This new staff is absolutely garbage. They take forever to make online orders. Since the staff changed there hasn't been a single time where my order wasn't at least 20 minutes late. Half of the time they just have the burrito sitting in the area near the cash register. It seems like they only focus on online orders when no one is in line, which is why the wait is so long. This place used to be great but now everytime I go in there they tell me that they can't find my order. Then they look for 30 seconds, find a printed receipt with my name on it, apologize, then wait 10 minutes to make it. It is so frustrating. read more

I'm actually an employee for favor, and I put in my order for Chipolte and went up there and the young girl at the register try to first of all ignore the fact that I was even there and continued to be extremely rude and off putting for the rest of my visit at this location. I am a fan of chipotle every once in a while. The location is very convenient and the employees are almost always nice. On my last visit the only thing I noticed they lacked focus on was their patio. I like to sit outside on a nice day and that time it was trashy. Please, please keep your place clean so we can keep coming back. read more

I've had Chipotle food before at various locations around the metroplex, so I'm familiar with how the quality and quantity of the food can vary. This location is ok, though the employees there appear to want to rush you through your selections and the restaurant isn't quite as clean as some of the other franchise locations. (I'm sure the employees act this way because it's usually so busy, but it's still a bit rude.) I'll come if I'm nearby and have less time to get something to eat- but if I had my choice of locations for Chipotle food, this particular establishment wouldn't be at the top of my list. read more

My mother-n-law went to pick up dinner for my wife and I as we stayed at home with our new born. She said as she was checking out she saw the cashier cut his hand and he tried to non shalantly cover it up and keep working. When she got to our place she noticed blood on the bag and the receipt. I love Chipotle, but this location pissed me off. The manager was smug and rude. (I called him something else, but I'll retract it and go with a "softer" statement.) I placed an online order with the pick-up time a couple notches later than first available. My husband swung by to pick it up, a bit early, but he told them that and said it was no big deal to wait. The manager kept rudely insisted that he had never received the order, that it was never placed, and told my husband he was wrong. He apparently rolled his eyes and acted like he was some sort of burrito demi-god (although, word to the wise... you don't want to be this... busting at the seams with swollen beans). My husband said he was unwilling to do anything (including asking for our name, what the order was, could we replace the order, etc) and just stood there glaring at him. My husband noticed the ticket hanging in the food line with our name and our order. He pointed to it and said, "There it is. I see it." The manager just shot him a dirty look, scoffed, and angrily made the order. No apology. Just a total attitude problem. Nice. Too bad. We've been to this location before, and the service was pretty good. This is completely opposite of what good management should be, and it's too bad that the regular employees can do a better job than the boss. read more

I haven't been a fan of Chipotle lately but this location may have put them back on my favs list. I was leaving a nearby mall and was starving pulled into the parking lot and dreaded going in simply because the line was almost to the door. I entered and I must say this location is a little different from other locations I have frequently visited. I made it to the counter to order pretty quickly. I noticed all ingredients were fresh and readily available, they were not stingy at all and fixed my bowl exactly how I like it. Customer service was great but I was a little disappointed by them not having lemons for tea and their parking is horrible. All in all I was satisfied with my meal. read more

Great food, they do a great job handling the huge lines that develop however, inconsistent portions and inconsistent customer service plague this establishment. I have had servers here who were extremely friendly and some that you can tell seriously hate their jobs. Arrived around 7:30 on a Thursday night. Store was busy, but not swamped. Every unoccupied table in the place was dirty, no plastic ware in dispensers, ice machine empty, and THE most annoying music ever was playing overhead. Staff not much engaged with customers. Seemed put out to be asked for assistance with anything. Food was okay, but not as good as usual. Barbacoa meat was fatty... surprising. This used to be a favorite spot, but it has really gone downhill. Disappointing. Hope it improves. read more

This is the worst Chipotle location in Plano, TX. We were there a well over an hour before closing and they were already out of chicken, pico, and many other menu items. The woman behind the counter just said "Yeah, sorry. You could always go to another location". Completely unacceptable and we will NOT be back. read more

I went to the Chipotle in Cranberry Twp, PA during lunch hours.I order 2 bowls and asked for rice in both of them. I also told the rep twice to please put rice in both of the bowls and they did not. I understand it gets busy during lunch time but please make sure you get peoples orders right. I am paying you for service and for the customization of my meal. If you don't complete that I not quite sure why I am paying you. Love the bowls! Great fresh ingredients and plenty of veggie options. It's quick and consistent. My only complaint would be over time the prices seem to have gotten higher or maybe just charging "extra" for guacamole on veggie bowls which adds up and used to be free. Still a somewhat healthier and tastier fast food option then a drive thru. read more

Typical Chipotle except they don't really listen to you much here. I asked for little rice and the lady dumped a HUGE scoop of rice. I asked for extra corn and a different lady gave me what seemed to be about 2 teaspoons worth. The bowl was good but it'd have been better with extra corn and less rice. read more

Used to always go to this location in high school, but after a long hiatus, I stopped by to pick up an online order I placed for 6 people. I didn't mind waiting an extra 10 minutes for my order, but I did mind the fact that the bowl portions were TINY. Like half the size that I normally get at other locations. I've noticed that chipotles across most locations tend to give smaller portions when they're really busy, but with the to-go orders it wasn't like I was able to ask the employees to add more of everything to every order. Overall, my online order experience at this location wasn't impressive because of this, and I'm hesitant to return to this location, seeing as there are many other chipotle locations in Plano. read more

I'm torn between a 2-star and 3-star rating because the place is pretty uneven in terms of quality. I usually order a chicken bowl, and most of the time, it's about as good as you're going to find in a fast food place. Unfortunately, this location will sometimes give you either burnt grilled chicken or grilled chicken with a lot of fat attached - not always, but it does happen. I love Chipotle food but even if I didn't, I would still probably write a 5-star review. We're talking about food so it's either unique or average, and it's either good or bad. Chipotle isn't necisariliy unique, but it is definitely GOOD. Their burritos are HUGE, like if I wasn't hungry I would use it as a road rage tool to throw at someone's car b/c those things could do damage!! Seriously though, the food is great, but the customer service, at least at the Park/Preston location, BLEW MY MIND. Specifically Ana Marine who rightfully is a manager there. Ana took a bad situation(my own fault) and FAR EXCEEDED any expectations I could have. I truly am appreciative of how Chipotle promotes within their own company and if you want good Mexican food quick, go to any Chipotle location.
