    Horrible quality!
    Maged A.

I am very disappointed at this Cane's location. This is my fifth time there and the third time where I get chicken that is not up to par. In my opinion, it does vary because the canes by my office in North Dallas is always on point. This is my second review they went from 3 stars to 1 star they are gradually getting worse in quality. I will no longer come here to this location and if the other Raising Canes quality chicken is the same I'm done with Canes

We were in a rush and tired. Needed a quick lunch to keep going on a busy day. So, we stopped at Raising Cane's for their chicken fingers. Funny that this is the only entre they sell, but it's very good and very popular. The chicken is lightly battered and cooked hot and tender. The dipping sauce is delicious. The fries are crispy on the outside and tender inside. The bread is soft and buttery. The slaw is creamy and crisp. Try the lemonade. It's a good alternative to the standard carbonated beverages. Extra points to the staff. They're always welcoming, friendly and helpful. We'll see y'all again soon.

The food was fast and fresh. The service is impeccable. Ask for tadala to take your order when you come here she is the best server.

Where has the Cane's quality gone... Higher prices for worse food?? I ordered a 3 Finger Combo ($9.57 w/ tax), opened the box, and thought "this is a joke". Each piece of chicken used to be the size of the toast, now they're maybe only half that. The flavor is gone as well. The chicken is blander and the fries were stale and hard. The only thing that's stayed the same is the toast and the sauce. I ate here just a few months ago and the quality gap between now and then is huge. If you're looking for fast food chicken, you're better off going somewhere else now.

6-2022 The 3 Finger Combo - 3 naked Chicken Fingers with bonus strip.

6-2022 - recently returned to Canes because we learned of the "naked" option. Ordered it twice now and both times were a hit. The naked strips are not breaded, they are still fried in the same oil as the breaded strips. The naked strips are small, less greasy and have less carbs. They taste just as great dipped into the canes sauce and go perfect along side the fries, toast and coleslaw. This is definitely a reason we will go back. I like how you can mix up the sides. Be sure to tell them you want the chicken naked when you order. When in the drive thru, you do have to pull over and wait, they will bring your order out to you. The naked strips are so tiny without all the breading and just as expensive, you've been warned. Give them a try and enjoy.

This is my second time trying Raising Canes, and my LAST. Second time the breading is soggy!! Never coming here again, done. My stomach already is hurting and I just ate 10min ago.

Box The Box Combo - 4 Chicken Fingers (no slaw, extra toast)

This location is great! They're consistent and fast, plus the food is always hot and good. If you're craving Canes and in the area this is a great option! Go to order: Box combo, no slaw, extra toast, sweet tea!

INFLATION... the prices keep going up

And the food is authentic. Hot Hong Kong milk tea and French toast are my favorite breakfast items and that's exactly what I got. If I were in Hong Kong, I would get them in the morning. But I wouldn't mind having them any time of the day! The milk tea was great. I liked the aromatic, bold black tea. It was fairly creamy and smooth. The French toast was delicious also. Fried golden brown, it was toasty on the outside, and nutty, buttery (with peanut butter filling) on the inside. I liked the condensed milk drizzled on top, instead of syrup, which I normally use at home. They also have other Hong Kong style dishes, like the baked cutlet pork chop with rice, fish fillet in creamy white sauce, and iconic street foods like curry fish balls, radish, and pork rinds (yummy!) This place is fully decorated with so many Hong Kong street items, like the big wall pictures of busy, beautiful city views, signs of major streets, shop signs, etc. If you're not from Hong Kong, they may not mean too much to you. But if you are, they're invariably nostalgic. If you want a delightful experience of Hong Kong food and ambience, come give it a try.

We liked the beef flat noodles, texture was nice and beef was good. The pork chop was good and reminded me of eggs rice and ketchup as a kid. I have nothing to compare it to but I think from what I've heard similar to what you would have in an HK cafe. Overall solid option.

There is outside seating but was too warm to sit outside maube in the fall. We were greeted as we entered and a employee even opened the door for us. They took our order quickly and got our food to go quickly. The food was still hot when we got home which I appreciated. I was surprised no sauces were included I didn't think I had to ask for it. Also the pickles were very small and mushy I'll ask for extra pickles next time. The last time we got one of their sandwiches sauce was put in the bag and pickles were crunchy.

These kids need more training. You can also tell the attitude of their leadership based on how they act when they are interacting with others. To start, nobody here understands line control. They put the slowest possible person on the front of the line taking orders, backing the entire operation up. Then we get around the corner and wait for the food in the line, and the kid that brought out food while there was still a good 5-7 cars in front of us and stuck in line walks away as my husband is trying to make a complaint to him. He just turned and waved us off. This 16-year-old child treating actual adults like he's an adult and showing his poor customer service is something y'all should be embarrassed about. If you don't believe me, take a look at your drive-through security footage. It's all there. He drops the food with us, my husband was speaking, he literally waves us off and turns and walks away. When my husband said something about him walking away while he was trying to complain about the service, he turned back, but at that point, it would have fallen on deaf ears, so why continue wasting breath on a kid who's just walking back because he was called out for walking off and already didn't care? Do better, people.
