I've been here a handful of times, and every time it's great! I've gotten the bowls and the burritos. I usually get the chicken which is my fav but the last time I got the Carne' asada. They said it was their most tender steak and they didn't lie! It was tender and delicious ! Their portions are great, large, I ate half and saved half for later. Staff is usually friendly but usually order through the app and just pick it up. I do tear in there but people are always in there enjoying themselves. read more

I went to this place last night. I have gone 5 times since they opened, its close. Once again the lobby was filthy. Tables not cleaned. The trash bin was overflowing. The floor wet and sticky. This is a common thing. This place is gross. Last night they were out of napkins. I mean I asked and they said they were out. Dierbergs is right across the street, go get some for your customers. The food was served from near empty bins, the hot salsa, normally fluid, was chunky it sat there so long. I asked to talk to the manager, the shift manager gave me the card of the general manager. I spent $26 on crap food and disgusting environment. You get the point. Chipotle is usually a great experience, but evidently not there. read more

Right when we walked in, the workers sighed and gave us awful looks. They seemed angry that guests were coming in to order. Other people in line seemed to have pretty awful experiences as well as I saw a lady shake her head in anger while ordering. The workers were lazy and gave me horrible attitude the entire time I ordered. Even the lady at the cash register was giving some awful attitude. I came with multiple people and they got each and every one of our orders wrong and we were too scared to ask them to fix it as they were already angry. How can one get a chipotle order wrong if they make it on the spot. Who knows but they found a way to do it! Last time I came here, my chicken was burnt too. All in all, I do not recommend this Chipotle unless you want your day to be ruined by workers like these. read more

The service is terrible.They do not do well under pressure, there was a somewhat long line and the worker was trying to make 4 bowls at a time. Instead of making sure that he did it right. They were out of or practically scrapping the container of a lot of the food. They were impatient, the cashier was verbally rushing my friend and ignoring costumers asking for there items that she forgot to give her. Sadly, we won't be back. Almost every table in the place was filthy and the trash cans were all filled to overflowing. The staff was less than energetic and it felt like they wanted to be anywhere but there. The food was lukewarm and the lettuce had a chemical taste. The water and ice were good. The cost of our simple meal, no extras, was almost $40! My family will not return to this over priced and illkempt restaurant. I would suggest the owners step next door to Chick-fil-a to get some lessons on how to run a restaurant. We will say hi if we see them there. read more

I was charged for too much food. They told me at the time of service that it would be refunded but it was not refunded. I've been emailing with the company for 3 days and instead of listening to me, they've been asking the same, unnecessary questions repeatedly, proving that they do not try to make things right and that they do not listen. This place is a nightmare. I have never received a correct order from this location and we order here pretty often. They always scam out of chips or any sides which you pay extra for. On top of that what's up with the attitude? Rude to customers who are literally just driving through or picking up is crazy. The last straw was with my Uber eats order tonight, did 1 order and the entire order was wrong, all of our sides were missing and I ordered a really simple bowl... all of the ingredients were in the bowl but they smothered hot salsa and like 3 extra ingredients I couldn't even eat it?? Had they just made my order right which they clearly had the tools to do it would've been fine but I couldn't eat the bowl because of the extra ingredients so I reordered the sides and the bowl a second time. Waited an hour and the Uber eats delivery worker calls to tell me they are refusing to fulfill my order because they "don't have it" and when I asked more questions he said the lady was being rude. Apparently they were doing this to any of the door dash delivery customers. I felt terrible for him. Not only was he just doing his job and being treated poorly but they wasted his time too! This is unacceptable. I will never go to this location again because it is always a let down and the employees clearly don't want people to come here either. Bummer because it's one of the only "chipotlane" in the area but I would rather eat anywhere else than at this location. read more

Waited so long to finally have a Chipotle in the St. Charles area and ended up with a location worse than the nearest (Bridgeton) location. Awful service!!! My first visit I was told I was t allowed to have my tacos in a to go bowl, I could only have them in foil. My 2nd visit the line was wrapped around the building because they decided to lock the lobby and allow online orders only. My 3rd visit no one was there but still a locked lobby forcing customers to order online. I absolutely hate this because I want to see my food being made but I reluctantly placed my order online and drove through the chipotlane only to be greeted by a worker with the nastiest attitude all because I asked for extra cheese (since the option was not available on the app to customize). Do better Chipotle, your prices are only continuing to increase and the service is getting worse and worse. read more
