Another winning location for Chipotle and a good addition to the shopping center. The lines are generally long during meal times and this location has limited seating. Also there is limited space to walk/ stand in line/ get soda, napkins etc. since all that happens in the same common space. This can be a bit of a pain to navigate through. Food is good - like any other Chipotle and that makes the trip worth it. read more

The worst service. I waited 35 minutes for an online order and was told 10 minutes into waiting already they couldn't find my order. After that, it took them another 25 minutes before my order was ready. Unacceptable. read more

Well, they def don't treat anyone equally here. If you are Spanish speaking, you get a larger portion that non Spanish speaking people. Spanish guy in front of me ordered 5 burritos and all of them got hooked up looking fat compared to what I normally see. With all 5 looking that way, I thought to myself, great I'm going to get a nice stuffed burrito. Then she started making my burrito and she def put less rice and meat of mine and mine looked small compared to the 5 burritos she made for the Spanish guy. Def a huge visual difference. Then sure enough the Spanish speaking guy behind me got the same nice fat hook up as the guy in front of me. It was very noticeable so they wern't even trying to hide it. Ok, I guess the workers here like to treat races differently and white people don't get the same portions as Spanish speaking people. So I think I'll skip this racist establishment for a while until they get some diversity in the workers in there. Fallsgrove is much more diverse and everyone gets the same portions so go there instead. read more

This is probably the worst chipotle I've ever gone in my whole life. The customer service is terrible and they have treated me horribly. I don't understand why a business like chipotle is letting these franchise stores have the terrible service and quilting people will ever see. This location will not survive in Potomac. They are extremely skimpy on their food. If you order a bowl, and you walk out the bowl is only half full at best. I have been there three times and will not go back. The food is usually warm at best. The lines are very long...but once people figure them out they will not go back. Ask for a bowl....you get small spoon of rice, thats no joke! Imagine skimping on rice! Then ask for beans...another very small spoonful. Now you get to the good stuff...how about cheese and meat...yikes! Get a steak topping and you will get half of what any other chipolte gives you and lucky if you get 15 chunks...and cheese you woukd think you were asking for gold. Go ahead, dare to comparen to any other Chipolte. Clearly management does not care because it makes him money. If that keeps up he will lose the business. Too many other resturants in the area that give you value for your money. Hang on Chopolte...this will not be a good location for you if that does not change! 8 dollars for a bowl and only half of what other locations give you . Is this your plan for success...in Potomac?? Skimpy, skimpy, skimpy. We have been to this Chipolte three times, and the best I can say for it is that it is consistent. Smallest portions of any Chipolte, or for that matter, any Qudoba that we have visited. Every time, we come back saying we will not go back, but it is convenient, just a mile or so away. But this last time, hopefully, we will keep to our word and not return. I know they will give you more rice, beans, salsa, etc if you ask for it, but the initial portions are very small, and when you ask for more, they barely add any, and that comes with an attitude. As for the meat, it also is a tiny portion, and any addition will come with a fee. Once they gave me what I would call a small, but reasonable portion of steak (did not overflow the spoon) but the server picked back a number of pieces out of the bowl - like I stated - consistent. As for being good or bad for kids - it is bad for kids, as they will usually not speak up for additional rice, beans etc. read more

I just recently visited this chipotle location & I like the location and the scenery inside the restaurant, I just wasn't feeling most of the workers today. As for one specific employee, her name is Diamond, I was told, by another employee. She greeted me with a smile & even though it seem as though she was overwhelmed , she still completed my order with respect. Politely, asked me what I would like on my order, and topped it off with a " have a great day". Where as for the rest of her employees seem very rude. Diamond passed my food down to another lady where she forcefully grabbed my side tortilla as if it was a football that she was ready to pass, and she just tossed the rest of my food in the bag, then hollered across the restaurant to get another employee to ring up my order. The cashier comes over, tells me my total after swiping my card and gives me a receipt & wals away. Ummmm, rude. Ladies get it together. read more

Solid chipotle but once had a bad experience where literally all my already underserved quantity of meat was tendons or fat and completely inedible and I was upset and called (which I wouldnt normally do) and while I know of other chipotles going out of their way to make the burrito right, this individual on the phone didnt care and offered to do nothing about it. read more

Generous and Pleasant! Munching on a bowel from Chipotle as I type this review. Delicious! The young lady fixed exactly what I wanted and in the amounts I desired. They even have brown rice for a healthier dish and supurb sauces and meat. The customer in front of me asked for more rice and beans and specific spacing in the bowel and she got what she wanted. read more

Portions were very generous today, and the workers were pretty friendly. I didn't particularly like the setup of the place though. It's much smaller than other Chipotle's I've been too. Their tomatoes also seemed more watery than usual, but that wasn't a big deal. Glad to have a decent Chipotle so close to home! read more

I like Chipotle but this location is slow and has very little dine-in space, especially if there are more than two in your party.

The portion sizes are absurdly small at this location. After several lackluster visits here, I finally took home two burritos, one from this location and one from a nearby one, with the intention of weighing them. According to Chipotle's nutritional info online, a burrito should weigh around 25oz. The burrito I received from Fallsgrove weighed in at 24 ounces. The one I received from Potomac Village (here) weighed a pathetic 18oz... An entire third of my meal was missing. I didn't bother wasting any more money here to get a larger set of data. Everyone I've spoken to agrees that this location skimps on the servings. Get your chipotle fix from a more reliable location. read more

I like a Chipotle fix every once in awhile, and this one does it well. The other Chipotles around here (Montgomery Mall and Democracy/Old Georgetown) are usually overrun. This one is quite efficient. read more

This place is just weird, even for it being a chain. The food never tastes super-fresh, the portion sizes are small, the cheese never seems to melt, the hot sauce selection is weak, and the staff (while friendly) isn't exactly the swiftest. This restaurant chain is one of life's greatest mysteries; its stock is over $700 per share and its food is inedible dreck. I order steak tacos recently that were so rubbery and chewy that I had to pick several pieces out of my teeth. I swear the "steak" is merely diced hockey pucks, and that's an insult to hockey pucks. If anyone is missing a horse check your local Chipotle, they're probably on the menu, and that's an insult to horsemeat. I thought that maybe my experience was an outlier until I talked with the guys at a local bike shop located near a different Chipotle. Before I could offer my story or woe regarding the beef steak tacos, the techs warned me against ordering anything containing the "steak" because it was so awful there as well. To their credit they refunded the full price of my meal. this is the most overrated and overpriced franchise on the planet. I would rather eat bread and water. Qudoba here I come. read more

The workers don't seem happy to be there, the food seems thrown together, and i don't know, it could have been cleaned up a bit. This Chipotle is not usually busy which is why I go there sometimes. Today, the food tasted as if an entire container of salt was dumped on it. It was almost inedible and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting around a long time, it was so dry. read more
