So serving people inside took precedence and online customers were relegated to some odd combo of a numeric code and guest order code on a display screen. Some had codes and partial names. Nobody in the crowd understood the code/code & name/code. It was a big guessing game. Why didn't someone take charge? I could have gone behind the counter and filled orders faster for online with whatever was left for those who didn't pick up in house orders! And don't get me started on the mounds of chicken just sitting under the lights waiting to be packaged up!
