only there for chips and queso. was rudely told it didn't matter. Probably better off as the last time I got a meal there my stomach wasn't happy. Terrible online service and curbside pickup. I understand we are under lockdown and curbside service is critical, but their service was atrocious. If you are doing curbside pick-up, have more than three people working. An order that is over a half hour late, with no discount or supplemental food is a disgrace. read more

Ehhh, I think I tend to agree with most of the reviews here. There wasn't that much food at home so I decided to go out to eat. Drove out and thought, why not Chipotle? So I went down and thought maybe I should get a burrito bowl. So I went in the restaurant going in with that mentality. I got a bowl and the first thing I noticed that the portions were smaller than small. Even though here wasn't that much brown rice left, he was skimping on the rice, not even enough to fill most of the plate. I was like hmm maybe he'll give me more veggies/meat. I ended up getting up less in portion size with meat and veggies. I finished up the bowl with the medium salsa and the lettuce. I love the flavours and food of Chipotle, it's just the amount of food based on the experience I had that day. Really felt that the amount of food didn't equate to the price. Chipotle: You guys really need to have a predetermined portion size so it's all equal, don't skimp out on any part of the bowl. Skip this location. We will drive to East Hanover, West Caldwell, and Wayne locations instead of going up the street to this one. I refuse to back to this location. The amount of food totally depends on the mood of the employee that serves you. It's so terribly inconsistent. 1/2 of spoon of rice, if the chicken is running low, you're just simply out of luck. They will scrape what ever is left from the bottom of the container and there ya go, usually a 1/2 spoon or less. Ask for double chicken, and you'll actually get the regular amount of chicken at the double chicken price. There really needs to be an adult managing this place. These kids serve you, like you are standing in line at a homeless shelter soup kitchen, and they simply don't care about consistency. I'm not paying 8 dollars, or more for a half of a bowl of food. Thought maybe it was just a fluke..but turns out every time that I went back.. The exact same thing would occur. Terrible! Will never go back to this location. read more

Online orders are always late, the amount of time I have come 10 minutes after my order time and it's still not made is crazy. In fact, if I came and just ordered normally almost always it's faster than online order, which defeats the purpose of ordering online ahead of time. LOVE Chipotle! This one is CHEAP on the food portions and literally shakes the rice from the spoon and into the bowl barely covering the bottom of a bowl. COME ON! I am very disappointed with my service here. I always look forward to the wonderful serving sizes in the chipotle bowls and today my veggie bowl looked like a sample I would get from Costco... All exaggerations aside I asked her to fill it up more and she just added a spoon of mild sauce... They also had plenty of each ingredient in stock. This is kind of a late review but when I first found out that chipotle was opening up in PARSIPPANY I was pretty excited! My first experience didn't go so well. Maybe they were understaffed at this point. I used the app to order online and showed up to pick up my order almost an hour later and my order wasn't ready - it was sitting at the printer. The guy quickly apologized and seemed sincere so I waited while they prepared my order. When I got to my car, they called me to inform me that I was given the wrong order. Sigh. Bad experience!!! The guy gave me free chips to compensate and apologized again. I just felt like maybe it was their opening week so they were swamped. I'll give them benefit of the doubt and go back sometime this week to see if they have improved. read more

Blown away! I ordered hard tacos and someone had accidently knocked over a case before I stepped in to order my meal. I stepped out of line, and 3 people went ahead of me while the staff fried some fresh hard tacos for me. I wasn't waiting long at all, not even a full 5 minutes, nor was I upset. Things happen you know? I go through the line ordering as usual and I got my meal for free! That was amazing customer service and I wasn't expecting it at all! Totally made my day. Very good place for on-the-go mexican. It's very simple and fresh. I've never had a problem at Chipotle. I don't really choose to sit down and have dinner with a friend or family at Chipotle. I just take it to-go when we did not get the chance to get any groceries. Very easy. Very affordable. Also, it is conveniently located. Overall, great place with no problems. read more

The staff are a bunch of young kids with constant horse playing in the kitchen. The staff are constantly shouting Spanish lingo at each other making it uncomfortable for customers eating at the restaurant. I was very disappointed to find hair in my food. The staff do not wear hair nets or beard nets while cooking or serving food. This restaurant needs better management and I will never visit this store again. read more

Tonight it was the cashier with the major tude and Inconvenience she was put through when asked for a side of guacamole after the four dinners where finished being prepared or the choice in drink I had to put her through for the kids meal or the major effort it took to get us Forks when there were none at the drink station. I have been to many Chipotles but for a few reasons, this one always gets my business, even if it means driving a few extra miles. Yunior, the Kitchen Manager in training is great. He's always so nice to me and the customers who come in, I don't think it's fair that he's still training. When I first talked to Yunior, I thought he was a kitchen manager! His smile is so contagious and his attitude is unmatched in this industry especially. I love how he brings all of his employees together when he's here, it really does show because the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. When I enter other chipotles I have a different feeling there, not the feeling I get walking into the Troy Hills Plaza location. If you're looking to eat somewhere good, stop into Chipotle on Rt 46 Troy Hills Plaza and ask for Yunior! read more

This Chipotle has always been a hit or miss and tonight just put the icing on the cake. Had the nerve to serve me brown rice that was hard and burnt. Even worse, I bit into not one but TWO strands of long straight black hair. And I am very positive the hair was not mine as my hair is neither long, black, or straight. Rather it is short, red, and curly. I will be sure to NEVER visit this location again. I may just stay away from all Chipotle's for that matter. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed. read more

Awful service, bunch of teenagers running the joint, I have to agree - they are so cheap on the food too. Barely filling the spoon up. The first time I went, everything was ICE COLD. Meat was mediocre warm, but the cold sour cream & guac made the entire meal cold and it was disgusting. I went again this weekend (2nd and last time at this location), chips were stale, again with the scrawny serving size. To spend over $10 on a burrito bowl (with guac), I want the appropriate serving sizes. Hopefully someone from corporate sees all the awful reviews & makes changes FAST! Been here several times but after today I won't be returning. The guacamole was clearly getting old and turning black. We returned it and asked for a fresh batch...you know, green color. The batch was half dark and half green (obviously they put in the fresh batch on one side and the older batch on the other side). So when the guy went to scoop me another small container - he STIRRED up the entire batch and mixed it all up and THEN scooped me a serving!!! Oh great...clearly they think their customers are really that ignorant! So you saved some guac but lost a customer....good luck keeping customers in the future! read more

really disappointing second experience at this Chipotle. I am a HUGE chipotle fan. I usually go to the one in Willowbrook mall area or Rockaway Mall. Both times I've had chicken burrito bowl or burrito. Both times, the chicken was super charred and over cooked. Really disappointing when your whole lunch tastes like burnt chicken. Today, the trash cans were overflowing so badly that I couldn't even throw away my trash. Also, the tables were pretty dirty. I'm used to Chipotle being clean, seamless, and delicious. Please improve your quality and cleanliness otherwise I will frequent the other locations that are run well. This is just disappointing for a 10 dollar lunch. read more

Horrible..my bowl was ridiculous, literally 1/4 scoop of the items i ordered. I honestly didn't wanna seem like a begger by asking for more but i felt like I had to(which i didnt). Spending over 10 dollars on lunch i expect decent portions..I gave up muscle maker right next door to come here and it was a huge mistake.
