Is it just this location? I have had way better customer service and portions at other Chipotle locations. Even when I called out how light is their chicken portions are, and even paying for double just seems like the size is not consistent to other locations. Do I need to pull out my camera and record how frugal they have gotten? Also the chicken is over cooked to the point it tastes like a pull pork consistency rather than the chunk of chicken. I have loved Chipotle for a long time but sure doesn't take much to mess that up. I guess the location was short-handed today. Seemed the guy on the front line worked the grill. Way sloppy. He gave no time for the slotted spoon to drain. Extra bean and extra pico made for an extra sloppy mess. Sour cream please, light. One little round spot in the middle. I ordered a bowl with sofritas and guac (about $10 including tax), along with a couple salsas on the side and extra corn and tomato salsas. They got the order 100% correct, and it was ready on time for pick up. I was happy with the generous amounts of salsa they gave. Chipotle is and will always be my top places to go, but my last visit to this location was a terrible experience. I v' never encountered such disappointment with a food chain like what happened on 9/17/17 at chipotle. I ordered my food for Togo, and didn't realize it till I brought it out to eat and found out that there were no meat in it, then I turned on the camera to video it and could not believe it. Ok queso lovers, I finally got around to trying out the queso at Chipotle and I was so disappointed. The flavor itself wasn't bad if you could get past the slightly "burnt" taste. It was thick like oatmeal instead of runny. The problem I think is it's constantly in a heated pot and not stirred frequently which makes it start to curdle and burn. Prices continue to go up at Chipotle. Customer service and quality continues to go down. I'm sick and tired of the online ordering process not working. Sick and tired. Why is there always an issue? I wait outside in my car until the time the app says the order should be ready. Get inside only to find out they haven't even started on the order. This time I went and they didn't even had the information about the order so I had to tell them what I wanted. Complete waste of my time. And the quality goes way down in a situation like this because instead of completing the order at regular speed, the employee is rushing through since the customer is waiting on an order that should have been completed already. Stop apologizing and fix the system. Once is an honest mistake. Multiple times and you have a systemic issue that needs to be addressed. This Chipotle is right off the corner of Park and Preston and it is always busy especially at lunch. Good news is they always have enough employees and food that the line moves really quickly which makes it super easy to get in and out. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside but with so many people in and out it does get a little messy. They try to keep up the best they can. The other good thing a lot this location is there is always plenty of parking plus you can get in and out of the location easily. They are right next to a light that will let you in on Park. Definitely recommend this location if your in need of a quick bit. The food is what you would expect at any other Chipotle, delicious. read more

I was understanding since it's not their fault however after I downloaded the app and payed for it they made me wait for 10-15 mins for no reason. I showed that I payed for it but they still wouldn't give it to me. Instead they were more focus on other customers and I was just left at the register watching them pay for their food and leaving with it. My food was sitting there and I just stood there waiting. I tried asking one of the staff if my food was finished and they just rudely ask me to repeat what I said. As I repeated they made me wait another 10 mins to check if my order went through and I payed for it. The whole thing felt chaotic and unorganized. Also, their portions are way smaller compared to other chipotles where they only give half scoops. They don't even try to give you everything in the kids meal where I ordered a kids quesadilla and the worker tried to give me no sides. The lady that put the salsa on just sopped it in salsa and sour cream. The consistency was awful when I finally got to eating. Normally I go to Chiloso but seeing as it's not as close & I really didn't wanna leave the house I opted for Chipotle since it was closer & I was really craving a burrito bowl. I always order online because I refuse to wait in the long lines, which should be convenient HOWEVER the last 2 times I have came to pick up at this location my meal wasn't ready. This last trip I sat & waited for over 20 mins!! I watched people come & go back to back, the cashier fill up the ice on multiple trips & not checking on my order.
