Homeless guy walked in with a big bag of trash. Service was mediocre. They were only accepting card payments, their scanner was broken so I couldn't get point for the meal, and they were out of lettuce. As a vegetarian, that's an essential part of my burrito bowl. No apologies or compensation were offered. I had to ask if I could get more rice or beans or something to make up for it. The girl had to ask her manager who said yes, luckily. The drink station was a mess and one of the bathrooms was out of toilet paper (I'm just knit picking now, but it all adds up). Ordered via the Chipotle app and grabbed the food for pickup. Like other Chipotles, they do a great job of serving up fresh ingredients and limiting the amount of processed food. Update: 09/19/19 Even worse today. My salad was barely half of the container. Guy claimed he even gave me more meat than he should have, but everything was literally a tiny amount. Even the guac that you have to pay extra for was beyond skimped. It was so laughable I had to ask for a refund and leave to find something else. I track my food macros and I wasn't about to sacrifice my biggest meal of the deal and almost $12 for this bs. ____ Come here a few times per month with my husband but it's a total hit or miss. On a good day, you get a good amount of yummy food that hits the spot, but on a bad day, you get less than half a bowl full, dry rice and wonky beans. Usually it's not enough to sway me to leave a review, but today it was paired with super sloppy service, so here it goes. $18 for two items shouldn't mean that one person gets an okay meal and the other gets left hungry after eating their minuscule meal. Let's just say that I am impressed... Clean From the moment I stepped towards the restaurant I noticed everything was clean... Doors, windows, floors, and the tables. I was eating late in the day but the place is kept up! Clean is good! Fresh food I noticed that the lettuce looked fresh and the food looked like it had just been prepared. The steel serving bowls were all clean on the edges and the stainless steel separating the bowls were clean. The restaurant seems to pride itself on fresh food with integrity. Love it!!!! Team atmosphere I came in the middle of a shift change. As team members were leaving everyone was saying goodbye and the usually salutations... However it was filled with enthusiasm and fun! Staff seems to be real tight! Happy staff always translates to better customer service. It shows! So sad to be writing this review. I really do love Chipotle's food. Most of the time its delicious, fresh, and filling. Sometimes can be hit or miss with the food being cold or the rice being underdone, but I still went regardless because I enjoyed the food and most of the workers were friendly. Certain employees are much better than others. I would find myself walking in and seeing who's working and either thinking "Oh yay, the good ones!" or "Aw man, guess my food will probably be a mess...". Unfortunately I won't be returning now. Chipotle is always priding itself on being vegan/vegetarian & gluten sensitivity friendly. Well if you're vegetarian or vegan I don't recommend going here anymore. Due to the employees that are sloppy, somehow a very large piece of steak made it into my burrito bowl. I lost my appetite pretty quick with that. Then I couldn't help but wonder how many other times that happened and I just didn't notice? Or dropping cheese into the guacamole? I eat a lot more Chipotle since I went gluten-free last year and I'm glad they're around. This one in Paso is great. I always go at weird times so I've never stood in line, and they're open until 10 PM which is awesome. Bowls, that's all I get. Ask for a side of dressing next time you go and drizzle it over your bowl, game-changing. The kids working here are usually busy wiping something down, or cleaning something and are always polite about saying 'hi' and saying they'll be right with me, or whatever. I usually go for chicken or steak, but have tried the barbacoa the last few times, and while it's a bit salty from time to time, I like that it's juicy, as sometimes the chicken and steak are a bit dry from sitting in the chaffing dishes. Aside from that, I've not had any issues here and like the service and the food. read more

The young man was kind and even jumped in on helping me coach my seven year old through the menu. Since they don't wear name tags I wasn't able to catch his name. Very good atmosphere in here. They are quick and the line went fast. The people are friendly and very personable every time someone comes in the door the whole staff here greets them. They even all sung happy birthday to one customer. This is exceptional in my opinion. GREAT JOB! Hats off to the Chipotle crew here! The food was pretty good. Standard Chipotle food. This location was clean and looked like it had a decent amount of traffic. I was here at 6:30 on a Thursday and they were averaging maybe 20 customers an hour at this time. There's also an area to sit outside and eat which I did. If you haven't been to a Chipotle before I'm not sure where you've been for the last decade but the foods pretty good for a fast food joint. They have Burritos, Tacos, Burrito Bowls, etc all made to order. You pick your rice (white or brown), your beans (black or pinto), your protien (steak, carnitas, chicken, etc.), and then your salsa/corn/guac(extra$)/sourcream and it's all ready in just a few minutes. read more

On 10/07/19 @ 11:15am I walked into the restaurant with my daughter. I got a chicken burrito for my friend and a carne burrito to split with my daughter. Almost immediately after eating, felt dazed and weird and I had to leave my friends house and go home. All night and all day the next day I was explosively throwing up and had diarrhea... Last night I made dinner for my family at home and again... I started explosively throwing up and had diarrhea. This had kept me hungry and unable to go to work or run errands. Today I called the store and got answered by an answering machine.... which then told me it was going to put me through to the restaurant.... then another answering machine picked up and asked me for some special code.
