Chilaquiles in red sauce
Starr A.

I came here for the chilaquiles, and they did not disappoint! The chips were perfectly crispy yet soaked just right in the sauce full of flavor without being soggy. The red sauce had that rich, homemade taste with the perfect level of spice. Topped with fresh crema, queso cotija, and 2 perfectly cooked eggs. This dish hit every note. Service was friendly and fast, and the whole place had a welcoming, authentic vibe. I'll absolutely be coming back whenever I'm craving real, satisfying comfort food. Highly recommend if you're a chilaquiles lover like me!

Fresh food, calm relaxed atmosphere, great family owned restaurant, has some exotic options! Must try if you really want athletic Mexican food! Amazing salsas

Shrimp taco and al pastor taco

First time here. First of all very happy it's new owners! They were friendly and nice. I can't say the food was bad. The tacos had enough filling. The asada had no flavor. We didn'care for the salsa served with it. To spicy. Regular salsa would be nice. The AL Pastor was good but not outstanding. The shrimp taco had no flavor at all. I didn't care for the two sauces served with it at all. They charge you for chips and salsa. Unfortunately we probably will not be back. Restaurant was clean. Service was nice.

So it's a quiet place. At least when I visited. It's one of those spaces that is kinda hidden. Not downtown. The service was very friendly. I ordered at the counter and was served my meal. It was Caldo de pollo. I really enjoyed it and appreciated the way it was served. The homemade tortillas are really good. I will try again sometime.

Breakfast tacos and potatoes

The food here is solid Mexican fare. I had the breakfast tacos. I loved that they made fresh corn tortillas and that they added the grilled Mexican cheese on top My husband had the menudo with hominy and it reminded him of his Grandmas The Agua de Jamaica is not from a bag,and I appreciate that it wasn't too sweet. Definitely going to be back to try the green chicken pozole and the enchiladas.

Small bowl of Menudo con Pata, no hominy

Visiting Paso and found this spot. Food was good, I ordered chorizo, came with beans and papas. My husband ordered chilequiles verde, came with chile verde. He liked it, but wished they had sauce on top. And the chilequiles were made of chips.. we also ordered a small bowl of menudo con Pata, it was just ok. Menudo didn't come with hominy and it lacked flavor. The best part was the homemade corn tortillas and fresh orange juice. Service was great, and everyone was friendly.

Today we tried the breakfast tacos and they did not disappoint. When you order ask for the toasted mozzarella. The tacos themselves are so good by themselves but that mozzarella adds even more flavor and takes it to another level. Compliments to the chef Ivan we appreciate your food and your mom's. Also don't forget Pepino con lĩmon drinks, that completes the entire meal. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent Mexican food.

Spanish for "estate," or in this case farm, counter-style service and limited interior seating part of Finca's charm, Chef Aguirre's training includes the likes of Suzanne Goin and Thomas Keller while California's central coast yields a bounty of Fish, Meat and Produce. Offering Baja style quick-casual Mexican Food since May of 2021, Avocados from Morro Bay mashed into under-seasoned Guacamole with freshly made Chips, ownership focuses on local Wines and spirits across a menu of beverages including housemade Agua Fresca with flavors that change daily. Pricey for what it is, though ownership clearly cares about local businesses from Mary's Poutry to Octopus and Shrimp from independent California fishermen, guests can choose to sit indoors or on a porch out front while dining on wood-grilled Steak or a California-style Burrito filled with battered Shrimp. Attuned to the flavor profile of its target audience, namely the sort of people touring Paso Robles' wineries, those expecting spicy Mexican cuisine need to keep this in mind as Jalapenos largely come pickled while other Peppers are tempered by Cream, leaving dishes like the Duck al Pastor nearly too sweet.

Everything we ordered had a lot of different notes of flavor. It was unique Mexican food very flavorful the salt salsa bar chips were amazing. The salsa is unique and distinct, and the Agua Fresca's were very fresh tasting. It is smaller restaurant, so probably not the best if you're trying to take a big party it's more intimate for a family for coworkers for a meeting at this location a day date or a family time while having an outing around Paso Robles. really nice day lighting and lots of different options to try. They have a nice menu with lots to choose from. They also have a chip and salsa bar that is complimentary with outstanding salsas that are all handmade in the restaurant. The green one (forgot the name) was my favorite. It was made with tomatillos, avocados, onions and cilantro. Yum. I met Edgar, the owner, who was a super nice guy. He has three of these restaurants and is a very busy guy. His daughter works there and was super sweet. We had taco salads, one with carnitas and the other with al pastor. Both were amazing. This is a solid restaurant. You won't be disappointed. Check it out!
