We stopped in during a road trip because Chipotle is usually really consistent, but this was rough. The chips were over-cooked, the guacamole had huge pieces of unripe avocado (like half an avocado), and the tables were all dirty. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have been in! ( And we go to Chipotle whenever we have an opportunity).We we're traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania and this location was right on the way! I paid extra for cauliflower rice and queso on two of my orders and didn't receive either of those things- in fact, I didn't get any rice at all. The most trash chipotle I've ever been to. The employees barely spoke or asked me anything as I went down the line. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Zack is the worst manager I've ever encountered!!! The cashier wasn't logged in or something and ran my card 3 times and the register said 0 balance due. I offered to pay cash and they went to get the manager. Zack came from the back and everyone stood around looking at me. I asked where are we at? Zack leaned in and aggressively said "YOU'RE DONE!" I said you don't have to be a jerk and in the same aggressive manner said "I'M NOT!" I disagreed and he pointed at me aggressively. Chipotle is an all time favorite of mine, and this location holds up and continues the legacy. with great food and friendly servers, it's an all around great restaurant. the one downside is that they often run out of a meat like steak. but if you're kind enough to wait, you'll get a free drink or side of guac! read more

The chicken was overdone (it was literally burnt, the pieces that weren't burnt did have good flavor though!), rice kind of dry, chips were over salted and the guacamole needed more seasoning. I thought they would have more options, but according to the cashier they "keep it simple." I live in the local area and have ordered several times from this location within the past 12 months, at different times with low-medium volume of customers when I walk-in to pick up my online order. I have yet to come in and my order be ready at the specified time I request, I usually arrive at the specified time, couple minutes to 10 minutes past and I have seen the food not made or on the being made past the time I would like it by. My orders are small 1-3 people who I pick up for. The staff is friendly and does apologize for the wait. This is the only Chipotle that I have had this experience with. On our road trip back home to Nashville my husband and I stopped here for a quick lunch. I've been to many different Chipotles many times across the country and this is by far the nicest one. Every single employee down the line had a smile on his/her face! They were all welcoming and cheerful. 100% best experience at a Chipotle hands down. Food was good but we were stunned by the fact that with almost no one in there all of the eating areas had food residue on them and when we went outside it was the same thing with birds, (ugh) eating off the tables and trash cans overflowing. We just came from there at 6:03 pm and 4 girls standing behind the counter with one that acted like the mgr with her arms folded and giving orders. When I went inside later to refill my soda before leaving she was standing in the same spot with her arms folded. Also, this Chipotle did not have Chips/Salsa when I visited, and this is unacceptable for a Mexican restaurant. Right when you walk in the workers look pissed at you and you haven't even began ordering. All the workers have horrible attitudes and do not care about treating the customer with common decency. I'll start by saying that I don't agree with Chipotle charging it's customers extra for a topping (guacamole), but I agree to pay for it; However, I'm paying for a full serving.. not Half, not an extra serving, but I expect at a minimum a full serving. Today, I was served less than half the spoon of guacamole and when I mentioned it (maybe it was an honest mistake), they told me to pound sand. This was all after they had to redo my wife's burrito bowl because they were rushing her order asking her ahead of time all the specifics (toppings), we'll before they were actually ready to serve those particular toppings.. so, naturally they forgot what she did or didn't want and had to redo her bowl.. They served me less guacamole than they should have because there wasn't much left and they didn't have any ready.. I get it, but that's not my problem as a customer. I will no longer be going back to Chipotle or recommending anyone to this particular location. read more
